Raquel and her team were so responsive and professional. The place is perfect located and it is convenient and clean. The view for the apartment is to die for. We were traveling with family and the place fit 7 of us perfectly .

Nice apartment, we loved it! Super comfortable. The beds were super soft, and the pillows too, so we had an amazing rest. The shower had very good pressure and hot water all the time. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything you needed. The location was also a huge plus: it was super close to restaurants, cafes, and everything. Also, the view of the park was very nice and made the place feel even more special. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Had a great four day stay. Had six people and still felt very roomy. Perfect location with an awesome view of Parque España. Was great to return from the downtown noise, crowds and traffic to the beatifilul green scenery and the trees and birds from the balcony. I'm coming back to this place next time I'm in CDMX.

May 2026 for 4 nights Wonderful AirBnb. We really enjoyed the ease and safety of the neighborhood and building security. In the middle of a great part of Mexico City, Condesa, easy walking, great restaurants , near the large city park as well as Parque Mexico which was great for us. Very accommodating with two cribs for our 2 babies. The rental was great for me and my family. Appreciated the coffee and tea. There is no AC, it was in the high 80’s and low 90’s but there were fans and windows with some screens and some bug plug ins. Loved the place would stay again without any reservation. Thank you for the lovely stay!

we loved it ! the place is at the perfect location in CDMX. we loved having our morning coffee looking out to the trees od Parque Mexico . this area is my favorite in the city , so it was a perfect match. we will use it again for sure Xavier.

This place could not have a better location. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the doorman pleasant. What stood out was parting the drapery and getting a daily view of the flowering Jacaranda trees on a 4th floor facing the beautiful Parque Mexico. We heard these trees bloom only 3 weeks out of the year and the city is covered in purple petals. Raquel was attentive and responsive, and I would definitely stay here again!

It was our first time in CDMX and we could not have picked a better place to stay. Location is super central, the view of the Parque Mexico is beautiful, and the apartment was spacious and clean. Raquel was always very communicative and made sure we had a nice time. We would come back again!

Our group of friends had a wonderful stay at Raquel's place! She and the hosting group were very responsive to all of our questions and accommodated with a pack and play and high chair for the infant that was part of our stay. The location is just as described in the listing. There was some street noise in the mornings and at night on the two bedrooms facing the main street, but we used earplugs and were okay. The 4th bedroom is available upon request and is a small room and small private bathroom that is not connected to the main unit but located just in the hall, which we utilized for our group. The unit itself is very quiet and peaceful, and the location just can't be beat! El Moro was just around the block, lots of restaurants and bars and easy to get around by foot or to the rapid bus transit line. Would highly recommend!

The location is excellent for getting around CDMX and the place is very clean.

5 of us stayed at Raquel’s place for 5 days and had a great stay. The location is really cool super close to all the things. The apartment is spacious and clean and has all the amenities needed. Communication was easy and efficient they really do a professional job managing the property. Apartments located right along a park which is great but can also get noisy at times. Overall a really good stay thank you so much for everything 🙏

Perfect! Our group of 5 including my in-laws absolutely loved our stay here. The lift and super cozy beds were very appreciated after our long journey from Australia. The location was brilliant and the lockbox enabled us all to go out and explore and come and go as we pleased. We will certainly rebook next time we are back in the city. Thanks team 🥰

Raquel was a fantastic host. We went with 2 other couples, our stay was in the perfect location to enjoy Mexico City. The apartment was even more beautiful than the pictures, well equipped , easy and safe for wonderful walks in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this apartment!

We stayed here for 5 nights. My friends and I had a great experience. There is a lot of space and all basic essentials. Loved that we were close to so many places. Communication with hosts was excellent. Any questions we had they were able to answer. I highly recommend this place! I would stay here again! :)

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in La Condesa! The location was perfect — very safe, walkable, and surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and shops. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Our hosts truly thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable — they even left bottled water for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The doorman was so attentive and friendly, always greeting us with a smile. My group and I really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Nice and spacious place in a perfect location. Being right in front of Parque Mexico lets you walk to a bunch of nice places in Condesa and Roma. Didn’t expect it to be so quiet and peaceful on a weekend, but it was! Appreciate how extremely helpful and friendly the hosts were. Would definitely come back.

One of the best places we have stayed, ever & everywhere. Hosts are super responsive and will take care of you. Deal with real people renting their home, and not with a company. We loved the space. The location is unbeatable: La Condesa is a beautiful place to walk, and the apartment also has a privileged view of the park. Communication was great with the host at all times. This is the second time we have stayed here and we will certainly continue to recommend it and we will be happy to return.

Great place, the noise of the park was not anything too extreme, the fact that parque México is right in front makes so fun and lively

The location was amazing right in front of Parque Mexico. A delightful green oasis! Also there is a great playground close by if you have children. Great food (Feral & Plonk). We can’t wait to come back!

An experience! This apartment, located in front of the beautiful Parque México en la Condesa, is the ideal place to enjoy Mexico City. The view is spectacular, especially towards the fronds of the jacarandas that surround the park, creating a quiet atmosphere full of nature. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped, ideal for both short and long stays. In addition, it has surveillance and elevator, which provides extra security and comfort. The location is unbeatable, surrounded by charming restaurants, cafes and places to walk in both the Condesa and the neighboring Roma colony, both full of life and style. The hosts were excellent: attentive, friendly, and always available to answer any questions or needs. I'll definitely be back.
