What an absolutely fantastic stay in Manuel Antonio! Just a few steps from the beach, this fantastic villa with private outdoor patio had a daily cleaning service that took this Airbnb up to elite status- making us feel like we were solely here to relax and adventure the beautiful life surrounding us! Just a 5 minute drive to the rainforest with pristine beaches and animals- monkeys, sloths, reptiles galore! We are travelling with someone who is vegan and gluten- free, and we had so many local options that were incredible! We loved arbol and Varuna! We would 100% return in the future! A completely beautiful villa just minutes from the beach. There are several, but each one has privacy.

What an absolutely amazing place. The place is the same as the photos. The private terrace is even more beautiful than expected, and the common areas are magnificent. The outdoor shower was a big favorite. The private path to the beach is beautiful. We saw a sloth climbing up a tree there. We saw a lot of capuchin monkeys. Blender for smoothies in the accommodation. Dani was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Our 2 children's favorite accommodation from all our travels. Extremely convenient to be next to the beach. We would highly recommend.

Very good experience and attention! A beautiful place that is well worth it

Dani was an amazing concierge and provided us with prompt answers to any questions about the property and local recommendations, before and during our stay. The on-site staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Finally, the location was perfect with two small children. Walkable to Manuel Antonio National Park (approx 15min total) and a brief three minute walk straight out to the beach. It was perfect when one kiddo needs a break or snacks, and the other one is still going strong on the beach.

3 minute walk through jungle to the beach. Out of our window we saw 12 monkeys and 2 toucans.

Although I had imagined the cottage differently, all the amenities were provided. The location is great, but you can hear the road in the cottage. Our children took their first surfing lesson at Dante's watersport on the nearby beach (2 minutes walk from the beautiful Playa Cacha). The cottage is located about 10 minutes from the entrance of the NP. We took the car to eat out at "El Avion" and on our second evening at "Agua Azul," but there are plenty of options within walking distance. There is a communal washing machine and dryer, but sometimes you have to be very patient to be able to use them. Monkeys hang out in the trees on the way to the beach, and iguanas also accompany you on this short walk.

Amazing villa to stay in right next to the beach. Would love to stay here again someday

Our family of 4 had a great stay at this villa - it was the best accommodation we had in Costa Rica, even compared to some other good AirBnbs and Hotels we stayed in. The villa has a very interesting architecture and beautiful design, the location is great and the service is wonderful! We especially loved the patio with the hammock, dining table and small private pool; The outside showers were so convenient and pleasant! The listing pictures don't do it justice - it is much better!

It has become my favorite Airbnb for when I have to go to Manuel Antonio.

We loved our stay here in Manuel Antonio. The turn down service daily was an added bonus. We saw lots of wildlife in the airbnb and on the patio including monkeys, macaws, and hummingbirds. Close walk to a nice beach and very close to restaurants and activities. Highly recommend!!

We thought the accommodation would be bigger and further away from the other units based on the photos. Despite this, the stay went smoothly. The accommodation is located on the main street, in a safe area. Parking spaces are available, and a security guard is on site at all times, which is reassuring. It is possible to access the beach (about a 5-minute walk) via a path through a small forest. We had no problems with insects inside the accommodation. The pool is also a great asset for cooling off.

Amazing place

We loved our stay at the EOC Villas! We loved being walking distance to the beach, as well as many dining options. The house was very cozy and the dipping pool and patio were perfect to listen to the rain outside.

We had an excellent stay in Manuel Antonio at this AirBNB. The location was superb with the beautiful beach a short walk away. The amenities were great and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, especially for our children. Highly recommend!

We loved staying here! Everyone at the complex was extremely polite and always helpful. The beach was an easy 5 - 10 min walk. The view from the back porch was amazing! We had a white faced monkey visit our back porch on the first morning which was great since we were all excited to see them. The restaurants and pools were all within a short beautiful walk up the hill and the food was great!

The place is perfect. It has everything you need: location, comfort, security, cleanliness, price, and excellent communication. I hope to be able to stay here again whenever we come to Manuel Antonio!

Place was great, 2 min walk from the beach. Beach is fantastic, soft sand, big waves - bring life jackets for smaller kids, very large beach with 1-2 lifeguards. Beds were comfortable. Was nice to have a private pool and housekeeping daily. Best place to stay near Manuel Antonio. Hosts were very helpful.

This place is a gem!! Very short (2 min) walk to the most beautiful beach. Plenty of sleeping space for our family of 5. We used the dipping pool daily--it was so refreshing. The hosts were amazing and very responsive. We lost our villa key the first night, and they were very gracious and accommodating even though it was our fault. We did wish the downstairs had a little more space to sit and hang out, but overall this place was fantastic. I wish I had realized that the area doesn't always have sidewalks and isn't super walkable. BUT, we did walk easily to the entrance to Manuel Antonio and to many restaurants. We spent a week in here and felt we chose wisely on this place. Would definitely recommend!!

Great place with a cool, laid-back retro surfer vibe — funky in the best way, and we loved it. It's a short walk to the beach along a private path, so the ocean is right there without the crowds. The communal areas are great, and the unit has its own private exterior space to spread out, which we really appreciated. The pool is great for cooling off, though you won't be doing laps in it — it's more like a large hot tub. But honestly, who needs a pool when the ocean is just steps away? Place also has modern AC mini-split system. A huge plus! One honest and important heads-up: the driveway is very steep. When it's dry it's no problem, but when it rains it gets genuinely slick — even in a capable vehicle we slid a bit on the way down. It's manageable if you go slow and are prepared for it, but you'll want to take real care in wet weather. That aside, this was a fantastic spot, and we'd happily stay here again.

What a perfect location this home was. We had our own access to the beach for every day surf and literally walked to our tour for Manuel Antonio nature Park. We could not have stayed in a better place in Manuel Antonio. Thank you so much to Danny for being a very responsive host with flexible check-in. Pura Vida!!

Such a wonderful stay here!!! 100% we want to come back and stay longer. A couple minute walk to the most beautiful beach. Only thing is you are in the jungle so we woke up to monkeys howling in the night. Not a problem tho everything was so great!!!

Excellent location, and you can see the love they have put into every detail of the construction, making the best use of all the spaces.

Bobby’s place is an absolute gem! Our family of 5, including a toddler and teenagers, had the best time. It’s a 2 story villa with a plunge pool, our kids were psyched! When we’d had too much sun one day we spent hours in that little pool. It saved us. There is a sweet little path through the jungle to get to the most amazing public beach you’ve ever laid eyes on (beware of riptide). The onsite laundry was a major perk, as well as the common area where our teens could hang out and play pool. The house is so spacious and so clean. We were able to enjoy our morning coffee in peace while the kids slept in or while the baby napped. There are great places to eat, particularly Jungle Hotel next door where you can grab a coffee, dinner or local fruit and watch the monkeys in the trees. Totally dreamy. Thank you Bobby!

Our airbnb stay here was great. We were greeted by concierge who not only helped us park, but also made sure that we got settled into our Airbnb and answer any questions needed. We were pleasantly surprised to know that housekeeping came during our stay to clean the Airbnb and restock anything that needed such as extra towels. The private outdoor shower and bathroom was our favorite part. This airbnb has four houses on site and some of the pictures are shared spaces, which is hard to tell by the listing overall though it ended up being a great experience we even met a couple other families and Neighborhood cat. We saw a ton of wildlife walking from the Airbnb to the beach and the walk is not far, but would highly recommend some shoes that can get wet. Also, the parking situation is best if you can back in, but definitely requires some skill. There was always somebody there to help us if we needed it though which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommend the property overall.

The place is very beautiful, very close to the beach. You just have to walk a few meters from the courtyard of the villas and you're already on the beach. The place is very neat and clean, and the beds are super comfortable. The only negative point was the parking, which is really inconvenient and difficult to access if there are more than two vehicles already parked.

Upon arrival Dani was so helpful and sweet. She waved us in from the street because I didn't see the location at first, but she went out of her way to help. Once on the property she guided us to our room and explained all accommodations including how to get to the beach access point. Overall great stay would recommend.

We had a great time at Bobby's place! The location is perfect—walkable to Manuel Antonio beach and a 4-minute drive to the National Park. The house is on the cozier side compared to La Fortuna/Monteverde, but very practical and located in a secure, 24/7 gated community with only a few other homes. The onsite concierge was amazing, providing great recommendations, a day-two cleaning, and luggage storage after check-out. The kitchen had everything we needed (glass stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker), and picking fresh mangoes right on the property was the perfect bonus. Just know that parking is a little tight. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was wonderful. The place was spotless, very well maintained, and had all the details that made us feel at home. The location is excellent, close to everything you need but at the same time quiet to rest. The host was extremely attentive, always available, and provided very useful recommendations for enjoying the area. We would definitely come back and recommend it 100%.

Highly recommend staying at Bobby's place. The accommodations were perfect for our family. The place was clean and an inviting space for relaxing inside or outside at the pool. The surrounding area was very well kept and had beautiful landscaping. The location is a very easy walk to a beautiful beach, and we saw monkeys, lizards and even a sloth on the walk. Bobby's team (John and Dani) were wonderful hosts as well with providing pre-arrival information, recommendations and met us upon our arrival to make sure we could get into our villa. We loved our stay in this area and were very glad to have booked Bobby's place.

My wife and I stayed for our anniversary trip. Private patio, pool, and a short walk onto the beach. We also walked to restaurants and into Manuel Antonio national park. We watched monkeys and birds play from the patio. Would be happy to stay again.

I was so glad I booked this spot! Beautiful location: we saw monkeys, iguanas, birds: troops of monkeys passed through the trees right by our condo in the morning. It’s a quick walk via a pathway to a beautiful beach. The concierge service was spectacular! Dani assisted ordering groceries to be delivered and booked all of our tours. She couldn’t have made it easier. They also allowed us to park our car onsite after check out so we could fit in one more adventure. The air conditioning was a welcome relief from our daily tours and the dipping pool was lovely. I don’t think I could have found a more perfect spot for our visit to Manuel Antonio I hope to return with my whole family.

It was an awesome location for exploring Manuel Antonio - a very short walk to a beautiful beach, easy to get to the national park, and close to some great restaurants (we really enjoyed The Magic Bus). We loved our stay here. It was exactly what we were looking for, walking distance to the beach, plunge pool, nature all around. Daily housekeeping was not expected but so great since we were here for 6 days. The host checked in on us and gave us ton of local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying at Bobby’s place and we are happy we chose it again! You cannot beat the location, you are just a few steps away from the beach. You can also walk to many restaurants in the area and the Manuel Antonio park. There’s mango tree on the property and we enjoyed fresh mangoes daily. Lots of wildlife you can see in the area: monkeys, toucans, iguanas… Service at the villa is great, everyone is extremely helpful and kind. The villa itself was clean, had everything we needed. Plunge pool and hammock were a very nice touch. Don’t hesitate to book!

This is a beautifully designed lodge with architecturally beautiful villas including plunge pools and outdoor patios to enjoy! There is direct walking path with beach access on the property! We had a great time here. The parking unfortunately is a little bit difficult as the spaces for cars are a little small for most trucks and SUVs that tourists rent and very little room to turn around. But the staff are very kind and willing to help with parking.

It was incredible!!! Would definitely come back! Being able to walk to the beach and watch the sunset was 10/10!! Only thing to be mindful of is that there are some pretty steep stairs to go upstairs to the bedrooms if stairs are a concern but besides that the villa was perfect.

Great place to stay at. The beach was a walkable distance we saw the sunset and it looked beautiful. My son loved the pool since he’s scared of the currents of the beach but overall great place to stay at in the area.

We spent a few great days at this place; the location is perfect, as the beach is a 2-minute walk away, and the place is also relatively close to Manuel Antonio National Park. Everything you need is just a few minutes away. As for the place's cleanliness, let me tell you, it's impeccable. Plus, it's equipped with various kitchen utensils, which lets you cook and save money! However, if you are traveling with children who need a car seat, older adults, or people in wheelchairs, I do not recommend the place, as the property itself has many steps and no ramps.

Loved the area. Not everyone would love the long walk to the beach in a very rough trail, but I loved it.

Overall had a wonderful stay! Was nervous for 6 adults to stay in for a few days but it fit us so perfectly! Short walk to the beach, perfectly placed in Manuel Antonio. I will say, be prepared to back in to a steep driveway and park in a ‘tight spot’. After the first go around I felt confident in parking each time. Back up camera helps! We had a large SUV, would recommend guests exit car before backing into spot. Hosts were amazing and I would love to stay here again! Also, daily maid service was a plus as well! Pool is cute and cozy and the hammock was a plus!

This was an incredible experience. It was exactly as it was described and looked just like the photos. Being able to walk to the beach, but also go back home for lunch was a highlight. We also saw lots of monkeys and iguanas
