I had a pleasant stay. The place was clean and well-maintained, exactly as shown in the photos. The communication with the host was very good, always attentive and willing to help. The area is very quiet, ideal for resting and feeling safe. Definitely a highly recommended option, and I would stay here again.

Beautiful alpine-style cabin facing a lake, well-equipped and organized, in a natural environment. We had a wonderful family stay and chose this accommodation as a base to visit the Day of the Dead celebrations, and it was a good choice because those events were about 30 minutes away. We love the Day of the Dead! They left us a bottle of wine, firewood and charcoal for the barbecue. All this reflects the dedication to providing you with a comfortable stay. And Zirahuén is a genuine and indigenous village of friendly people, we also loved it.

The house is very nice, but the owner is strict about guests and schedules, apart from that, it has a very good view.

This is Kathia's first rental on this app. And I don't think he knows the rules, he doesn't respect them and I guess he didn't read the whole ad or pretended not to know. To begin with, he did not call the person in charge before his arrival. They arrived two hours before check-in time (he told me that they would arrive in half an hour, to which I replied that he should read the check-in time and I told him to call the manager). The manager was in a hurry, and delivered it before 12 noon. And he informed me that the reported people arrived, but apart from them there were like 20 more people and that they told him they would only stay to eat and leave. Through the platform's conversation thread, I spoke with Kathia (she asked to speak with me outside, I did not accept because the platform asks us not to do so so that conversations are recorded). He was upset, but he promised me they wouldn't break the occupancy rules. It seems that she was upset given the rating of her stay. Because of your promise of respect, I recommended it for another rent

The house is beautiful, beautiful view, incredible place, Ana is very kind. As areas of opportunity, the showers have very little water and then it goes out, especially on the second floor, but everything else is excellent. I would definitely come back

This is the third time I have stayed at Villa Paraíso with my nephews, I love the cabin and the incredible views. Making beautiful memories in this place. Ana, the person who delivers the cabin, is very kind. Thank you for the welcome gift, we really enjoyed it.

Nice place to visit, the cabin is very pleasant, with everything you need to be comfortable. I only have a couple of constructive comments; I paid extra to extend my departure until 5 pm, however the person who received and dismissed us, arrived before 3:30 to tell us that when we wanted to leave, he began to go to the patio to tidy up some things while we were still there, which did not seem like the best thing to do. And in addition to that, the bathroom in the master bedroom had a strong smell of a leak.

Hello Juan . I'm so sorry about your impression of my place in Zirahuen. Ana, the girl who helps me, enters the property to clean the common areas of the three cabins (she did not enter the private area they occupied). On the other hand, I'm sorry you had to deal with the bad smell from the pipe. It should be noted that the cabins are on the lakeshore and we do not have the usual piping. We have a water well and when there is a bad smell we put chlorine tablets (this is not usual). Thank you for the update . I find your evaluation very low for those details. Considering that your behavior was not very good when you rented for 5 people and 9 arrived. Of course you paid the difference, but this wasn't good at all. When they left, they were serious, I guess because of the charge for the excess people and because you supposedly thought that Ana entered their private place before they left. This is the second time we've stayed and it's very beautiful, the cabin is just like the photos. Mrs. Ana was very kind, she made us breakfast one day and everything was very good. We will definitely stay here again.

An amazing place, very well thought out for an unforgettable stay with the family. Its barbecue area with a gazebo is fabulous for gatherings, with a fire pit and curtains for when the cold arrives. Mrs. Ana welcomes you and treats you great!

Everything was excellent, we had an inconvenience with the one bathroom door, it was closed and there was no key in the house, she had to go to the house to open the door and charged us a fee for going, it would be nice to leave a set of keys for the whole house. As an improvement it would be nice to have a small dock to board the boats and kayak as you get mud dirty when put in the water. Generally speaking, all is well.

I already saw von the one in charge of leaving a key to that bathroom . I don't want to leave key copies of the entire cabin . Ana, who is in charge of the cabin does not live nearby and when she has to go for a problem like in this case of having put the bathroom insurance and close, she charges them $50 to go ( especially when it's already night) . Hello Juan Martin . We have hydropneumatic . Just as there was no rain , we had problems with the water in the pozo ( it had to go deeper ) . In Zirahuen , there are no public pipes and we are unable to draw water from the lake ; we supply with well water.

The cabin is beautiful, spacious and safe! We had a great time! We had an inconvenience with the hot water, but they took care of it in less than 1 hour. The lake is very nice and the cabin has everything to be comfortable.

Hello Julio . I'm sorry I missed them on the internet . Villa Paraiso is in a village on the shore of the lake and surrounded by hills; sometimes it fails a little , if there is rain or air. From the penalty for arrival after 7 am , it is charged upon arrival at the site as the person in charge has to return later (check-in time is 1 and 3 pm ) . This is specified in the information sent by me before you arrive. The rules are on the cabin profile on Air bnb. I hope you'll return soon and make more of your time .

Hi Carmen Patricia I recommend checking other similar properties in Zirahüen and you will see that our prices are correct. You know your fee and tax rate goes up. They already have my info for the future. You say I went cold to answer. I answered everything you asked me even though a lot of information is in the listing and it hadn't been read carefully. You told me to send the correct location through Whatts; I checked and it was correct and explained that the platform recommends me just to answer for safety . Even though the location information was correct , by this means I sent location details with link , description , photos etc. and the system marked me that it hadn't been read ( that just added Air bnb ) . I'm so sorry you were uncomfortable not to have answered for Whatts App I have already explained the reason and I am very sorry that you did not read my detailed description of how to get there.

The house is beautiful, the decor is very nice, and everything is top quality in terms of the construction of the house and the property. He left a welcome bottle, ice, firewood, water and personal care kits. Nice touches. The games are in good condition, except for the hole in the trampoline. However, it is advertised as pet friendly and it is not, since pets cannot be inside, and if any hair is found, we were told there would be a fine. We better not bring our dogs because they don't sleep outside. The screen door to the garden kept falling down, the dryer in the master bathroom didn't work, one of the bathrooms was clogged when we arrived, and the dining table is unstable, so it's dangerous if you're traveling with children. Keep in mind that next door is an event hall that had music until 2:00 am, making it difficult to rest.

Regarding the toilet, in the review you wrote that it was clogged when you arrived, and in the Airbnb conversation thread you corrected that (when I told you that Ana gave it to you without a plunger), and you said that it was not clogged, that it had become clogged during your stay. And I repeat, if you had told me, the plumber would have gone. Regarding the party hall you mention next door, it is a terrace for guests of the neighboring cabins (as well as Villa PARAISO, it has a kiosk). We will report it to the head of tenure of ZIRAHUEN (municipal president). Well, the neighbor of those cabins has already been warned about the music until a certain time. They will fine him and if he persists, they will shut him down. In my review of you, I already stated that you did not follow the rule of only bringing two cars onto the property. It was amazing for the whole family because, apart from the cabin that I rented, the other two in the same space were rented, and we managed to have a nice gathering of 4 families together. The price is a bit high, but it's worth it. We would repeat the adventure again.

The cabin is very nice, it has beautiful decor. The check-in instructions are very useful and clear. Perhaps it should be specified that the garden area is shared with other cabins and also the issue of parking, since I do not remember seeing in the description that only two cars could be parked, even when the large cabin is for more than 8 people. Kayaks have a cost which I think should be included in the cost of the cabin.

This cabin is amazing, very clean, safe and beautiful. It is on the shore of the lake and has a kiosk to prepare hamburgers or roast meat. Communication with the hosts was very good, they were always very friendly and attentive to our doubts. Definitely a place we'd like to repeat in the future.

The cabin is very well located and very well maintained. The people who welcome you are very friendly. The only drawbacks we found were that the trampoline was not functional, the upstairs bathroom door does not close, and the mosquito nets require maintenance. In the end, two of the toilets were not completely clean upon our arrival.

The place was awesome, and Ms. Verónica was very helpful and friendly. There were a few minor issues in the cabin, like the hot water, which we always managed to resolve in the end, and some very minor flaws regarding the furnishings in the house, nothing really significant. Other than that, the place is amazing. In terms of communication, at first, we felt judged by the host, since we were a group of friends, and we didn't feel very welcome; she was very reserved and cautious, which I understand—strangers in your home—but in the end, everything turned out great!

A very nice cabin on the lake with all the amenities for a nice weekend getaway. Very good service from the host. Highly recommended. The only negative thing is that the neighbor seems to also wash up and people can be very noisy and don't respect the music schedules.

Excellent attention to detail, just be careful if you have small children that they do not touch the arrangements or keep them away because they can break, very spacious for a family of 4 adults 6 children. It was a great location right on the lake, the house had beautiful decoration and it was such a beautiful gate away. You are 5 driving distance from el centro to buy food and to be able to make a carne asada on the premises. It was so peaceful. Recommend this place.
