Quedarnos en la casa de Maritza fue una experiencia excelente. La casa es preciosa, muy limpia , ordenada y con todos los detalles bien cuidados, desde el primer momento los anfitriones amables u atentos , siempre pendientes que estuviéramos cómodos disfrutando de la estadía nos sentimos muy cómodos , además tuvo el gesto de ofrecernos de comprendernos con el late checkout lo cual fue un gran detalle. Sin duda , 100% recomendada. !Volveriamos sin pensarlo¡👏🏻

Our family enjoyed our stay here at Maritza's! The location is private and secured. Location itself is great, close and a short drive to main attractions within Managua. The home was beautiful and very creative. Upon our arrival there was quite an issue that we found but it was quickly and kindly resolved by Maritza and her team. Even though it may not have met my HIGH standards, overall it was a wonderful stay. I leave homes a particular way before I leave and on my last night I did find things closed (room door), unplugged from outlets (chargers) and a room light left on. Note: "Purified water arrives on Fridays and Mondays". We also found the provided water jug refilled which is how I confirmed MYSELF that someone entered the home. After finding my stuff touched, I tried confirming if they entered but it was denied of entrance TWICE. Authorization was only given to fix the first problem not for the entire stay. Overall, a beautiful stay that is just something to keep an eye on.

muy lindo el lugar, solo le recomendaría mejorar ciertas cosas como proveer ciertos insumos básicos de higiene personal en los baños.

Great place. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hot water and amazing pool, the Neiborhood was quiet and safe. No tv and all the ac was old and different brands, one especially didn’t work. The soccer field is unusable unless you want to brake your ankle

Padrísima experiencia! Me encantó el lugar 10/10. Me encantará volver pronto y la verdad es que Maritza fue una anfitriona lindisima, siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros. Súper atenta, divina, el lugar divino. Lo recomiendo mucho. Gracias por todo!

Super dirty - had to check out early and as a result had to miss pre-payed for excursions due to having to find a new place. When I sent pics of the issues I was essentially told not to be believe my eyes and that rat poop on the kitchen counter tops was normal. Security staff confirmed the place is essentially not looked after and unlike the places next door does not fumigate the location. The shower heads were all calcified and barely produced water. This place has potential if only it was properly attended to.

En la foto principal sale un gran lugar con piscina y es una casa pequeña, al contratar hubieron reglas de pagos extras solo por el uso del aire acondicionado y la casa es muy caliente para su uso sin aire acondicionado.
