Everything in the accommodation is a 10. The apartment is very nice, spacious, clean, conveniently located... one of our best stays on Airbnb. Yanixza, the administrator, was helpful at all times. We'll be back!!

The place was perfect for our spring break getaway. There was plenty of room for the five of us and the views are amazing. Amenities were great. It was a peaceful and relaxing place. It was better than the listing photos, pictures don’t do it justice. We are already planning on when to come back.

We enjoyed the lovely sunset ocean views from the patio. You do need a car to get into La Paz if you want to experience local night life, markets and local quisine. We did not eat at the more expensive restuarants at the Marina. Great location for getting to Balandra beach and Tecollote which were amazing!

We always love to stay in Tathiana’s condo when we visit La Paz. The view is incredible! We loved the improvements, including the new refrigerator, new kitchen knives, and blackout curtains in the main bedroom. We loved having bags of ice in the freezer and dishwasher pods. We will be back for sure

Tathiana’s apartment is awesome and looks much better than the photos. There’s multiple places to eat nearby in Puerta Cortés which is very handy. We will definitely return!

This is our second stay in Tathiana’s house. We’ve been to La Paz 5 times now. Her house is perfect for our family. It has everything you need & Tathiana is very quick to respond to any messages. Her property manager/housekeeper is also a complete gem! We love her. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome host super fast response to any communication. We had a bit of water leak from AC unit and the host sent AC technicians immediately and was fixed with no interruptions or inconvenience to our stay. Will keep staying here in the future and recommend. We had a great time.

Incredible view and perfect stay for our family vacay.

Excellent service and amazing apartment

The apartment is beautiful, big enough for our family of 8 to be super comfortable. The views are unbelievable from the balcony (we have breakfast from the balcony every day😍). The apartment is in a private subdivision which gives it a lot of security but for some traveler without a car it is more complicated to get there since it is not in the center of La Paz ( but very close by car and close to the boardwalk to walk with beautiful views). The pool was at our disposal and empty most of the time except for a day when there was a children's party. We had all the amenities needed for our stay and Yanixza was always there for us and what we needed. We are waiting to return soon , we highly recommend it!!!!

A fabulous home for a family and the studio suite was perfect having a two ad three year old. The view is spectacular, beds very comfortable and when you walk in, you will be in awe. No disappointments here

This is a great apartment! Excellent communication overall. It was big, clean and for us it was extra special because it had a big pack n play for our daughter and a high chair. Everything was spotless clean and Yani, the cleaning lady, is super nice. The view is breathtaking and the complex is beautiful. This area is where I’d recommend anyone visiting La Paz to stay at and this building is really nice. Beach club is really close by and it’s beautiful too.

A great apartment for a nice vacation. Communication with Tathiana and Yanixza was blazing fast. Yanixza goes daily to the apartment to help with whatever you need and she has a lot of local tips. I use the pool, the gym, the near by beach and everything was perfect. The view from the apartment, Incredible. I will be back to La Paz and I am sure I will be renting Tathiana's apartment again.

Very good place to relax, the apartment is very cool, very clean and with spectacular views. They have everything you need to enjoy Peace. The beach club we were able to use is very good and with fairly fair prices for what they offer. The apartment pool has a terrace with an enviable panoramic view.

Everything about the stay was great. The host was extremely responsive and helpful in all communications. Yani, the housekeeper, was so friendly and welcoming - and made delicious breakfast! Having access to the resort pool & beach club (at a fee) that was walking distance from the condo was icing on the cake. Beautiful location and great for families. Would highly recommend.

Roxana was a great host and kept in contact if I ever had any questions/queries Her place was amazing and the maid service was amazing!

The best place to enjoy the best vacation with friends or family. The apartment is even better than it looks in the photos, spacious, comfortable, clean and with unbeatable views and service. Roxana was always attentive to every detail and in contact, as well as Mrs. Yanitzia. When you rent this apartment, you have access to the amenities offered by the hotel, such as swimming pools, beach club, private beach, etc. I would definitely go back to this place, thank you Roxana for your always friendly service. We really enjoyed our stay.

An excellent place to spend quiet family vacations. Everything works perfectly and is of excellent quality in the apartment. Peace is a beautiful destination and its people have the best attitude of service and quality in its restaurants and seafood. Travel through Mexico and enjoy all the beautiful places there are and take advantage of this stylish and comfortable apartment to spend an excellent vacation.
