A beautiful house, My guests were very comfortable, very clean. José helped me all the time to make my event magnificent, the chef cooks very well and in general the house staff are very respectful, helpful and friendly. Thanks also to Reyna and Mr. Faustino. I just suggest that you check the conditions well, everything is specified, I did not do it so well and I missed things. But my wonderful event.

The accommodation is very nice and spacious, it has all the kitchen utensils. Josefina was a great host, friendly and always attentive to us. The caretaker Faustino was also a very friendly person and helped us with everything.

We chose this house because my daughter wanted to get married in Cuernavaca so that the whole family by both parties would stay there. Since we started contacting Josefina she was an angel. Then we found out we could do the wedding there. Everything was perfect, taking into account that we coordinated while we were outside of Mexico. Josefina was always on the lookout for every detail of the wedding from the ceremony until the wedding ended with a super team of people working with her and she stayed all the way to make sure everything went out perfect. We highly recommend Reyna the cook who is delicious to eat and consented to everything we ask. As in everything there were small details but Josefina took over and solved everything. Thank you very much for everything Josefina. You don't know how the whole family loved everything. It was perfect!!!!

The house is beautiful and it is as described in the listing. The location was exactly what I was looking for, it was private and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Pharmacy, convenience store and bakery within walking distance. Paved running/walking trail also within walking distance. Josefina was amazing with communication. She greeted us on arrival and was thorough with all the house information. She also had lots of suggestions. I highly recommend and will likely book again in the future.

Very spacious, comfortable house with good facilities. The staff is attentive and helpful. The area is very quiet. We were very pleased. The only thing is that for the number of people using the house, one roll of toilet paper per room is not enough, but they make that clear when you book, so you have to be prepared. The pool is small, but adequate. The water is wonderful without having to use a water heater. There is plenty of storage space (3 refrigerators and a freezer). We were comfortable.

We were fortunate to have the entire property to ourselves, which made it more comfortable for the whole family... We had a very pleasant stay at the house, all that it has to offer in good condition. Josefina's service was exceptional, all very clear and reliable. The spaces are very well delimited and perfectly equipped, we did not have to request extra assistance at any time because something worked for us or needed and that is highly appreciated. The boiler is a plus and much needed at the end of the year. Mr. Faustino was always very kind and attentive to any support during the stay. The accommodation matches the description! Beautiful house, very large, with all the amenities to put together an event with friends. Josefina is very attentive from the time of booking to check-in, answering all questions and helping to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

We went to celebrate our anniversary with our friends, 22 people, and each family was able to have their own bedroom. We requested the pool heater for the 3 days, and it was great for the children and babies who came. Mr. Faustino was always very attentive and helpful, as were the housekeeper and her assistant. José helped us organize the weekend; he gave us options for a taquiza or a 3-course menu. We chose taquiza, and the food was delicious. We were able to have music playing until 2–3 a.m. at a moderate volume. The rooms were great—spacious, clean, and hot water in the showers. We were very comfortable; we would definitely come back.

Our experience at Josefina’s house was simply WONDERFUL! We stayed as a group of 30 people in the 10 rooms of the house. The house was perfectly clean, and we wanted the pool to be heated for the little ones, so we asked Josefina for this service as an additional service. They offered us catering service so we wouldn’t have to worry about meals for the 30 people, and it was totally worth it. The food was delicious, the chef and his assistant took care of us for 2 hours at each meal, and they set up some very nice tables and umbrellas for us to be comfortable.  They also offered us Reyna’s service, who helped us with the housekeeping for a very reasonable fee for 8 hours, which was totally worth it, as she was always very helpful. In addition to this, we decided to hold our little boy’s Christening party, and Josefina helped me with every detail. They gave us excellent prices for the catering service, bartender, waiters, decoration, mariachi, DJ, and entertainer.

Everything was great. Communication from the very beginning was awesome, suggestions were made and fit perfectly with our reservation. Our family reunion was very intimate and perfect location for it. The people of the house were very kind and helpful, always asking before decisions were made and offering help in what they can. Something that could be improved is the pool service, yes it rained before we got there but wish water would be clearer, we also hoped the pool was heated throughout our stay and not just one day we asked. Overall we were really really satisfied with our stay.

Before I start describing the most perfect weekend spent at Josefina's home, a little background on why we choose this property in particular. My husband and I wanted a venue to finally host our wedding after rescheduling three times due to lock down. He is originally from Mexico City and I'm American. We wanted a weekend getaway for our family and friends to plan the ultimate wedding celebration. When we first booked Josefina's property we were not prepared for the amount of support, planning and care from Josefina and her son Leo. Planning a wedding from the states would be of course difficult however they both made it a seamless process. As a bride who wanted the perfect day they both made it possible and then some. From planning the catering, mariachi band, decor, flowers to coordinating a chef during our entire stay we felt safe, relaxed and of course overjoyed that all the details were taken care of. Josefina's prompt response with any detail we needed was absolutely unmatched. We are so grateful we found this hidden gem. Do not hesitate to book your next event with Josefina and her team. We would choose them again and again.

The house is in a very good location, super clean, and comfortable. You have all the amenities, and the people in the house are super helpful and provide a lot of support. The rooms do not have fans and if they are a little hot but out there everything is excellent.

Good they say that everyone talks about how they are doing at the fair, but to my very humble opinion: - Communication with Josefina is excellent. -It gives you 100% confidence even before you arrive and enter the house. -What the ad offers is exactly what you get, there is no misleading advertising. -You have the support of Mr. Faustino at all times, in case at any time there is a fault, so that it can be resolved immediately (I clarify that during my stay there were no issues). He will also help you, to go shopping in case you do not want to go out to buy (just don't be rude, leave him a tip at least, so that he can pay for the gas of his car that he uses, to do the favor) or, if you prefer to go for the things, he can accompany you, to guide you and tell you where you can find good products, to eat. In short, in a few words, they make your life easier, so that the only thing you have to worry about is having fun and/or rest.

The place is very clean, beautiful, with vegetation, the quiet area, with excellent location, you find shops, pharmacies, etc..., Anita who helped me during the days in my stay to have breakfast, water, etc., a beautiful person who supported me in everything, always willing and very cooperative, with good communication, the cucumber water with very recommended lemon and its very rich sauces, always punctual in what I asked for, also very organized and with clear accounts, in the end together with everything that was left over from the event and showed it to me, also Don Faustino a super man willing to support us, in the safety of the house, maintenance, the 1,000 times we asked for him to support ourselves with buying things (a thousand apologies), always with a smile and helpful. Josefina who took care of my event is an excellent person, attentive, very supportive and with innovative proposals, at first I mentioned that I had no idea that I wanted in my event, because she proposed everything to me, remember them, snacks, candy table, cake, etc., helped me with the coordination of each provider and very reliable, in the end I asked her to support me paying the suppliers so that on the day of the event I was not stressed paying to each one, and she paid them promptly to everyone (very reliable), she passed a balance in a supplier and she paid it and trusted me, just a few years ago I just deposited (thousand apologies). Always aware of the event and suggesting things that could be simple, but they happen to you and she was aware of everything, she left until I saw us well installed and without a doubt of the house, even the house lends itself to have relaxing massages, I could not have one anymore, but for the next I would like a lot. If you want to do an event for less than 50 people and your desire is to live with your family and relax this house and the people who coordinate it is an excellent option, do not hesitate. Here they offer you variety and are looking to adapt to your budget, the suppliers all very formal, the cake I offered we all loved it, there were no plates with cake at the end of the party, when I wanted to hire a photographer they were very busy and still Josefina, I look for options and gave me what I was looking for. I appreciate all the attention and I would definitely return, a couple of guests already asked me how to coordinate everything and want to do something similar. Finally, the pool is of good size for children and you do not worry about how deep it is because it is designed for children and adults. A fantastic place to hold a family or friend reunion with up to 10 families! We held a 50-year high school reunion and everybody was elated with the place and the service. Josefina did a fantastic job communicating with us from the time we placed the reservation until we checked out. Her on-site staff was very nice and helpful. Faustino was in charge of security, but he was great at providing information and providing services whenever we requested them. The climate was perfect, the city of Cuernavaca is beautiful. Highly recommended!
