Denise was wonderful to work with and very responsive from start to finish. The place itself is beautiful, and the patio views were absolutely amazing. It’s about a 5–10 minute walk to restaurants, shops, and the marina, close enough to be convenient but far enough away to stay quiet and peaceful. The only small downside was the stairs, which were a bit much for my elderly mother. That said, we were told an elevator will be installed soon, which will make this place even better. Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely recommend it.

Denise was great, very helpful throughout with communications and recommendations. Got us connected with Claudia who shopped for our family of 6 at Costco & Walmart before we arrived so the kitchens were stocked before we arrived. We stayed in 2 units and they were awesome, just like the pics. One small issue with a bed that David came and fixed right away. Beds, pool, grill and views were great! Yeah some steep hills in Pedregal, but Casa Amistad isn’t so far up the hill that you need to Uber, we walked most often and caught an Uber back if we were out late. But super close to 2 markets and a bakery that make this Airbnb the best for convenience to the Marina and also has the views. We did walk one evening to Pedregal Beach for the sunset which was awesome- that was a workout with the hills, but not a huge deal. The walk to Cannery Beach is easy, but not as stunning. A great Christmas trip for a week with our family. Thanks Denise for all your help to make it so memorable!

Beautiful space for our family loved every minute. Close to walk to food and things to do, but the beach is a bit of a walk. We rented cars and probably didn’t need to although easy to get to and from the airport. David was an excellent concierge set us up tennis courts and fixed any specific needs. Claudia is an exceptional Mexican cook I would highly recommend her for dinners and lunch she’s a delight. She also makes the best flan I have ever eaten!!! I would recommend this home to anyone with a large family lots of space and your own private space!

Denise’s villa is truly stunning. Was perfect for the large group I visited with. Great location within a 5-15 minute walk of anything in downtown Cabo San Lucas.

I planned a retreat for a group of friends, we're all in our 40s and 50s. I'm so glad I chose Casa Amistad--the neighborhood and house felt safe, the views are spectacular and the house is luxurious, unique and beautiful. The setup was perfect for us, we rented the full three units and used the penthouse, decks and pools as common areas. Although everybody had their own bedroom, it was super easy to stay connected and communal which is what we were looking for. We were able to walk 10-15 minutes to the town, the marina to rent a boat for a custom tour, to El Farallon restaurant etc--and then to return to Casa Amistad which felt secure (very important to us) and which also was in a quiet neighborhood (also important to us). Communication before & during was excellent, wi-fi was great. We got Cabo Grocery Girls to stock our fridge ahead of time. Note: GPS is tricky--have your driver go to the Waldorf Astoria first, then you'll see the gate to Pedregal, go thru and THEN go to the house.

This place is incredible. So much room for a big group. We had 8 guys for a golf weekend and it was perfect. Know that there are a lot of steps to get up to different levels, but the place is gorgeous.

We stayed at Denise's place for my sister's bachelorette with 15 girls! It was the perfect place to stay with plenty of beds and bathrooms. The location could not have been more perfect. We could easily walk down to the marina and downtown! I would highly recommend this house.

Beautiful home! Very close to amazing restaurants and bars. It was an unforgettable stay!

Our family, 13 in total, rented all three levels of Denise’s home. We truly enjoyed the openness and comfort of being able to use all three levels. We had spectacular sunrises from, all three. The close proximity to the marina, and restaurants was perfect! We were fortunate in that Denise didn’t have renters in the day before we arrived, so we paid a nominal fee to get an early check in. Denise and her property managers could not have been more friendly, and helpful.

Perfect place to stay. The best option compared to anything else we saw in Cabo. Beautiful house and gated community, but still very close walk to downtown and all our activities. It was a perfect place to bond with family and loved ones. Thank you for giving us a home in Cabo!

My husband & I stayed at the villa with a group of friends to celebrate our marriage. It's exactly as pictured! Tons of space, two fantastic pools and extremely convenient location to walk to restaurants/bars, etc. The neighborhood has some bizarre security protocols which are a bit annoying, but we felt very safe. The house manager David was extremely communicative and immediately jumped in to assist when we had a security gate issue. We would 100% recommend to anyone & would definitely stay again! You really can't find a better value.

Great place to stay, close to town, great views all in all great experience!

Denise was extremely helpful from initial booking, through the stay, and even helped after checkout. Great Airbnb in clean condition, walkable to everything in Cabo and has some great views! We did unfortunately experience a power outage that shut down all of Pedregal but we heard this was a very rare occurrence. When the power went out, Denise had her property manager stop by immediately with flashlights and portable charging packs for our phones. Everything was handled great and I can’t speak highly enough of our entire stay, regardless of the power outage.

Denise’s home was so beautiful and the perfect Cabo escape! There was plenty of space for my 14 group bachelorette trip. The location was also perfect - just a 5min drive to the downtown, ocean, and restaurants. I’d highly recommend Casa Amistad - the stunning infinity pools are great for relaxing, and have a gorgeous view. We also felt very safe here, as it’s a gated community, with onsite security also available. Denise, Bianca, and Milvia were extremely helpful with coordinating logistics for transportation, grocery delivery options, and answering any questions we had! Their responsiveness made our trip so seamless.

There were a few chairs on the pool deck that were unusable due to tears in the seat. Some of the remotes didn't function very well. Might have to change batteries. Other than those, it was a great stay.

Look no further ! Casa Amistad was the perfect location for fun at the house and out on the town ! Safe / affordable / spacious ! Would definitely recommend!!

Denise’s home was beautiful. It fit our group perfectly. Very responsive and kind. The management team was great helping us to set up cabs while in Cabo. I’d definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a private retreat with breathtaking views that’s close to downtown Cabo.

Casa Amistad is a great find near downtown Cabo San Lucas! It is spacious, well designed, quiet and secure. Denise and Bianca are very responsive and focused on ensuring that you have a great stay.

Great trip, better than the pictures

There were 14 of us and it was super helpful to have the 3 different levels for those who wanted more privacy. But there were lots and lots of stairs! Be aware of that in case you have any elderly people in your party. Views were amazing from every level! Walk to downtown is 5 minutes and Uber meets right outside the gate for convenience. Bianca was super helpful in getting our airport transfers handled for us and in answering any questions I had before the trip.

Casa Amistad was a fantastic place for me to host my bachelor party. Easily walkable from downtown but secure and quiet inside of Pedregal. Denise was also great at responding to any questions and even had fantastic recommendations for tequila tastings!

Wonderful stay in Cabo! We loved our stay with Denise - the property was perfect and location was private yet we were also able to explore Cabo on foot. Would highly recommend!

Dennis is very responsive to questions. She has a great local manager, David, who answers and solves all your questions. Very friendly and punctual, too.

Denise arranged the transportation from the airport round trip. When in route to check in and we finally got to the gate check in we where in Aww at all the other amazing houses. checking to the house on the 2nd floor with the pool we where in Paradise. beautiful view of the Marina, beautiful weather. it's a little bit of a down hill walk to downtown but we did it daily no problem. we are already planning the next trip here. none of the photos do justice to how incredibly beautiful this place is and over all Pedregal, very safe. Can't wait to go back.

Fantastic location relative to downtown with the only downside being the long walk around to get back at night. Amazing stay for my friends and I and we could not reccomend Denise and her gorgeous villa more as the place to stay while in Cabo.

Casa Amistad is THE place to stay in Cabo. We traveled as a group of 11 and house itself was gorgeous and plenty of space, but it is also super walkable to the nightlife/club area. Pedregal itself is a gated community and made our group feel very welcomed and safe. We would most definitely recommend Casa Amistad to anyone traveling as a group or just for a getaway! :)

Denise / Bianca, as well as their management team, were excellent hosts. This is the second time that I have stayed at this airbnb and will continue doing so. The entire villa is even better in person, and the location is very safe and secure. You cannot enter Pedregal without checking in with security which is a great benefit of this neighborhood. I especially recommend this spot for a Bachelor/Bachelorette group. The two infinity pools have views that will make you not want to leave. It’s a perfect set-up for a large group where everyone can be comfortable, but still have their own privacy and can congregate when needed. It’s also not far from the downtown area, which is easily within walking distance.

We had a great experience staying at Casa Amistad! It was such a great location to walk everywhere. The beach, marina, and restaurants were all 15 min or less walk. We booked both units for a group of 10 people and it was very nice. The living spaces were huge with enough room for everyone to comfortably hang out and relax. The pool also had a great view, we even saw some whales from the deck! Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in Cabo.

Great spot for a bachelor party

Wow! What a spectacular place. Casa Amistad was stunningly beautiful, spacious (three floors, if you want all 3 units; 2 pools, lots of lounge space) and comfortable. It had everything we needed in the house. There are a few entry points into the community (Pedregal) - the main entrance, a secondary entrance in the middle part of the community and a third gate that is closest to the house. The third gate gives you very easy access to town, restaurants, stores, etc. that are less than 5 minutes away. While it has limited hours (access closes around 7 or 8 depending on the night, 8 on weekends, I think), it makes it incredibly convenient to access a lot of what you need/want in the downtown area. We highly recommend this house and Denise and here team who hosted us. Great experience!

This was quite simply one of the most beautiful homes I have ever been in. There are three separate levels, and the house is large, clean, and modern. The pictures do not do it justice. Our group of 13 slept comfortably. If you would like to be able to walk into town, the location could not be more convenient. Denise helped us to coordinate transportation and activities for the trip. 10/10!

We stayed at Casa Amistad for 3 nights and had a great time. The place was amazing. It had 3 stories with plenty of beds for the 11 of us. The view is spectacular and location is great because it’s walkable to downtown. Denise and her team were great. Very responsive and helped us set up transportation whenever we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was amazing and was honestly even better than the pictures!

Such a sweet family and the location just can’t be beat! We walked to the marina and downtown several times and so appreciated the proximity to our activities and interests. The space accommodated our four-household family very well and we all really loved having privacy and also lots of great spaces to hang out together. As a side note, I left a number of things behind and the house manager was incredibly kind and accommodating and shipped them super quickly back the U.S.

Stayed here with colleagues for a work event. It was nice to have a parking spot right in front of your house, and not have to worry about your car at all. We were only there during late evenings as we were out all day for work events, but the location was beautiful, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The master shower doesn't have a lot of pressure to wash your hair, so just pop into another shower if you need to do that :) Otherwise, views were fantastic, and location was awesome. Walkable to restaurants downtown! Not far at all.

This house was everything plus more than I expected! From location to the hospitality, it definitely was the best place to celebrate my birthday. All the guest I invited kept asking me how I found such a gem, the pictures do not do justice. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone going to Cabo!

Fun trip! Great locations

It’s a great place to stay. 5min walk from San Lucas Downtown, curious, Marina, Cabo Wabo. The house is nicer than the pictures. Although we rent the whole house that is divided in 3 different floors/sections. Every section has its own master bdrm, kitchen and the two top floors has its own pool. The one in the middle being the biggest pool. Beautiful views from the top 2 floors specially from the penthouse master suite. They arrange our transport, very recommended and affordable for our group of 8. Cheaper y Uber for 1 person. Great experience!

This home is perfect for large groups. Very spacious and great amenities to keep everyone happy. Well furnished kitchen and patio to have meals. Denise helped arrange for transportation to and from the airport. Everyone from the drivers to the maids were extremely kind and helpful. The location is at the end of downtown Cabo near the convention center. There is a gate that mostly stayed open from the morning until 6/7pm that provided very easy access to the down town. Just a medium hill to come back up. If the gate was closed and you walked back to the home from one of the main gates it was about a 10min walk from the entrance to the home. The hills were slightly steep but manageable for any adult with no limitations. We were here in August and it was HOT! The pool was really nice after walking up the hill and climbing 2.5 flight of stairs to the home. Don’t let stairs intimidate you this home, with its view, is well worth every drop of sweat.

Our stay at Casa Amistad was nothing short of spectacular! Denise and her team went above and beyond to accommodate our group of 7, making our stay at this beautiful home even more enjoyable. We were able to set up transportation & security through Denise, all of which added to the overall quality of our experience. The home itself was like something out of a magazine; the pictures do NOT even begin to do it justice!! Not only was the location of the house ideal, but the property itself was immaculately kept. I would 100% recommend staying at Casa Amistad!!

Fantastic spot for a group to explore Cabo. It's a great launching point because you can walk to and from town easily, groceries are nearby, and the security is great. The house is bigger than in the pictures, with really awesome pools, just a great house all around. Hosts were great too!

The stay at Casa Amistad was amazing! The Airbnb was exactly as advertised. Denise and the hotel management team were very responsive with all questions and requests. I highly recommend the chef and airport shuttle service that Denise partners with. They already know Casa Amistad so everything is smooth sailing.

Perfect for a large group! We were a bachelorette party of 16 and it was great to have plenty of room and bathrooms. Infinity pools are awesome with an incredible view. Denise helped coordinate airport transportation, and recommended grocery delivery service which was nice to have.

Thanks Denise for the great stay! The place was beautiful and very spacious. Everyone had plenty of room to sleep. We had 14 people in our group and everyone had no problems with sleeping. Plenty of beds and their all queens or kings so you can easily fit two to abed. Very unique layout with different floors feeling like completely different units. But walking distance to nightlife and restaurants were amazing. Also thank you for all the resources for Covid tests and transportation. It all worked out great. We’ll be back!

Don't have enough positive things to say about Denise, her daughter Bianca, and everyone associated with this AirBnB. They were incredibly accommodating prior to our trip, helping with references for catering, grocery stocking, and Covid testing. They were incredibly detail oriented and provided lots of great pre-arrival information that made the trip seamless. We were greeted upon arrival by friendly staff who gave us a tour of the home, answered any questions we had, and provided us with personal phone numbers to call should we need anything. The house also came with 24/hour security which was wonderful. Great location, beautiful home, very accommodating staff. Can't recommend enough!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. There were 15 of us for a bachelorette party and we all fit comfortably. Denise was very accommodating. She offered us transportation services, chef services and a grocery delivery service. The house is divided into 3 separate levels and each level has its own private entrances. The top 2 levels each have a pool and the bottom level has an outside staircase with access to the pool in the unit above it. This place is perfect for multi families traveling together. The neighborhood was well situated and near to restaurants and bars. It is about a 15 minute walk into town. There is a number to call down to the gate and arrange a taxis if you don’t want to walk. Overall it was a great stay and we enjoyed our time in Cabo!

The pictures of this place doesn’t do it justice. It’s absolutely beautiful. All the rooms are huge with lots of room for everyone. The windows open up to the terrace for a beautiful view of the town and sea of Cortez. Everything we needed was within walking distance, restaurants, groceries, shopping, beaches.

Denise and her Daughter Bianca are 5 star hosts who go over and above in my opinion from once you book to the time you Leave. They helped with transportation to and from the airport, scheduling chef services to come make breakfast, help with scheduling COVID test and I could go on all day on how great they were. We had a group of 12 for 2 bachelor parties in one weekend and it was awesome. Location is amazing as well. We loved the place and had a fantastic weekend.

Casa Amistad was absolutely GORGEOUS!! The house was immaculate, had the BEST location and communication with Denise was sooo easy. She helped us coordinate transportation, a chef and everything else we needed. Also, the pictures don’t do the home justice - it is so beautiful and clean and spacious. We had a great experience! lots of space for families traveling together to have their own space and have space to gather. There are A LOT of stairs. (feeling super in shape after a week lol) Views were great, everything was clean and both the host and local contact were great. would totally recommend it again

We stayed in Casa Amistad over Christmas and had a wonderful time. Everything about the house was as advertised and very nice. All of my kids were so impressed, which is not usually the case. The location is very good. It’s close to an entrance to the gated community (very safe) which made it so easy to get everywhere we wanted to be. The whole week we never needed a rental car or a taxi. The excursions we booked set up transportation as needed and either picked us up at the house or just a five minute walk from the front door. Beach is within walking distance as are loads of restaurants and shopping. Our vacation was made so much better than if we had stayed in a hotel by having so much space for everyone to stretch out, relax and have some alone time when needed. The one challenge to this house is the stairs up to it. It’s 65 stair steps from the street to the front door. Personally, I loved it because I’m active and so is my family, but people with mobility issues would not enjoy this particular house, imo. My dad could never stay here because he has trouble with stairs. Otherwise, I would certainly recommend this rental to anyone I liked :)

It’s a beautiful and spacious apartment in a residential area of Cabo , walking distance from everything. We enjoyed the big terrace overlooking the city and the bay.

Denise was a 5 star host, she went above and beyond for myself and 10 other guests. The home is way better than the photos show, super spacious on all 3 levels and the views and all I have to say is wow with the pools and the views. I couldn’t have asked for anything more with Casa Amistad, I would recommend getting security so that you can walk downtown and going around to the main gate is a trek, but security is super affordable and well worth the cost. Denise also helped setup stocking the home with food, transportation, and a meal prepared for us one of the nights 5 stars in every way Thanks again Denise!

Casa Amistad is the perfect place to stay if traveling with a large group and want to be near the downtown area. Denise and her staff were accommodating from the moment we booked and throughout our stay. I 10/10 recommend staying at Denise’s Villa.
