We loved staying here. It was perfect for the four of us. Everything was great! There was a planned power outage while we were there but it was a blessing in disguise as it brought a bunch of monkeys to our backyard. The pool was an added benefit as it was great for cooling off. If we come to CR again we’d definitely pick this place.

Fantastic location that was easily walkable to the beach and town. The pool was delightful and never really very busy. Enjoyed the iguanas and monkeys in the surrounding pool area. Beds were comfortable though they could use some pillows that are flatter. Kitchen was well stocked. We donated our boogie boards to the place so that others can enjoy the fantastic waves at the beach. It would be really nice if they added beach chairs at the place to have for when you walk over. We enjoyed eating out on the decks. Overall, had a wonderful time while there.

Communication was great from host. They were responsive and helped us book a golf cart. The location is amazing. Only a short walk to the beach and we saw a family of howler monkeys on our first day. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

This place was great. Walkable to everything… the beach, restaurants, in the heart of Tanmarindo. Also nice that it had gated parking! We had a great stay.

The location is very good, the building is very safe, and everything is very close on foot. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. I would definitely stay at this place again!

We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb! Location is excellent - away from the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo but still close enough (recommend a golf cart to help with the transport), and easy access to the beach. The hosts and concierge were very communicative and helpful - thank you!! Seeing howler monkeys right outside the window was awesome. One downside is not having a clear address we can easily share with airport transport or other transport services. Overall though we highly enjoyed staying here.

Great place, close to everything (a couple of minutes walk) yet just a step away from downtown Tamarindo allowing for a quiet place.

The place is beautiful, and communication with Rigo was super fast and efficient. We had to leave early due to a family situation, but Rigo was super attentive at all times. We'll be back soon.

The complex is very nice, safe and quiet. The pool is very nice and clean. The location is unbeatable. Close to everything on foot, but at the same time, it feels quiet and relaxed. We found the apartment very comfortable and with everything we needed. Excellent host, attentive and polite. I would definitely go back.

Condo 201 was fantastic. Large, clean, plenty of common space, equipped kitchen, towels, awesome balcony space. The resort has a fantastic pool, the kids loved it every day. Location is right in the center of town, walk to everything.

Perfect condo for our family of two parents and 4 young adult children. Had all of the amenities and space we needed. Gorgeous complex with awesome pool! Excellent location within all of the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo—could walk right out the gate to many, many restaurants and stores, and of course the beach across the street. Very secure and safe complex also. Thank you for sharing your space with us and being helpful and accommodating with our move from our first condo to this one. We hope to return!

The condo was located in the heart of tamarindo! Lots to do at a walking distance & always felt safe. I highly recommend visiting.

Awesome location and a great place. It was easy to find, parking was great, check in was super simple, and the host responsive and proactive. The condo was really nice, updated, and clean. We were grateful for the many fans and AC in the unit and the book with local suggestions on where to go and what to do in Tamarindo. The neighbors were also very friendly and nice. Everything is just a few steps away - the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, groceries, activities, etc. We really enjoyed our stay.

The experience was great from start to finish. Communication with the manager was outstanding. He was always attentive, answering questions and responding very quickly. The place is very nice. Everything was clean, tidy and well maintained. Equipped kitchen. The location is ideal: everything is close by, the beach, supermarkets, and shops. It's also a quiet area where you can walk safely. The property is very comfortable; the pool, the kitchen and the three bedrooms make it perfect. I would definitely come back and I highly recommend it.

Location is perfect, minutes from the main downtown strip. Unit is very spacious and exactly what we needed. A/C works perfectly. It was very clean and tidy. Host has a property manager that will reach out to you for anything you need; great communication from Rigo. The locks to get in/out of the facility itself (not the unit) were a little tricky (have to redo it a couple times) but otherwise no issues with accessing the apartment!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable and about a 10 minute walk to the beach club and 15 minutes to town. The ac went out one day and the host was very responsive and had the unit replaced by that night. We liked having the private pool, as well as beach club access.

Our family (two adults, two teen boys) had a great time at Richard's place. The place might be the nicest AirBnB we've stayed in. Check-in and check-out were super easy. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet (other than a few howler monkeys one but that was short-lived and also great). The place was very clean and the kitchen was very well-equipped. The AC worked great which was very welcome given how hot it was when we were there. The en suite bathrooms were great, especially the exterior showers. What a great touch. We were very happy to have the outdoor pool too. Having access to the Langosta Beach Club was also a huge bonus. Highly recommended!!

this was wonderful, a five minute walk to the beach, air-conditioned, and clean. The only complaint is the person who had to sleep under the air conditioner in the bunk room, found it hard to sleep. Other than that, the place is charming! cute trees behind a gate s felt safe! enjoy jumping in the pool. The property manager is responsive as well, to answer any questions we had. Check in and check out was easy, highly recommended!!!

Richard & Rigo’s place was absolutely stunning. It had all the amenities we needed and was so clean and cool. Our kids loved the pool and the garrabo and iguana that live in the trees. We loved how close the Airbnb was to the beach and restaurants and coffee. It was tranquil but also very accessible to everything we needed. The beds were comfy, the showers were great, and this mom really loved using the washer and dryer in site. 10/10 would recommend staying at Richard & Rigo’s place. They were so friendly and kind!

It had everything we needed and was comfortable. Great location across from a grocery store, great coffee and restaurants and really everthing in Tamarindo. The pool was wonderful. This place was awesome! super close walk to the beach, restaurants and downtown area but far enough away to enjoy quiet and peaceful nights. Rigo, the property manager was amazing! he exceeded all expectations. highly recommend this accomodation.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this apartment for a week over March break. It was in the perfect location because it was right downtown, you could walk everywhere easily and once you closed the doors it became calm and quiet. We loved that it had a safe underground parking spot for our rental car. There were extra towels and beach towels for us to use, which was very convenient. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and we made use of the laundry facilities as well. The courtyard and pool were lovely and the neighbour's were so kind and welcoming. (The neighbour with the two small dogs really made the stay extra special. ) We highly recommend spending your time in Tamarindo here, we loved it! Thank you 🥰

Overall had a great stay! The place is located right off the main strip where all the restaurants are. Beach is walking distance. Laundry and dryer are in a shared communal space just FYI. Pool is clean and community felt safe. The lock on the front door broke the last night and host never addressed the issue when I messaged him.

The place was very nicely decorated and, with four bathrooms, well suited for our visit with four people. Most restaurants and bars can be reached on foot. There were also several beach chairs inside the property. Communication through the caretaker, Rigo, was very easy and hassle-free. We would love to come again.

Great spot! Pool felt private, as shared by only a handful of units. Was shady in the afternoon, which I wouldn’t think I wanted until experiencing the Costa Rican sun at the beach all morning. So close to beach and restaurants. Perfect. Will be back. Pura vida.

This place is amazing! Its beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you might need, specially if traveling with a big group of people. The place is located 3 blocks from the beach and right next to the town center, which is super nice and full of local restaurants. The place looks exactly like the pictures and Richard is a very friendly and proactive host. He even left a folder with activity and food suggestions! 10/10✨✨✨

This is a wonderful place to stay, just a few blocks away from the main strip. Everything is walkable from the grocery store, the beach and restaurants. We never used our car while we were here. The host is very responsive and we had no issues with our stay. The courtyard and pool is just out the front door and is a nice place to kick back and listen to the birds singing in the trees above. The house was well stocked and clean.

What a great stay! Richard's place was crisp, clean, very close to town, and QUIET! Walking through the gate into the complex felt like walking into a secret little cove, complete with a pool which was empty nearly the whole time. We enjoyed sitting out in front of the 2-level apartment so we could feel like we were by the pool, there's great vegetation around that helped it feel private. We'd stay here again.

Great location and a fantastic condominium in the heart of Tamarindo. I have never rented a place that had a better furnished kitchen. Everything needed to cook in and prepare food and drink. The unit we were in was a fantastic unit in an otherwise poorly maintained condominium complex.

Our family had a great time. Traveled with 6 adults and 2 young children. The condo offered plenty of space and private areas for the entire family. The condo is great for easy access to the beach, pool and many of the great restaurants in Tamarindo.

Fantastic location to the heart of Tamarindo, private balcony (with monkeys in the trees!), and great view of the ocean and pool. The resort pool was SO enjoyable. The place was spacious and clean. The only thing was finding the location. That was difficult for the uber drivers to find on the map. I ended up walking around in circles for a bit and finally found it.

We enjoyed our stay. It’s a great location to walk to everything in Town. It’s in a quieter part of town which is nice. Grocery store literally across the street. The complex feels safe and quiet. The place is actually even nicer than in the pictures. The kitchen is fully stocked unlike most places that only have the basics. We would stay here again when we come back. The concierge service that is advertised is available but we did find it cheaper to go directly to companies to book activities as well as easier to organize to get all the information for the booking.

Our family of 6 adults plus 13, 10 & almost 2 yr old children enjoyed the roomy condo. The beautiful pool area was used almost daily & the Daria hotel across the street had a great bar & restaurant. Direct access to the beach allowed the family to enjoy surfing for several days! We had plenty of beach towels & the kids liked having the pool noodles. We highly recommend staying here if you have a family!

We had a wonderful family vacation in Costa Rica. This apartment is well equipped and very comfortable 2bedrooms, 2baths. It was on the first floor, which as a woman I try to avoid, but it is gated! - so felt safe. Close to all the attractions, great restaurants, stores, city market and the beach. I found very helpful and gracious of the host to offer last day easy free check out. We left it decent , but didn’t have to worry about a fridge and trash bins We had some extra time to enjoy - thank you.

The accommodation was refurbished very recently. Everything in impeccable condition, clean, tasteful with all the kitchen essentials. We were able to enjoy a small intimate space outside located at the back of the home. The place is close to all the best restaurants and about 300 meters from the beach. It was great! We will definitely be back.

Great condo walking distance to everything including the beach. Tamarindo is a hopping place but this condo is on a quiet street right off the main strip. Beds are very comfortable and kitchen had essentials. TV/AV easy to figure out. Only suggestion is would be nice to have beach chairs for guests:)

We had been to Tamarindo before but had never seen Villa Verde complex. We took a chance based on the photos and listing and we could not have been happier. The complex is secure and private. The grounds crew cleans the pool and pool area every morning. The A/C is strong on all 3 levels. You can walk to all things Tamarindo safely and don't have to worry about anything. There is a small grocery close by that has everything you need. There are 3 food courts nearby as well as all the great restaurants that are in Tamarindo. I would definitely look up Richard's place again and stay without hesitation. To Richard and Crew......THANK YOU! It was a great 2 weeks and the condo is exactly what we were looking for.

Beautiful location in CR ~ easy access to everything you'd need. Pool and surrounding area easy to access and great place to spend the majority of your day !! Very roomy condo with lots of outside seating and several balconies. Quiet and peaceful even when the place is busy.

65 people went to Tamarindo for my daughter's wedding. I feel like our accomodations were the best. The view of the pool was beautiful and the condo was well laid out and spacious. Richard was very responsive. He also recommended our shuttle driver, Memo, who went above and beyond too. We will definitely come back and recommend it to others. Fantastic home!!

Great hosts, wonderful and spacious home, comfy beds, private backyard, short walk to beach. Loved having breakfast on the backyard surrounded by tropical plants and birds. Beach club is great. They have pool, Beach loungers, serve good food and drinks. Massages at the beach are super relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

We loved it here! The walk to town was a bit further than expected/advertised so we ended up using electric scooters for the last few days which were so much fun. The space was lovely, private, and relaxing. The howler monkeys in the trees surrounding the property brought us a lot of joy. The beach club access was everything for us! We went during rainy season so the bedroom became quite humid in the evenings despite efforts to reduce the wetness on the floor and bed. Host was responsive and supportive throughout our stay!

I want to thank Richard and Rigo for the use of this property. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We are a group of 5 friends who have been travelling together for the past 25 years on our annual trip.
