Absolutely loved our time here. Easily walkable to everywhere in town - great location! Only downside was the place next door was being renovated so the two weekday mornings we had there were filled with construction noise. That aside though, this is a 10/10 spot and we would stay again!

Everything was excellent. We felt right at home. The bed is a delight! The terrace is very nice, the kitchen is very spacious. Very good location. I would definitely come back. The elevator was not working, but it was not something that bothered us because they helped us carry our luggage upstairs, so everything was fine.

Our family loved our time at this AirBnb. The photos of the outdoor space don't do it justice - it was so dreamy to sit outside with the fireplace on and enjoy the evenings. The space was roomy, the kitchen fully equipped, plus nice king beds. We are already planning our return visit!

L.R.M were AMAZING!!! The place is beautiful in pictures but once you walk in it’s even better! I contacted them a couple of times and they were very responsive and had lots of extra services that they provided, honestly I would rent this space if available whenever I come back in town, place was clean the garage was a life saver. Bathrooms all clean beds comfortable, alas I could go on and on but all this to say this host was incredible.

Excessively kind people who host a fairly tail home behind the walls of the city. We will definitely be back and will stay here. Location is perfect. We had concierges set up a chef for breakfast during our stay and she was amazing! One of our favorite vacations.

Casa Pedro Vargas is a beautiful home filled with charm and history. We woke up to a beautiful view and a delicious breakfast prepared by Miriam each morning! We truly enjoyed our stay.

This is a gorgeous home with beautiful courtyards in a great location close. Walkable to the mercado, parroquia San Miguel, and many great restaurants and shops. The management team was able to schedule transportation for us in a very comfortable van that accommodated our entire family and our luggage. We didn’t rent a car, but there was space to park one.

It was a wonderful place! Rosie was great. The host was so responsive!! Loved all the bedrooms!! It was a magical place! I was sad that the hot tub was difficult to heat! They did send someone but we could never get it to work. It was still a great place!!!

Surprised with the closeness yet quiet that this somewhat hidden location gave us. Super close to the center and some of the best restaurants etc. Great access in and out of the city as well based on location.

A very nice house. I highly recommend it for groups of 4 couples, since each one has their own room and private bathroom, which are of very good quality and tastefully decorated. Everything was impeccable. We were very happy. The location is excellent, a 5-minute walk from the main square.

This is truly a beautiful home and located near the markets and town square. My family enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back. I was very impressed with how convenient everything was to include our host and his willingness to make sure we had everything we needed. There was never a time I didn’t feel supported. Casa Lu met and far exceeded our expectations! The home is beautiful, meticulously clean and very comfortable. Multiple locked doors and gates provide secure access to the gorgeous well-kept townhouse community. We walked everywhere and the central location makes coffee shops, restaurants and shopping easily accessible. Larger grocery stores are 10+ minutes away by car. The concierge service proactively communicated daily and they were very prompt in responding to my inquiries. I 100% recommend this home and L.R.M. for a stay in San Miguel.

The unit was gorgeous with plenty of space for our group. The location was very close to all the places we wanted to visit in SMA. The host made us feel welcome and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Beds were super comfortable with soft, clean linens. (We could have used an extra hand towel in a few rooms, but that’s an easy fix.) We pre-ordered groceries which was easy and helpful. Overall we had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Casa Zaca is a beautifully designed and centrally located home. We spent 8 nights there and loved it! It's in the heart of Centro San Miguel de Allende -- a five minute walk to the Parroquía---and near loads of fabulous restaurants, bars and boutiques. The home is very luxurious yet comfortable. The housekeeper Sonia was excellent, funny and takes great care of the home. It shows. LRM was fantastic and quick responding whenever we needed anything- they also arranged drivers for us to and from Leon/Guanajuato airport. An overall excellent experience. Book this home if you are looking at it. You will be happy you did. Make sure you stop by Tené a block away for food and a cocktail or two. We made that our second living room and the staff there was incredible. Food excellent too...

So many great things about our stay! Alejandro was incredibly helpful and very nice to work with, as were the other LRM employees. We encountered some issues with heavy rains (it was the June rainy season) and a few leaks in the house (as is normal for Mexico homes) - they responded right away and very graciously. Every message sent was responded to almost immediately. The home was beautiful, very comfortable and incredibly spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with anything needed for cooking. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was super hot. All the living spaces were better than shown in the photos. Elevator was very convenient for our heavy luggage. The location was simply the best! Safe and tucked away off the main street, so very quiet. We enjoyed everything about this house, especially its location - very central to walking everywhere! We really can't say enough good things about our stay, LRM & Alejandro. We can't wait to come back! Thank you for everything!!

We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this property! The home is spacious, beautifully updated, and spotless. With three large bedrooms and more than three bathrooms, our family of four, including two teens, had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kitchen was modern and well-equipped, the elevator was a wonderful bonus, and the deck spaces offered incredible views. The air conditioning worked great, and the home felt very safe, private, and peaceful, tucked away from the main road. The pool area was beautiful and a perfect place to unwind. We also loved being able to have groceries delivered before we arrived, which made check-in so easy. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

You’re in the middle of everything. You have markets, galleries, restaurants, the town square, and even Starbucks within a block or two. The rooftop is stunning and the fact you can grill up there is awesome. The house is massive- plenty of space - and has a great layout with privacy for groups if you are traveling with others The host is responsive, everything works, plenty of Ubers in this area Quiet at night even in the city center

We enjoyed our stay. They host were very responsive and accommodated any request we had (including pack and play and trash removal). We highly recommend it, as it was close to the center of everything. Just be aware that this is not a quiet neighborhood, and you will hear church bells and music. Also, not two bedrooms with queen beds are on the same floor, in case you care (like if you want to sleep next to your kids). But we managed both with a 2 and a 4-year-old and recommended.

Fantastic property. Quiet place, that felt like its own little retreat from the relaxed little retreat of San Miguel de Allende. It is at the end of a cute little gated alleyway, so it’s away from the Main Street (which is busy for the town). Lots of great bars and restaurants close by, which was great since we watched the Stanley cup and the world cups games. Everything was very clean, lighting was great, and the AC was nice on one day that was particularly hot. The host met us to show up around the property. It was a lovely place, and would get this same unit next time we return to San Miguel de Allende.

Six of us stayed at this terrific LRM property - husband/wife, 18/19 yo daughters, grand friends. Property is as advertised and unlike many AirBnb’s outside of US, had well-appointed kitchen, large bathrooms and showers with ample space and plenty of hot water. The AC is not quite up to US standards but it is cool at night and with open windows all were comfortable. The house is steps, literally steps, away from everything. We used LRM for transportation to and from the airport, for 2 tours, and to arrange a private chef one evening. Everything was top notch. No regrets. Wish I was there now.

Loved staying here and would definitely stay again! House was very nice, enjoyed the large balcony on top floor. Walkable to main attractions. We had 2 couples and it was perfect for us because 2 of the 3 rooms were very large with attached bathrooms.

We traveled with multiple generations, from young children to grandparents, and the home worked perfectly for everyone. There was plenty of space to spread out, yet it still felt warm and inviting for family dinners, conversations, and celebrations.

My mom and I had the best stay at this beautiful hacienda! Communication was always very prompt, the place was so beautiful and close to everything! Teresa’s home cooked breakfast was so delicious-highly recommend doing it at the beginning of your trip like we did! We were able to enjoy leftovers the rest of our days as the cook leaves all groceries used for the meal! The home is spotless, private and magical. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home with Air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms. Had extra towels and enough toiletries. Standing fans in living area would’ve been nice to combat heat. Overall a great place/stay. Host responded promptly and very helpful.

The place was an awesome hidden gem close to many restaurants, shops, and the downtown Cathedral. It was a beautiful house with ample space, a perfect getaway with access to an amazing pool which was super nice to have on SMA’s summer days.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay in San Miguel. The home was beautiful and located within walking distance to more restaurants and shops that we could even visit during our 7 days. At some locations, dining or just having drinks quickly became our favorite "go to" places, and the staff treated us like we had been coming there for years. The concierge team of Sofia and Brandon was extremely responsive and provided us with every piece of information or recommendation we asked for within minutes of our request. My family and I visited SMA for a wedding and this home was absolutely perfect! We all had plenty of rooms/bathrooms to get ready in without having to be in each other’s space but also had beautiful common areas. It was close enough to el centro to walk and explore but further enough to not have all the hustle & bustle of the city. We can’t wait to go back!

Above and beyond what I expected. The casa is a quiet oasis in city that is known for being on the nosier side. Host team was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Concierge service was top notch. This was our first trip w our baby so I wanted to be close to town but also was important to find a place that would be quiet and feel like home. PLUS the mini splits were phenomenal in this heat!! Everything surpassed our expectations. We were so happy with our stay! You will not regret your stay!!!!

Wow - the Casa Zaca is stunningly decorated and updated, and is very roomy. We were a party of 3 women staying at Casa Zaca and loved that we each had our own bedroom with a king-size bed and in-suite bathroom. The outside enclosed patio is also beautiful and colorful with greenery and flowering bougainvilleas. The kitchen is fully updated and stocked with dishes, glasses, cutlery, coffee, paper towels, dish washing detergent... we felt very safe as you go through basically 3 doors to get into the house. You exit the street to go down a small pretty alley to reach the house and go through 2 gates before the front door. One disclaimer is the house is advertised as air conditioned however the downstairs bedroom did not have a/c. This would only matter in May, maybe, as the evenings are cool and comfortable and the temperatures are moderate for most of the year. We would definitely return to stay there. The property management team is very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful property with different areas for our larger group to have their own spaces. Great rooftop patio. So close to great restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. LRM was very responsive when we needed anything & helped arrange our airport transportation, which was super helpful. Main living area got quite warm (no A/C unit there - but all bedrooms had one) - would be helpful to have a fan or some way to cool that area down a bit. Overall, a couple little glitches but enjoyed ourselves a great deal!

I've stayed in many AirBnBs around the world and this was one of favorites. The place is bigger than the pictures show, and it was very well stocked with every day essentials like towels and soap and dishes. Each room/ floor has its tv and internet was strong. The place was perfect for my family but we could have had twice as many guest.

Beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The house was an excellent stay for our family. We were in San Miguel de Allende for a weeding and it was located perfectly in walking distance of everything. We felt very safe and at home at La Fuente. The host was very responsive and attended our needs during the entire stay. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to do some cooking and even washing. We also highly recommend their transportation services from and to the airport. We would definitely stay in this house again and we will definitely use LRM in our future travels.

Our best Airbnb stay to date. We knew it was going to be special but were blown away. The house is spectacular with beautiful art and furniture throughout. The balcony with the view of the church was our favorite. All 3 rooms had the most comfortable beds and sheets after long days of walking around. We enjoyed the pool with the kids and loved that it was so close to everything. Communication was excellent and they were very accommodating for letting us leave our bags early and late after checkout. We can’t wait to come stay again in the future and share this special place with friends.

Casa Cielo is the best AirBnB I’ve stayed at so far! The LRM team is very kind and offered me unique accommodations as my party arrived to the home much earlier than expected. I appreciate their team effort in offering solutions and most importantly, the property is exactly as described! Beautiful furniture and fixtures. My cousins and I could not stay out of the rooftop jacuzzi.

The place is clean and exactly as described. It is across a quiet parking lot. If you come in with an Uber or a taxi ask the driver to enter into the driveway of the parking lot it has a blue sign “E” The location is good, central and quite.

Casa Zaca was truly phenomenal. It exceeded our expectations. Beautiful decor, lots of space, thoughtful extras like puzzles and games - we loved our time there. We appreciated the multiple levels and the ability to all be together or to spread out in the different spaces. The staff that supported the house was fantastic. We hope to return again to this lovely space.

Love the location so close to the center

Three couples stayed at this house for one week. It was a wonderful! The pool was undergoing maintenance for a few days but other than that, it was all amazing. One suggestion is to have multiple keys available to allow your guests to take the keys instead of having to put the keys back in the lockbox. The responses from staff were timely and efficient.

This house is everthing and more. It is visually stunning from the moment you enter the courtyard. An amazing outdoor living room with a gas fireplace and cushy furniture awaits. Gorgeous flowers are everywhere. The home is beautiful and super stylish. The kitchen had everything you could need. We had pre-ordered some groceries the first night as we got in late and they were waiting. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space. The beds are soooooo comfortable. Each room has it's own balcony overlooking the courtyard. If we had a question, we could just reach out to LRM and they quickly got back to us. It's a magical place, in a wonderful location, walkable to most everywhere. We loved it.

The pictures do this amazing house no justice! The entire place is beautiful!! Each room is very spacious, comfortable, private and has its own full bathroom. Our group loved watching the sunset from the massive rooftop deck. The panoramic view from the rooftop deck is one of the best in all of town. Our group took full advantage of the media room, which has a bar, to watch the Oscars. And our group really enjoyed convening in the huge living room which also had a bar. The there are several outdoor nooks where you can retreat to for a quiet restful moment. The breakfast every morning was not only convenient but also super delicious. The staff was super friendly! Stepping out of the front door all of central San Miguel is only steps away. Great, great location. I highly, highly recommend this beautiful 10/10 house and look forward to a return trip/stay soon.

We loved our stay at Casa Bellavista! The home is well located on Relox, offering easy access to the heart of Centro while also inviting participation in the buzz of local living. We used LRM for transport to/from QRO and their drivers were safe and timely. LRM was communicative and responsive to our questions and needs....even at 6AM! Two of the bedrooms are in an annex behind the main house and were preferred by my light sleepers. The rooftop is the magic of the property and it offered a wonderful respite from the energy of SMA. I would encourage visitors to avail themselves of the local economy as much as possible: the very best food we had was sourced from local vendors, none of whom have a web presence or have been featured on travel blogs.

Super nice and with an excellent location. There is no parking, so you need to keep that in mind if you are bringing a car.
