The apartment, facilities, location, beauty of place and treatment of hosts exceeded my expectations! I recommend it 100% for small family

The accommodation was really great! Not only the amenities, but also the condition of the apartment and all the furniture were great. Small details such as a beach bag made the stay from the 1st minute great. A big plus is also the space and tranquility that the surrounding Golf Resort brings with it. Everything is well maintained and very pleasant!

We had a lovely stay in Anthony`s apartment. The apartment was really tastefully decorated with amongst other things nice art, personal touches and details. The decor fit perfectly to our own style, and we felt immediately at home. We spent every evening resting on the terrace enjoying the quiet and comfortable furniture. We could also eat our main meals on the terrace, which is shaded from the intense mid-day sun. Luis the contact in the apartment complex met us at check in and was so friendly and helpful, bringing us water and helping us settle in from the first momemt, many thanks ! Of course the large pool is just perfect for keen swimmers like ourselves, clean, spacious and well equipped with plenty of recliners and sun shades. A lovely gold course is on the grounds for those interested. The staff on site are also friendly and helpful. A car is recommendable for getting to and from shops, to PDC etc We would definitely book Anthony's partment again, and can highly recommend ! All the best Colin and Daniela

Excellent spot and location. We have a car so it’s easy to access and get everywhere. The apartment is only steps away from the golf course club house - you can view the driving range from the rooftop pool. The Marina beach club is a few minute drive away but was also excellent for a day on the beach. We enjoy staying here when going to playa as it’s a peaceful area with access to everything. Service was top notch with a seamless check in and overall excellent communication. Thank you again for the excellent stay.

Communication with Tony was always excellent and quick, we had no issues arriving and the person in charge of handing over the apartment showed us all the facilities. The apartment is in excellent condition, the decor is extremely pleasant, each room has a separate air conditioning, it has 3 pools that can be used, the kitchen is super equipped and has everything you need. We would definitely stay in the apartment again.

This home is fantastic! The condo is large & has a relaxing view with trees & birds chirping while you relax on the patio. The condo was large enough to accommodate two adults and three kids. I am always looking for a place that is far away from tourist, & this place is exacly what we needed. The rooftop pool is amazing to relax or watch a sunrise or sunset. The three pools on the property are clean and almost no-one in them. We used the private golf course to hit some balls on the range; the kids loved it. If you want the beach and don't want to drive far, its a 3 min drive from the condo to a private beach where you can find food & drinks. A drive into Playa del Carmen city center is 5-15 minutes depending on where you are going. A trip to Cancun is about 20-30 minutes, and we did that a few times. This trip was everything we needed, and this home felt like a home away from home. I would recommend this place to all my friends, and I would consider this at the top of my list if I ever go back to Cancun.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying in here. The condo was exactly as I expected it to be based on the photographs and description, if anything it was nicer. Location: The complex felt very safe, there is security at both the entrance to the golf course and at the entrance to the Nick Price Residences. The beach is a very short drive away and easily accessible at the Grand Coral beach club (you could walk to the beach from the residence, but we didn't because we didn't want to spend the time it would take). It is about a 15 -20 minute drive from the residence to downtown Playa del Carmen, so it was nice to have a car. It was also nice to have a car because there are lots of things in the area to see, such as cenotes and the ruins in Tulum, that are driving distance away. Condo: The condo was lovely! The beds are comfortable with high quality bedding. There is lots of extra bedding for the trundle. There are also plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen equipment is pretty basic, but it had everything we needed to make a few meals at "home". The patio is very nice for sitting on with large sliding glass doors in both the living room and master bedroom that allow airflow into the condo (there is a window in the second bedroom). It was especially nice to have the sliding glass door in the living room so we could be sitting on the patio and in the living room and still be together. The condo felt spacious for a group our size (5 adults), in part because both bedrooms have their own bathroom and walk-in closet so all of our things could stored out of the way. Complex: We absolutely loved relaxing at the beach club! The food there was yummy and the beach was beautiful. We also enjoyed the three pools located within the complex. The rooftop pool is obviously a highlight, but the other pools are also very nice to relax at. The complex has lots of amenities that we did not take advantage of, but it was nice to have the options. Overall, Anthony's condo was perfect for our vacation in Playa del Carmen. We had a very enjoyable time staying here.
