My family of 6 stayed in Samir's home for 3 months and had an amazing experience! We felt very comfortable and loved that there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so that we could have our own spaces to unwind, watch TV, read, or do schoolwork. The backyard was such a peaceful retreat and great place for our small dog and for my kids and their friends to play. The rooftop was definitely a highlight and offered a space for us to work, do school, have a glass of wine, watch the sunset, or just sit and enjoy the cool breezes. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed and very spacious. El Milagro is an amazing gated community with all the amenities and such friendly people, in a great location close to many important resources like grocery stores, restaurants, the deportiva, Trino Restaurant, horse riding, and walkable to Centro. Very safe for kids, beautiful pool, paddle courts, easy access to Uber drivers, and wonderful for pets. SMA is a special place! So is this house!

An excellent two-day stay, we had an amazing time as a family thanks to Claudia who was in communication at all times, facilitating the logistics from before our arrival at the property. The development is very quiet and therefore we enjoyed it more, controlled but extremely efficient access. The property has a terrace with everything you need for a barbecue, we had a great time! It also has a jacuzzi with adjustable temperature, although we did not use it, I am sure that for many it will be a plus. The next one is beautifully decorated, impeccable in its cleanliness, which invites you to take care of it to the same extent. I have nothing but thanks to Claudia for her trust, communication and all her attention... It was an unforgettable weekend!

The house is very nice, within a private one and is very spacious inside. Excellent distribution and the advantage of three full bathrooms, terrace and garden. 100% recommended. Claudia was always helpful and available.

The house is amazing, very comfortable and big, everything is extremely clean and well-kept, we got a very good experience.

Very nice house, in a very safe and very nice private sector, close to the center of SMA. All new furniture, very comfortable beds and very nice dining kitchen area as well. It has a rooftop with a very cool barbecue, we made roast beef and had a great time. The host is very attentive and punctual. He answers any questions very quickly.
