A very nice house. I highly recommend it for groups of 4 couples, since each one has their own room and private bathroom, which are of very good quality and tastefully decorated. Everything was impeccable. We were very happy. The location is excellent, a 5-minute walk from the main square.

The unit was gorgeous with plenty of space for our group. The location was very close to all the places we wanted to visit in SMA. The host made us feel welcome and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Beds were super comfortable with soft, clean linens. (We could have used an extra hand towel in a few rooms, but that’s an easy fix.) We pre-ordered groceries which was easy and helpful. Overall we had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

The apartment was beautiful, same as the pictures. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious and clean. Excellent location as we walked everywhere in San Miguel de Allende. They provided very clear instructions and the place was ready when we got in. They were also very flexible with the checkin as we got into san Miguel de Allende at noon and we were able to checkin at that time. Highly recommend to others and would love to come back soon.

This home was perfect for our girls trip (6 of us celebrating 50!) We loved everything about th home from the bedrooms with en suites and especially loved the rooftop hot tub and fire pit! We cannot wait to come back and we will definitely stay here again!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a fantastic stay at this AirBnB for a milestone birthday trip. The house was very spacious and was nicely updated for comfort, while maintaining many of the original features. The views were unparalleled and the huge hot tub with views of all of San Miguel was a fantastic way to unwind at the end of the day; it was a highlight of our trip. The daily breakfast was wonderful. Having fresh fruit, homemade fresh salsas and new breakfast dishes daily (chilaquiles, enfrijoladas, etc) was a great way to start the day. Although there are steep steps to take up to the house from town, it was totally worth it for the views! The town itself had plenty of fantastic restaurants and cocktail bars, etc. The locals were so kind and we always felt safe walking around. We would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a special place to stay in San Miguel.

Great team. The area could be challenging to get around and find places. However, the team did a great job at helping us out. It helped us enjoy our stay. Also, the property is amazing and has some of the best views in the city. Will definitely book again.

Absolutely stunning place and amazing hosts! Very responsive and helpful, the daily breakfast was soooo delicious and the daily cleaning service was amazing. DEFINITELY worth the book, your a 5 second walk from the beautiful park and about a couple minutes walk to the central downtown with all the shops and church.

Our day started out as a challenge from the start we were not sure if we were going to make it to San Miguel and decided to make the trip last minute. Message the host before I even booked the home and the response was amazing and willing to work with our late night schedule, we should have arrived at 7 but ended up arriving at 11. Antonio was happily waiting for us and got us all settled!! In the AM we were greeted with the rest of the staff with an amazing breakfast, these people go above and beyond to make you feel at home! We (a large group) were so happy and grateful! Home was amazing with amazing views!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this home, although it was not the property we originally booked. However, the accommodation exceeded our expectations. The location is central, allowing us to walk to various attractions with ease. The space was generous, and the rooftop and outdoor area were spectacular, offering views of some of the most prominent points of interest. Although the pictures may not convey it, the home features several windows that allow ample natural light to fill the space. The hosts were exceptionally responsive, assisting us in organizing massages and excursions outside the area. Any minor issues we encountered during our six-day stay were quickly addressed and resolved by the hosts. I highly recommend this home and the management team.

We loved this house! The views are incredible, inside and out. We loved the setup, the decor, the privacy, and the location. The staff are beyond lovely, they helped get baggage up the stairs, made delicious breakfast, and kept the house spotless. It's a close walk into downtown and easy to get everywhere. The owners were very responsive with any question we had and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would happily come back to the house! Thank you!

We were 5 women who enjoy having their own beds, bathrooms and when possible bedrooms. This outstanding house offered everything we wished for. Could not have been a better location for walking the city of San Miguel. Hosts were very responsive to our needs. All in all, one of the nicest Airbnb homes we have had the pleasure of enjoyed.

This is a fantastic property for large groups. We enjoyed that the rooms had large beds and their own bathrooms. I appreciate that they supply plenty of towels and linens. The highlight of the stay was the lovely ladies who came to cook us an amazing breakfast every morning. They were incredible and made an amazing hot breakfast each morning. The location is walkable to all the key spots in town. The only thing I could knock is the church bells that ring day and night and on going cannon fire. However it’s seems like a citywide thing.

The only issue was the hot water heater went out. When we notified them they explained how to bring it back online… so it was fixed quickly but most of us had cold showers one day

This place is an 11/10. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in San Miguel. The staff was responsive, friendly and did an amazing job.

Although we encountered some problems on the first day of our stay, there was no hot water on the first night, but the host solved the problem very quickly. Overall, it's a nice, clean and tidy place. The host is very friendly and can help solve some minor issues. It is a place worth recommending.

Absolutely fantastic stay! I can't say enough about how beautiful the condo was and everything was so comfortable - the beds were amazing and the rooftop jacuzzi is unreal! What made it even better was how responsive and helpful the hosts were - every question was answered within moments and they constantly made sure we were happy with our stay. Highly recommend this home! A group of us rented for our accommodations for a wedding down the hill. LRM was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The morning staff for breakfast and cleaning were incredible and delicious food! Perfect way to start the day. Loved everything about our stay and have no complaints.

My family and I stayed here for my wedding in San Miguelle. It was walking distance to our venue as well as many other sites in the heart of the city. The staff were very communicative, flexible, and helpful. The property was gorgeous, spacious, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped to host us. The rooftop was lovely - although did not get a chance to enjoy the hot tub, the fireplace and rooftop views were much appreciated. Would highly recommend to others!

Obsessed with our casita in SM! The location was perfect to town and the hot tub on the roof made the trip even better. The views were truly magical. We made so many memories here and can’t wait to come back! Also, the beds were extremely comfy. The service was very quick when we needed more towels. Stay here, you will not regret it!

Excellent stay and spectacular view

Beautiful location to spend a few days checking out all the wonderful shops and restaurants in San Miguel. This location is was really central and only a max 10 min walk to the city square. The rooftop hot tub was lovely to enjoy after a long day of walking the city. Would recommend and stay again.

Great location and size

This was our second stay in this amazing AirBnB. It was just as wonderful as last year. The host is amazingly responsive and very flexible with requests. The location is perfect; easy walk to the center but just far enough away to be peaceful. The house itself is gorgeous and spotless, and the beds are outrageously comfortable. They recently added a hot tub on the rooftop. We only made it up there once but the view is fantastic!

This place is a gem in the hills of San Miguel! Absolutely matches the description and the pictures do not do it justice. The staff before we arrived was very attentive and communicative. The staff on property were warm and friendly and the breakfast feast was delicious every-day. They went out of their way to find activities for our group and even helped us book a dinner and wine tasting. One note that may not have been on the listing, and I think it is worth sharing. It in no way impacted our stay, but I can see how it could be troublesome. There are a considerable number of stairs to reach the property and a pretty pronounced downslope from the other side. Like I said, it was totally manageable for our crew, and when we were checking in, they helped us with our bags, but I could see this being an issue for others. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. All in all, a fantastic and beautiful place to venture into the culture of San Miguel De Allende.

Very comfortable space, greeted by Sophia and went over necessary items in the home. Location was great, all draw back if I had to pick one was construction next door. However the home itself was clean and cozy. Beds super cozy, every thing remodeled nicely. RO system helps with clean filtered water. We cooked almost every other day. Enjoyed our first stay at SMA.

We had a big group stay for a destination wedding and the house met all our needs. The stairs are legit but if you like a fantastic view, it’s the only way. Having breakfast made for you everyday was quite a nice perk. Would recommend a stay here!

My stay at Casa Vista was nothing short of exceptional! The highlight of the experience was the absolutely spectacular view from the terrace which provided breathtaking panoramas that made every moment special. The house and grounds are immaculate and beautiful. LRM's concierge services made everything very easy, whether it was arranging transport for our substantially sized group, arranging in-house massages, or even planning my 50th birthday party! The staff was incredibly patient and gracious, always going above and beyond. Veronica's breakfasts were a daily delight. Antonio's assistance was invaluable. Sofia also deserves accolades for planning the most beautiful birthday event I could have ever imagined. While Casa Vista does charge a premium, the convenience and peace of mind they provide are well worth the extra cost. This place truly offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and unparalleled hospitality. I cannot recommend Casa Vista highly enough!

This villa is dreamy! Reminds me of a villa in Italy. The home is gorgeous & has a breathtaking view of the city! The villa is very spacious & well decorated/furnished. Villa was immaculate/spotless. Beds were very comfortable & AC in 90 degree weather was much needed. The windows in each bedroom & doors in hallway that opened were enjoyable to allow that nice cool breeze in, when AC was not in use. Sounds of nature (birds) & church bells ringing was very peaceful. The pool was a great touch to add to home after a long day of walking the city. Very picturesque & amazing sunset! Thank you to the staff onsite & LRM group through Airbnb, they were superb! Excellent hospitality & were just a text message away. They were very attentive & kind. They recommended & offered us extra amenities if we were interested. It was our 1st time in San Miguel de Allende & when I/we return I will definitely look to stay on one of their LRM properties. I would def recommend. You will not be disappointed.

We had an amazing stay at San Miguel in this luxury villa. The host was super responsive, within a few minutes, and made everything really easy for us. Everything was really clean and like the pictures. The views from this palace are truly remarkable. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was really convenient since it was prepared for us downstairs every morning. The staff was incredibly friendly. I would highly recommend staying here. As far as being located at a bit of an incline, yes this is true since the house is on a mountain, but you can get a taxi or uber to the top so you only have to walk down hill.

We had a great experience at this AirBnb. Lots of space for our 4 adults and 4 kids. The staff was attentive and helped with recommendations, massages, chef and of course delicious breakfast. there are lots of steps but they helped with luggage and we knew what we signed up for here so didn’t cause a problem at all. Unfortunately we hit the hottest week by far in SMA in years (95 degrees) so that was a bummer, but we put the air conditioning and fans to test and ended up doing pretty well keeping it as cool as possible. The only downside was the local church bells which ring throughout day and night. It is charming but if you are very sensitive to sound while sleeping go in eyes wide open. For us not a big deal. Thank you so much for your hospitality! We loved it.

Oh my gosh this was a 10/10 experience from start to finish! The property is beyond beautiful and has everything you need for a group. We were worried about the stairs but honestly is kind of a nice workout especially since we were eating so much haha also the bells went off occasionally ally at the church but was totally manageable & added to the experience. Antonio was an absolute lifesaver helping us carry our bags up and down the stairs. Sofia was the best concierge and communicator - she helped with everything we needed from booking bartenders, massages, and answering questions throughout the week. The housekeeping and chefs were also amazing. Waking up to breakfast everyday and having clean rooms was wonderful. Literally couldn’t have asked for a better experience and we so appreciate this host. We felt so safe, comfortable, and truly had the best time. We hope to be back one day!

The location of this place is wonderful - in the heart of San Miguel de Allende - you can walk any where - it is close to restaurants and the main city attractions. And when we needed a cab - there was always one right up the street. We started our day on the rooftop with coffee enjoying the morning sun and ended our day up there with a cocktail at sunset and the firepit going. The host was super responsive - the place was clean - the kitchen well appointed - having a bathroom in each bed room was great. And the host helped arrange drivers to and from the airport which made everything worry free. We loved SMA and would definitely come back here.

Recommend this villa if you’ve got a sizable group looking to stay at a well kept, beautiful villa with amazing views and an awesome staff! The host was really helpful, responsive and proactive. The staff were an absolute delight. I will add there were some stairs to get to the villa so you must be willing to climb a bit but worth it

Lovely spot, looks just like the photos. Very clean and lots of room for group. Fairly well equipped kitchen. Terrace space lots of fun for morning coffee and sunset wine. Very central location, walkable to pretty much all the major sites. Comfortable beds and clean linens. Helpful to know this is not directly on a street but rather a short distance up a gravel alley leading to parking lot and this house which is one of several newly built around courtyard. It took us a while to locate.

Spectacular stay from beginning to end! The home is amazing. The photos do not to it justice! It is gorgeous and open and airy and has absolutely everything you need (including really nice bath products!). I managed to sleep in every one of the five beds during our month long stay and they are all crazy comfortable with the most luxurious bedding. There are giant TVs in each bedroom and the living room, filtered water throughout the house, an insane rooftop area and topnotch WiFi. This place has it all. The location could not be better (this was our 6th trip to SMA and 5th location (stayed in a hotel twice) so I do have a few locations to compare it to). It is a few short blocks to the center of town but perfectly quiet and tranquil. Best part though? The hosts. I made a mistake with the flights and have to change the dates - no problem! We have friends coming to visit - no problem! We need extra cleaning (3 kids) - no problem! They checked in with us occasionally. Great people!

If you want an unforgettable experience with exceptional service, I highly recommend this place.  Upon arrival, we were greeted by Antonio who helped us with our bags upstairs and gave us a tour of the house. The stairs were high and steep but worth the climb. My 94 grandma made it up the stairs without any issues. When you arrive at the house you immediately forget all about the stairs you just climbed because you are mesmerized by the breathtaking views. The inside of the house was spotless and beautiful. The decor is elegant and timeless. We slept comfortably in our king sized bed, we used the AC as needed. In the morning, we woke up the the rich smell of coffee. The breakfast was delicious and served timely with excellent service. From the jacuzzi we were able to relax while also taking in the beautiful sights of downtown. From the moment we booked our reservation, our Airbnb host was very responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of.

Everything was perfect

Chandler, the host, was very responsive, we had to book the same day and he made it effortless. The house was amazing, it had a great rooftop and view of the cathedral. All the amenities the house had to offer were excellent and my kids enjoyed the fast Wi-Fi. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice that every bedroom had its own A/C unit. The house location is about 12 minute walk to main plaza by the cathedral. We had a great stay at Chandler’s home.

House was very beautiful, was as pictured and described. Very nice that we were greeted by a host. Spacious and rooms are big and had plenty of space for our family. Would highly recommend and would stay again next time I’m visiting San Miguel.

We had a wonderful time! Veronica and Antonio made us feel right at home when we arrived. They gave us a lot of flexibility which was very appreciated. The stairs are definitely rough but once you brave them you are met with the most beautiful view in the city. It was truly a once in a lifetime experience to be able to watch the sunset over the city in the hot tub. Antonio helped us with our bags and Veronica made an amazing breakfast each morning. Be aware that if you have a large party the table only has 8 seats. The host was responsive in the chat which helped with check in. We would love to stay again soon!

Can’t say enough good things about this place! Incredible house (pictures don’t do it justice), beautiful views, amazing staff! Veronica, Antonio and Denise were all so helpful and easy to work with. The house is walkable to everything in town, but notably, it is also uphill from the town center (hence the amazing views). We had someone with a knee injury and another 6 months pregnant in our group, and they managed fine, but wasn’t easy! Uber or taxis also an option, but still lots of stairs from the road to the house. Regardless of this, would 100% stay again. Hope to return some day!

We love the house and the view.

This was the most incredible spot for our bachelorette group. The house and view were even better than the photos, the host was very communicative and helpful with arrival instructions and random questions, and the house staff were so sweet and attentive, and incredible cooks! We loved the daily breakfast and afternoons by the pool, and all the great restaurants and sites in easy walking distance. Only things to note are the church bells that seemed to ring every 15 minutes and the long climb up the stairs to get to the house, but it was part of the charm and worth the amazing view!

Amazing place! The house on itself is lovely, the views are breathtaking and the staff is even more amazing. They did not lie about the stairs, they are a bit of a challenge, so keep that in mind. Veronica's breakfasts are legendary, Antonio's speed and disposition are great. I would definitely book again.
