Excellent place! Super comfortable. Everything is close by. You don't have to use your car at all. Very comfortable, clean, nice. Excellent view and friendly staff. It has plenty of utensils for cooking without any problem.

The apartment is very nice and has a great view. I think we spent more time in the apartment than at the beach during the day. Everything is very comfortable—actually, it's one of the best-equipped apartments I've ever rented in Acapulco. As for the host, no complaints—very attentive the entire time, took care of us in every detail, so we didn't have a single hassle during our stay. We'll definitely be back!

The apartment is great, the view is unbeatable, the pool is super nice, the beach has quick and easy access; the condominium has security and order; and Victor is a super host, he responded immediately with great clarity, he was understanding, very attentive, very kind, polite and committed. The place is super clean and nice, the bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable, it was the perfect place to travel with older people and a baby, they lent us a crib and a changing table for him. Beach and pool access is unbeatable. Victor was always very attentive to our messages. We would definitely come back.

It is an apartment with good design and very good taste, Victor is a polite host who shows interest from the beginning, we were welcomed and said goodbye to by Mrs. Inés, she is a person who welcomed us, the tour and the explanation were very good, the Christmas decoration 10 out of 10. Stunning place! I went with my family of 5 and 2 kids for a few days. We had more than enough room for all of us! The space is exactly like the pictures, we truly loved this place and will definitely be back again!! The pool and beach access were wonderful. One of the top 3 places I’ve stayed. Nothing beats the evening views from the balcony.

Many years without visiting Acapulco, despite sadly seeing the damage left by Otis, the kindness with which everyone treats you in Acapulco filled our hearts. Regarding our accommodation, it exceeded our expectations, the condominium is beautiful and cozy, we had a great time. We hired Mrs. Tere (cook) ufff!!! the best decision and Mrs. Ines (cleaning) just as helpful and nice. Victor was always attentive to our needs, he helped us a lot in hiring activities...... I recommend his accommodation 100% We will definitely return to Acapulco!!

The resort complex was beautifully maintained, with direct beachfront access and multiple pools that made our stay feel like a true getaway. And while Acapulco itself was full of energy, it was Victor’s gracious hospitality that truly put the experience over the top. From the thoughtful daily cleaning service to the special birthday surprise—a full set-up with balloons and a delicious cake for Lorena—Victor went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Highly recommended!

The place was very very clean hot water worked amazing and the AC in the rooms, the cleaning lady was amazing. Very secure and wonderful place. The layout is very comfortable. Highly recommend Victors place! The location is perfect. You are walking distance to multiple restaurants, bars, shops, beach, etc. And a short drive to popular restaurants in the aera such as Zibu, and Praya. Victor is an awesome host. He answered all of my questions very quickly, and helped assist with airport transfers, yacht rentals, jet ski rentals. The room is breath taking, and looks exactly like the pictures, but even prettier in person! The best Airbnb rental I have ever stayed in, and Victor is just as great!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Victor’s place! It has everything you need for both a short escape or a longer stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and each room felt clean and inviting. Victor was a fantastic host and provided plenty of local recommendations. We’d definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent service from Victor, the images fall short compared to what the apartment really is. Amazing view, delicious beds, super clean bathrooms. Amazing pool, security, service. We went as a family, with babies and children, and we never felt unsafe. We will definitely return more than once.

Some friends and I had an amazing weekend. Victor's service was always friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, he welcomed us and gave us a tour of the entire apartment, fully explaining the functions and amenities of each area as well as the rules. The apartment is really nice and impeccable, the rooms are very comfortable. Above all, it has a SPECTACULAR view. The unit staff is very friendly, they assign you palapas and tables in case you want to go to the beach, there is security, the pool is large and clean. He recommended Mrs. Teresita, who helped us during our cooking session, and we extend the recommendation, she cooks very well. We noticed that they have baby furniture, so it is completely family-friendly. We'll definitely be back. THANK YOU 😊

Victor's place is a gem in Acapulco. We were a group of 7 people staying for 5 days, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. The apartment, located on the 11th floor, has a spectacular view that made every sunrise unique. Waking up in the master bed with the sun coming in through the windows was simply magical. Even on rainy days, the view was relaxing and special. The building is modern, with fast elevators and details that make it comfortable and elegant. The rooms were impeccable, fully equipped, and the pressure of the showers was a luxury after a day full of activities. The pool is amazing and perfect for relaxing, and the food available at the place is delicious. In addition, the staff was always friendly and attentive. A great success was hiring Chef David Muñuzuri, recommended by Victor. David prepared incredible breakfasts, lunches and dinners for us, with flavors and presentations that left us delighted. We'll be back!

The apartment is beautiful with an incredible view, the sea is super quiet for swimming, the pool with the perfect temperature for the children to be, my family and I passed it luxury, the apartment was always kept clean. There is a girl that goes daily to clean, everything is great, Victor is always very attentive, flexible and attentive, we will definitely return :)

I highly recommend this place, you will hardly find a better apartment to stay, with the cordiality and attention we deserve. I also recommend a lot of communication with Victor as the departamento is not a hotel and some amenities are not available to tenants, only for the owners, this can create a bit of confusion at first. I shared with my family memorable moments in this place, they will take a very pleasant experience renting this space. Victor's apartment was a dream! The spaces had very nice details, very comfortable and modern. The staff of the common areas are very nice, and the spaces are spotless and well maintained. It was very comfortable that the super, Oxxo, gas station and pharmacy are less than 3 mins away by car.

The apartment is located on the 11th floor. It boasts large windows and a balcony that offer breathtaking views of Acapulco Bay. It is spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with superb amenities that made our stay extremely comfortable. Additionally, the communication with the host was smooth and prompt, addressing any concerns we had quickly and efficiently. I will definitely return with my family the next time we are in Acapulco. My family and I really enjoyed seeing us stay in this condominium, starting with the communication and kindness of our host. First we couldn't get into the apartment earlier but it allowed us to leave my bags there and so it gave me the opportunity to see a little Acapulco without having to worry about our bags. They were always attentive, from the security and the rest of the building's employees. The pool was amazing my children were able to enjoy every day and the access to the beach helped us not have to decide between the two options.
