Pretty safe area- there’s a public park right down the street, but the house is gated so that helped give safer reassurance for us girls. Initially the house was warm when we got there, but turning on all the fans and AC’s did help cool it off. The host asks for flight itinerary to meet and greet when you first come to stay and also asks when you depart (fly out) to say goodbye. Overall pretty clean house. Easy instructions to check out and the local taco shop he recommended was the best! Only thing I wish had been communicated to us prior to our arrival was that the fan in the back room by the pool was broken/didn't work and that we had to supply our own toilet paper & trash bags if we ran out while we stayed there. Just given the amount of money we paid, I didn’t expect that we would have to make a trip to the store/uber groceries. Most hosts supply unlimited amounts of those necessities- like a hotel does. Other than that, we had fun in Cancun!
