The place is very nice. We received it clean and tidy. It is very well laid out. The location is also very good. It has a supermarket, a market, and other establishments within 10 minutes. Alejandro was very kind at all times.

The stay was good. The facilities are just as seen in the photos. It's a spacious house for large families.

Quinta Carolina is a place to enjoy with whoever you travel with. The surroundings are quiet, the facilities are exactly as described and shown, the garden is spacious, and we really enjoyed the pool. Alejandro was always attentive, and Andrés gives you guidance upon arrival. It's well worth it; if you're traveling with young children, it's highly recommended!

The property is excellent, very comfortable and as shown in the photos. We really enjoyed our stay overall. We had an incident with a scorpion inside the property that caused us concern; the host shared medical information at that time. Overall it was a good experience and the place is highly recommended, taking into account the usual precautions for the fauna in the area.

Alejandro’s place is wonderful to spend some time with family and relax by the pool yard. The location is great as it is a private safe community. The pool was heated during our stay, that was wonderful because that way we were able to use the pool in a cold day. I would recommend this for people with remote work, or just looking to disconnect from the noise of the city. Bring your coal and enjoy the grill as well. This is a very good size for 12 people. This is certainly a yes, for returning 🫶

The pool with the boiler is excellent, the temperature was amazing. My family and my dogs really enjoyed the house. I recommend bringing incense and repellent to ward off mosquitoes. I highly recommend the house without hesitation!!!

I would return to this accommodation. The pool is perfect with a heater, comfortable beds, and good facilities. We only had a problem with the hot water in the rooms and you have to bring more kitchen things, but we would still come back. Thank you Alejandro.

This is the second time I have stayed there. This time I had to turn off the boiler because it was very hot, but in cold months you definitely have to ask for it and the pool is at the perfect temperature! It is a very comfortable accommodation, Alejandro is very flexible with check-in and check-out!

Nice house, it has everything you need to have a good weekend

It's bigger than what's in the photos! It is centrally located, 15 minutes from oaxtepec and about 25 in Tlayacapan. The pool temperature is perfect 33 degrees (with boiler), it has all the necessary utensils in the kitchen, the garden I really enjoy it my dog, the shower and bathroom outside is very comfortable as well as two of the rooms have direct access to the pool and as a plus it has a very nice little waterfall, I'm sure to visit it again!

The house is very nice, nice and has privacy, the only disadvantage are the neighbors who unfortunately on the two occasions I have gone, have touched me with music too loud all night , which does not allow you to rest 100% This occasion due to technical causes the boiler only worked one day and still the water in the pool was fine. The house is just as shown in the photos, access is good, the house is well distributed, the clean rooms, the impeccable bathrooms, the ideal kitchen for cooking and avoiding going out. There is a very close minisuper that has very well stocked, quite nice to go downtown and find places you might need to complete your stay. I highly recommend Quinta Carolina.

The Quinta is very comfortable, the pool of good size is cold the water but with the boiler it was very warm. You have privacy, however we ran with bad luck one night since the neighbors next door had their music very loud , the next day I told Alejandro and resolved it, understanding that finally that's not in his hands. There are mosquitoes, which with repellent is fixed.

A very nice and spacious house and Alejandro is an excellent host. He was always attentive to our needs and responded immediately. The only downside was that there weren't enough dishes (plates, glasses, mugs, spoons) for the people who stayed with us. The pool is a good size (and with a good temperature because we hired the use of the boiler) and with a nice garden and a beautiful waterfall. We loved that they accepted our dog. We had a great time as a family.

Gorgeous house , we had a wonderful weekend, Alejandro was always super thoughtful, the house is prettier than in the photos and the pool is super tasteful. We washed with Ale the boiler service (very accessible)because we took children and they didn't leave late every day. Super recommended to vacation, we will definitely return. As a recommendation, mosquito repellent should be required. Thank you very much Alejandro.

We were the first long stay she had, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Also, my daughter learned to swim in the pool with a swimming teacher who recommended us. We were very comfortable! The only thing (but it is not of the house) is that the subdivision in Oaxtepec is new and the streets are not yet 100% paved, and it is an area that tends to have parties on weekends in neighboring houses. However, the windows of the house completely isolate the noise so we were able to sleep perfectly. We'll love renting it another time!
