It is a nice and very well-maintained property. The hosts answered questions before renting the property, and Ms. Saida (the house manager) was very kind to welcome us and be attentive. The pool is a good size and depth, and above all, it was kept at a very good temperature. My family and I, especially my nieces, really enjoyed our stay at this property. Many thanks to Ms. Saida and the hosts. We hope to return.

Saida was a great housekeeper and attended to our every needs. Loved that we each got our own space but then had a communal kitchen. Garden was beautiful and had everything we needed. Just a short walk to a convenience store and restaurants

A great place to stay in Tepoztlán. The house is very nice, the bedrooms are spacious, and everything is clean and tidy.

We had a really nice weekend at Sandra's house, enjoying the pool and the entire garden to ourselves! The pool had a very good temperature, and so did the hot tub! There's even a grill and a ping-pong table that we don't use, but it's fun to have them. The rooms could use air conditioning, as it does get a bit hot at night, but there are fans on the floor that help. The hot water never stopped running, and the pressure was very good!

Sandra is a great host; she was attentive to our arrival and allowed us to check in and check out a little later than the scheduled time. The best part was the heated pool, which we enjoyed a lot as a family.

I loved the experience. The location was unbeatable: comfortable, safe and very convenient to get around. Everything was very well cared for and the service was excellent at all times.

The photos do reflect 100% what the place is, which has rarely happened to us. We really appreciate that there are good quality clean utensils and kitchen utensils, as well as in bathrooms and bedrooms, they certainly make a difference. We had a very good experience overall. The only detail is the temperature of the pool, which being winter, the solar panels do not heat the water and as it is surrounded by bamboo that shades it, it does not help, but certainly the experience has been the best we have had.

Second time I stayed in that house, everything was impeccable and as shown in the photos. Sandra is always attentive to your needs. We will definitely be back.

The place is as shown in the photos. It's comfortable. It's very close, 5 min drive, to downtown Tepoztlán. Elizabeth and her husband Fidel, who take care of the place, were extremely kind and willing to support us with anything.

Amazing place. An easy drive from CDMX, with an amazing view - and everything you need to stay in and enjoy the property. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook meals - and we fully enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. It was also extremely clean, and well taken care of. Can’t recommend enough for a weekend getaway!

Our family enjoyed a relaxing four days at Sandra's place. There was plenty of room, a huge yard full of beautiful trees and plants, and the pool and view were spectacular. It's a very short drive from town, but there are restaurants within walking distance and a very handy delivery service in Tepoztlan (Porti Delivery) which charges only 65 pesos to deliver food from most restaurants. This allowed us to enjoy the house even more while enjoying local cuisine. Saida was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. Thank you!

We spent almost a week at the house and enjoyed it very much. The garden and pool have an incredible view of the Chalchi and the house's facilities are great. The spaces are spacious and everything is in very good condition to spend several pleasant days in Tepoz. The location is very good because it is close to downtown but far enough away to be in a very quiet space. Saida welcomed us and fired us very kindly and was always on the lookout for us, she made us feel right at home. Thank you very much! We will for sure be back! We highly recommend it.

Very good experience, the location of the house is super close to the main street, restaurants, grocery stores etc. The house is very nice, spacious, modern and comfortable. We didn't struggle at all with the bathroom issue since each bedroom has a shower and bathroom inside. Marisol, the lady who takes care of the house, is very friendly and attentive to whatever is needed.

Beautiful place to stay. House, garden and pool are wonderful. We enjoyed the peace and space. The only inconvenience is outside of hosts’ control - stray dogs in surrounding streets and the barking. Luckily each room had a fan which covered up barking sounds over night and we slept soundly. Would stay here again.
