La ubicación es muy buena, el edificio es muy seguro, además todo queda muy cerca caminando, la playa está a 5 min caminando, sin duda, volvería a este alojamiento!

El conplejo es muy bonito, seguro y tranquilo. La piscina es muy agradable y limpia. la ubicacion es inmejorable. cerca de todo a pie a la vez se siente tranquilo y relajado. Nos pareció muy cómodo el apartamento y con todo lo necesario. Excelente anfitrion, pendiente y educado. sin duda repetiria.

I had a disappointing experience with this stay due to a lack of communication from the host. I requested an early check-out about 48 hours in advance, but never received any response not even to let me know whether it was approved or not. My message was simply ignored. There are multiple co-hosts listed for this property, yet none of them responded to my inquiries. I also never received any check-out instructions or general communication during my stay, which made the experience frustrating and unclear. Additionally, the overall maintenance of the building could use improvement. The pool was not very inviting and appeared to need some work. The street leading to the property is in poor condition, and the building itself would benefit from some upkeep. The apartment itself was okay, but the surrounding conditions impacted the overall experience. I hope the hosts can improve their responsiveness, communication, and property maintenance for future guests.

Awesome location and a great place. It was easy to find, parking was great, check in was super simple, and the host responsive and proactive. The condo was really nice, updated, and clean. We were grateful for the many fans and AC in the unit and the book with local suggestions on where to go and what to do in Tamarindo. The neighbors were also very friendly and nice. Everything is just a few steps away - the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, groceries, activities, etc. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this apartment for a week over March break. It was in the perfect location because it was right downtown, you could walk everywhere easily and once you closed the doors it became calm and quiet. We loved that it had a safe underground parking spot for our rental car. There were extra towels and beach towels for us to use, which was very convenient. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and we made use of the laundry facilities as well. The courtyard and pool were lovely and the neighbour's were so kind and welcoming. (The neighbour with the two small dogs really made the stay extra special. ) We highly recommend spending your time in Tamarindo here, we loved it! Thank you 🥰

Great location and a fantastic condominium in the heart of Tamarindo. I have never rented a place that had a better furnished kitchen. Everything needed to cook in and prepare food and drink. The unit we were in was a fantastic unit in an otherwise poorly maintained condominium complex.

This condo is perfectly located in a quiet area but a couple of minutes from the beach, great restaurants and the vibrant downtown.
