We were very pleased! We especially liked the view, but the apartment itself was also very comfortable. The shared pool disappointed us a bit because it was a little dated and not as well maintained as we would have expected. The location is good, but the climb from the guardhouse to the residential building is very steep. Overall, we can wholeheartedly recommend the apartment!

It is a beautiful place. The view is wonderful, and it is very close to the city. I felt right at home. Everything was very clean and tidy. Just as a note, if you are adults, be careful going up to the place on foot or by car, but apart from that, everything is beautiful. I loved it and of course I will recommend it and I will visit them again. It's also super close to the city and the port for going for a walk and strolling.

I really enjoyed my stay at Camilo and Mercedes’ beautiful apartment. It was nice to wake up to such a nice view of the bay every morning. The apartment was really comfortable and it had everything we needed. I appreciated the extra towels in each bathroom. I’d love to visit again in the future and I highly recommend this apartment to all visitors.

We had a lovely stay at Camilo's. Beautiful views, spacious apartment, tremendously comfortable beds. Had a brief issue with the internet and I only mention it to highlight how quickly they took care of it. The driveway is doable without 4x4, but it is rather steep, so be prepared for that.

My stay in San Juan del Sur was absolutely incredible. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located to enjoy the stunning views and peaceful atmosphere of the area. Everything was very clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The experience felt relaxing from the moment we arrived. Waking up to the ocean breeze and enjoying the sunsets from the house made the trip even more special. We truly enjoyed our stay. The view and vibe was amazing! The neighborhood is adorable and family friendly. The hill to get to the town and beach is not for the faint hearted but at 64 I was able to manage. One of our favorite spots in Central America

This place has a beautiful view! Highly recommend renting a car so you can not only explore the surrounding beaches and places, but it has a very steep hill to get up to this place. Our shuttle driver wouldn’t do it, so we had to schlepp our bags, kids, etc. up the very very steep hill. That said, when you make it to the top the view is stunning! If you have a vehicle that’s smaller than a shuttle it gets up no problem. The unit has a lovely master bedroom and the space was clean. They delivered us water which was very much appreciated! It’s got the very basics. Would recommend bringing your own personal items- laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and some of the finer home comforts are not as common in Nicaragua generally. If you’re expecting that, be sure to pack your own. The location is a short walk (albeit down and up the steep for mentioned hill) through the local neighborhood to get to some great local spots and markets. I would recommend this place in SJDS. Nice pool!

Beautiful views, amazing amenities and felt right at home. Walkable distance to downtown for several restaurants cafés. The Infiniti pool was a plus. Very steep hill to get up but OK if you have four-wheel-drive.

We are a family of 5 adults and we were delighted with Camilo's place, beautiful, super clean, central, very close to the beach, with everything you need to have a splendid vacation and a spectacular view! As a tip, I would tell you that before entering the complex, go to the supermarket so that you can go up with everything you need, because to enjoy that beautiful accommodation you have to go up a steep slope. The truth is that once you are up you do not want to go down much because the view of the beach, the mountain, the apartment itself and the pool complement the perfect vacation. I read in a comment that a 4x4 vehicle was needed to go up, but it's not like that, we arrived in two Nissan sedan vehicles, a Versa and a Tiida, one automatic and the other manual and both went up to the parking area without any problem, but you have to take into account that the climb is quite steep, it is not gravel, it is concrete. It's beautiful!

This was such an incredible place, with an unbeatable view! The space had ample room for 4 adults, with everyone able to have their own bed. Camilo and company were incredible communicators and answered all of our questions and concerns timely. There is a steep driveway up to the parking lot, so if you're bringing a car be prepared for a fun ride up. If you're visiting San Juan Del Sur, this is a great place to use as your base, the main area of the town are within walking distance and the view of the ocean is epic.

My stay was excellent. The apartment is very comfortable and has a beautiful view that makes the experience even more enjoyable. In addition, Camilo was always attentive, communicative and helpful at all times, which made everything easier. I definitely recommend it and I would come back without any hesitation.

A very nice place, with an unbeatable view of the sunset, the beach and the sea. On the other hand, we were afraid to go up because the place is in a very high part, the climbs are too steep so you have to be very careful and trust the car you are in. The link address shown here on Airbnb lost us and took us to a place about 3 km from this place, do not trust it, it would be 1000 times better to put that this apartment is located in "Le Baie The Residences" in the description or that the owner shares it in advance (the Waze link) and it is super easier to find on Waze or Maps instead of following directions from places you do not know in San Juan del Sur. Close access to many places and restaurants in the village, as well as the beach in the bay. The view and comfort of the place was worth remembering, in addition the kitchen, rooms and beds were impeccable. Keep in mind that there are unexpected power outages in the village that can affect you.

Simply perfect a beauty, the apartment is divine, the view from there is perfect the very friendly work staff the gentlemen working there are too friendly, the only inconvenience is to go up to the apartment walking preparing the legs xq it is very difficult but worth it because when you arrive up you are in a paradise

My family of 4 adults stayed at Camilo's place for three nights and we had a great time. The condo has amazing views and is close to many great restaurants. We took a trip to Hermosa beach one day and it was a nice spot for surfing and relaxing. The condo was comfortable for the four of us. Walking to town was fast and easy and the way back was also good for our group. The driveway going up the complex was extremely steep and fine for our group since we are all pretty fit but if you aren't in shape a car will be required. Camilo was a great host and always responded within minutes. For dinner we really enjoyed Vivian and Tuani's. A nice spot to stay while in San Juan Del Sur.

View is spectacular.

Camilo’s place was as described. Modern, clean with an amazing view. The flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Any issues/ questions we had, Camilo assisted us. The security team was also very helpful. The flat was secure, conveniently located. No issues driving up the hill with a 4x4. We would recommend Camilo’s place. It was great for our family of four (kids 3 & 1 years old).

This was by far the best place we have rented in San Juan! The Condo was exactly like the pictures, it was very clean and had comfortable beds and furniture. Camilo was easy to communicate with and very helpful when asking for recommendations. The pool and bbq was so convenient, as we enjoyed bbqing and swimming, when we didn’t want to go out to eat. The view is breathtaking! We will definitely rent here again and highly recommend this other families! 10/10!

Camilo’s apartment is beautifully decorated and the views from the terrace are spectacular! It’s also a great central location. Please be mindful that there is a very steep slope to climb and not suitable for anybody with mobility issues or a buggy etc but apart from this, it’s a great choice.

Once again, I can confirm this place is a paradise! We enjoyed the best view of San Juan and truly appreciated our host for allowing us to rent the Polaris. This time, we explored a couple of beautiful beaches nearby, making our stay even more memorable. We’re definitely coming back soon!

Great view of San Juan del Sur!

This is the perfect place to enjoy sunny afternoons near the beach. It has spectacular views of the sunset and many restaurants nearby. You can also drive to different beaches in the area. I was delighted with this house. It has air conditioning in all rooms, including the living room, and the perfect balcony to sit and contemplate the sunset.

Fantastic unit: Luxurious standard accommodation but at a fair price. The condos are really well located - high enough for a wonderful view across the bay but comfortable walking distance to the beach and town. A truly ideal place to enjoy San Juan del Sur to the fullest.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was in Le Baie The Residences, up on a hill with gorgeous views of the harbor from the balcony and the community pool. The location is great - a short walk to town but far enough that it's peaceful. You can tell this complex was built as luxury accommodations, but all the other apartment owners were gone during our stay, so we mostly had the place mostly to ourselves. The driveway is steep, so you can't be afraid of a big incline (via car or walk), but it's worth it for the views and privacy.

My husband, son and I had a wonderful time at Camilo’s place. The location is absolutely beautiful and the apartment itself is a dream. Extremely clean, incredible views, walking distance to all the great bars and restaurants and the pool area was a favorite for my son. Camilo, thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us! We’re going to miss waking up to the magical sunrises from your balcony. When we’re back in San Juan Del Sur we will definitely be staying at your place again, if you’ll have us.

it was uncertain what we were going to see, because sometimes pictures lie, But when we got to this beautiful peaceful and amazing place we couldn't believe our eyes, from the apartment to the view everything is and was amazing!! how comfortable and good everything was!! the setting of the apartment gave this relaxing ocean vibe and peaceful mindset. Awesome condo with lots of nice personal touches that really reminds you that you're in a cool beach town. Rooms are comfortable, AC works great, and the views are some of the best in SJDS. The community areas are very nice and great to enjoy a few cold ones in the infinity pool with the whole bay below you. Highly recommend this place! I'll definitely be staying again!

I 100% HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME! The host is very kind and responsive. They were able to get us two units for a last minute rental after we had a terrible experience checking in to a different place that same day. It’s a beautiful condo with stunning views. It was very clean, the bed sheets and towels freshly laundered, the floor was very clean. The beds were comfortable . The AC in each room plus the living room was nice. We were able to use the washer and dryer in the unit, which many places do not have. The shared community pool is a nice place to grill and hangout, it’s well kept with showers to rinse off and lounge chairs as well as shade. The security guards at the gate were very kind as well. I can’t say anything bad about this place or location. Just keep in mind there are stairs up to the unit and down to the pool in case someone in your party cannot physically get up and down easily. We had zero issues and loved our stay! Thank you so much. We’ll be back!
