Nice place really spacious

This house was perfect for our large group. We loved that every room has their own bathroom. The 2 kitchens was great. Amazing views and walkable to the beach right behind the house. We will definitely be looking to book again next time we’re in Peñasco.

Excellent for vacations all my family love the place

The house was clean and thoughtfully stocked. Including kitchen items, spices, and even games for downtime. Everything was easy to use and well organized. The only downside was the water pressure, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience.

What a great place! It accommodated everyone with privacy and it was as described. Plenty of dishes, seating and everything we needed for beach time. We will look for this same home next time we visit puerto Peñasco!

This is the second stay at this property. Great area, you can stay and enjoy all that the property has to offer or head to your favorite bar.

It was very accommodating, spacious and overall very nice; really close to the beach. The recommendations about restaurants were also great !👍🏼👍🏼. Definitely will stay again for our next’s family reunion.

Went for a family gathering so much to do for all ages. home was spectacular and clean. He even had a guid book with active to do with great recommendations. 10 out of 10 will be coming back.

Absolutely loved staying here. Perfect for a little bit of privacy with a large group. So much space and as beautiful and fun as the pictures look.

Great stay! It is in a great location near the front of Las Conchas and there is a tienda and restaurant a 2 minute walk away. It is also a really short walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again!

This is a fantastic place for a large group to stay! The house was exactly as described, the kitchens are well-supplied, and is right across from a convenience store which comes in handy. Our group of 16 was comfortable, and the splash pool was a very nice bonus. The stairs going up do not have handrails, that is the only thing I would really have changed about this place. We had a few people that could not go up the stairs since there was nothing to hold onto. Overall I would recommend this as a great place for a family vacation!

Great place to stay, host was responsive at all times. The place also had everything you would need and more than that. Everything was clean and well organized. We had an awesome time at the property and would definately consider to stay in the future all around awesome time!

Nice place and very clean it’s better than pictures, very responsable, the host were really nice we had some issues and they help us out right away, definitely recommended for big family’s.

Jay & Brian were amazing in regards to their communication and accommodation. They were responsive and on top of things. They were quick to help answer questions and was an overall great experience. The house was great and fit all of us perfectly! The beds were very comfortable too. The only thing we would change, which is very cheap and easy to change, is a bigger TV in the living room as well as access to cable/smart tv, but that was very minor since we didn’t watch much TV. Very clean and had beach towels and toys for us. With another big group, I would definitely stay there again

The house was perfect for our group of family and friends. The best part was that each room had their own restroom and shower! The courtyard was a great place for everyone to hang out.

We had issues with the water running out but the boys got back to me immediately and fixed the problem. The house is quite beautiful. Perfect walking distance to the beach. Loved having the extras for the beach. Would go back for sure.

My family had an amazing time staying at this house! The location is unbeatable, a few steps by the ocean with stunning views. The house was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. I couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and enjoy the beach. Highly recommended!

The place is very comfortable and spacious. Easily has the best AC and water pressure in Las Conchas . Perfect spot for big groups that want to be close to Malecon and other food spots!

This is by far the best place to rent. We have stayed at more than 10 different houses in Los Conchas over the last 5 years and this was topped them all. The set up is great for us to have all our close family come with. It has multiple kitchens and an amazing courtyard. The house had everything we needed for 15+ people. I feel like they had more than we expected. The young children had so much to do and along with the teenagers using the games in the downstairs kitchen day and night. We already planned our next trip to this house for next summer because we liked it so much. Jay and Brian responded so quickly. It was easy to find and the check in process was simple. The house had everything we needed to stay at the beach all day which was less than a minute walk. The house and bathrooms were very clean. We were able to cook most meals since all the necessary kitchen items were on site.

Came out for my moms 50th with family and stay at this villa, it was absolutely worth is and had a great time! Host was always amazing and responded so quick each time I had any questions. Definitely would stay again!!

The place was just perfect for us. Plenty of room for 10 grandchildren to play. The beach is barely a hundred yards away.

This place is amazing! It worked perfectly for my family. We had 6 couples and 10 children at the home and we all fit nicely. The rooms are perfect. It’s private, cozy and quiet. The roof top view is breathtaking. We loved looking out at the ocean and looking towards the city. To get to the beach we walked out the back gate through the sand, in between two houses and we were there. We would love to rent this home again.

Great house plenty of space for big crowds. it was very clean when I arrived and looked just like the photos. Had a water issue due to the city limitations of water but the host responded quick and resolved the issue and provided the water we needed for the house.

The property is gorgeous. It’s even prettier than the pictures. The views from the rooftop were spectacular. The beds are super comfy. My shower had great water pressure and the water was so soft. My skin and hair felt extra soft after showering. Very convenient to have separate bathrooms and hair dryers. They left us a bottle of tequila which was very nice. Would be ideal to have a car there as the local taxi service don’t always answer. If you’re taking taxis like we did, get your drivers info to contact them directly- you’ll have better luck. Jay and Brian are super responsive hosts. We had some issues which could not have been predicted but they worked diligently to fix them and were very communicative. I love this place and would definitely return.

This is a great place for a bachelor/bachelorette party. Multiple room with own bathrooms and own keys. Great for a golfing and fishing trip like the one we took. Very very recommended!!!

I recommend you rent this vacation home, very clean, safe, the kitchen has everything you need to spend some beautiful days and it makes you feel at home, it is a comfortable and large house, we spent a beautiful weekend.
