⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed here with our family to celebrate my father-in-law’s birthday, and we couldn’t have picked a better place! The house fit all of us perfectly and gave everyone plenty of space, but our favorite part was definitely the common area. The view overlooking the ocean and the town of San Juan del Sur was absolutely amazing! It quickly became the place where everyone gathered, and it was big enough for the whole family to hang out together, enjoy meals, have drinks, and just relax while taking in the view. We also decided to hire Martha to cook breakfast and dinner for us every day, and I’m so glad we did! Everything she made was delicious. We honestly threw all kinds of requests her way, and she never disappointed. Every meal was so flavorful and made our stay feel even more special. Mykonos Villa was better than I had imagined! The villa is just outside of SJDS but has the best views of the bay and the city. I highly recommend this villa for a larger group! We hosted our wedding here and it was the perfect space! Cannot recommend enough! 10/10!

The house is beautiful, large, comfortable and has an unbeatable view. We had a happy vacation. Cristina was very attentive to my messages and requests. The only opportunity for improvement is a better equipped and organized kitchen. The property is highly recommended.

Nice experience to share with family or groups of 10 or more people, Cristina's house is very cozy, everything is according to the description, the access is quite good and very well equipped, the house has a very beautiful view of the Bay, certainly an exceptional place to appreciate the sunsets of San Juan, an experience worth repeating.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at Villa Mikonos in San Juan del Sur was amazing! The location was perfect — close to town but peaceful with unbelievable views. The villa had everything our family needed and more. We loved the outdoor living areas with multiple levels, both shaded and sunny spots by the pool — perfect for relaxing, playing games, and enjoying time together. Ana, Marta and Miguel were wonderful and always so polite. Miguel was there any time we needed the gate opened, no matter the hour or weather. The owner and her assistant were also great with communication and super generous with towels for both the pool and beach. Just a couple of tips — if you’re driving, bring a 4x4 since the road up is steep and bumpy, and note that only the bedrooms are air-conditioned. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would go back in a heartbeat!

House is dreamy. So much space, multiple common areas, amazing views of the city. You feel like you’re in a luxurious paradise. Beautiful property. Every room has a private bathroom. The pool area was the highlight. This house makes you wanna lounge all day. Staff were nice and helpful. They cleaned daily and Kept the property safe. For a good price they can even cook for you upon request, worth every penny to get a private chef because it just adds to the experience and relaxation goals. WiFi was the only downside in my opinion. There’s Strong WiFi in the center of the home, yes, but in the rooms WiFi was very weak to non existent which really took away from my experience as strong WiFi in my bed is a must for me always. Hopefully they upgrade their WiFi to reach every room strongly Last take away was the fact that the AC light was strong, and didn’t allow my room to be pitch black dark, that disrupted my sleeping, as I need it dark for my circadian rhythm. Must rent home!!!

OH EM GEE!!! Worth every penny. My family & I had the most wonderful time. Cristina was an absolute great host — super responsive, friendly demeanor & had a wonderful & experienced staff for anything necessary. The location was just as described/matched photos of the airbnb post, but the views from the pool/outdoor living room & master bedroom were to die for !! (BTW : unobstructed views of the ocean to the San Juan del sur Christ statue… picturesque upon the sunset). Cristina & her team are amazing — 24/7 on-hand staff with laundry & breakfast available upon request (must do if interested in the best traditional breakfast!), this is an airbnb stay that you & your group must do!!! 15/10 ! Haha - I recommend getting the massage on grounds. lol I wish we had more time to spend there. Despite traveling to Nicaragua, Cristina and her team transport you to a private slice of Grecian heaven. This Florida guy has not had a better indoor/outdoor living experience. Will be back !!! <3

It was a great place

We had a wonderful family stay at Cristina's place. We had a large group of 16 and were welcomed by the whole staff. The house was true to the photos and even better! The cooks prepared amazing meals for us! We ate very well I recommend it 10000%

This is the best beach house I've ever stayed in. The view is spectacular, the house is big and spacious, great for large groups and the price is extremely reasonable for the amount of people you can fit. Recommended 100% and I'll definitely be back here in the future.

Our stay was 1000/10 My group and I regret not having selected this place as our first option at the beginning of our trip, because a bad experience in a house at the end of the same street in this town made us write and request an emergency reservation and it was a success. Although the reservation and entry to the house were a matter of minutes, the house was ready, completely clean. We were received very kindly, the cooking service was very good, 100/100, the view is spectacular at any time of the day, the pool is clean and every detail of the structure is very well thought out and cared for, we will definitely be back. The instructions are clear and easy to understand, all our questions were answered by message and quickly. The emergency generator system was very useful as San Juan suffered a blackout for a few hours and thanks to the system we did not have to stay in the dark. What an incredible place! Casa Mykonos is even bigger and more beautiful in person. Our group of 13 + 1 infant had an amazing week here. We had plenty of room to spread out and could not get enough of relaxing by the outdoor lounge areas. Each room has its own A/C and en-suite bathroom. The staff at the house was SO lovely and we had delicious meals cooked for us almost daily - their cooking was easily one of the highlights of our trip. We also felt very safe at night with Miguel and his dog on call. We came to surf and this location was a perfect central location for getting to Playa Maderas, Hermosa, and Remanso. Definitely recommend renting a vehicle to travel around easier to the beaches and into town without having to walk - the hill up to the house is steep but fun! We were able to hike up to Cristo de la Misericordia from the villa which was a good workout. We cannot wait to return to Nicaragua and stay here again!

This place was better than we would have ever expected. It was perfect for our large group the indoor/outdoor living area was absolutely awesome with so many places to hang out. The bar was super fun. The pool was great we took advantage of the private chefs services . Highly recommended,Those two ladies were absolutely awesome. Everything was wonderful. The staff is really great and makes you feel very safe and taken care of.

The house was amazing! Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. We had a large group and there was plenty of room in the house for everyone. The pool was lovely and the sunset views from the house were gorgeous. Cristina and the staff at the house made our stay very enjoyable. They helped us organize a large dinner to celebrate our anniversary at the home and helped us coordinate a chef. We hired the chef to prepare our meals and every meal was delicious. The home was also kept very clean and the staff ensured the house was secure and we felt very safe. I highly recommend staying here! We had the most incredible stay.

This is a beautiful home, great for a large group of people. There are many spacious bedrooms which each have their own small but 3 piece ensuite. The pool area by the home is fantastic. There are so many various places to relax. Staff at the home include a groundskeeper and two cooks/cleaners. Everyone is super friendly and always able to help. All of the meals we had prepared were excellent. The property is an easy walk into town, just not very fun coming home as it’s up a huge hill. But still doable! Overall we had no complaints about this beautiful home. Cristina was also amazing and easy to communicate with.

The VIEW. Just wow, the view cannot be beat. The house was great, the common area was huge for our large family. Each bedroom had a bathroom which was a huge plus. No need for 4x4 to get it the house, however the last road on the block where the house is located is very steep, FYI. We made up with a Yaris but I would have preferred to have something bigger for driving around this town.

What a beautiful experience! This is the place to relax and spend time with friends family. We were a group of fifteen and there was more than enough space for everyone to spread out and relax. Jasmine and Martha are angels. They are the two women that work at the property. They clean, and cook if you would like. They are excellent chefs. Everything the made was delicious. Also there is a guard that lives on the premises, who is super friendly. Downtown San Juan is cute, with good food and drinks. We definitely will be back. Thank you for all the hospitality!

Christina was a great host. My family and I stayed a short 2 days and staff were welcoming and provided a lot of recommendations. For additional fee, staff will cook amazing dishes. The house is close to the beach and to downtown. Very clean with tons of amenities. I highly recommend staying here as I will definitely return in the future.

We had a wonderful weekend with Cristina's family! The accommodation has spectacular views of the bay of San Juan del Sur of all angles.., it has all the comforts to feel at home. Mykonos is the ideal place to share with family or friends, all areas of the house are carefully designed; characterized by spaciousness, comfort, and cozy decor details. The location of the house is second to none because of the accessibility and view of the bay of San Juan del Sur, the terrace and pool are the perfect spot to enjoy and share a sunset. The house has a good security system, alarms and security staff attentive to any requirement. The kitchen service is excellent, they prepare the menu you request, support with local purchases and manage the portions very well. Cristina and Joaquín were very attentive and close, they were in constant communication and pending our stay was the best. Thanks for making us feel like home.

I can not say enough good things about this listing, the home owner was very responsive and super helpful. The staff was amazing! they made us feel right at home. they helped my family prepare meals and clean. We had some issues with another airbnb down the street and decided to check out immediately. we checked out without having another place to go. we booked with Cristina while driving to the property. They allowed us to check in 4 hours early and welcomed us with open arm. We had a party of 16 people and this Mykonos home was plenty big enough for everyone plus more. This home is massive and stunning. the bed rooms are large. the beds are large. I would absolutely love to come back to this home and do business with this owner again. this was the best Airbnb host we have ever had!

This home was absolutely stunning, and the views of ocean were breathtaking. Plus cold AC and hot water, which is sometimes rare when traveling abroad. Christina was super responsive, and was quick to help with whatever we needed. My only minor complaint was that I wish we were given more towels and toilet paper, but upon asking we were always accommodated. I’d definitely recommend this home to any large group visiting San Juan del sur.

Christina was amazing from day one. She was responsive, friendly and always willing to help. Jasmina and Martha were nice helpful - We too solicited their cooking service which was amazing! - HIGHLY recommend it. Overall our family stay was amazing and we enjoyed it all. My only honest feedback is that some furniture was outdated inside the house - the wear is noticeable and perhaps time to replace. The pics are as is and the view better in person! Thank you Christina for everything including the baby crib which is as very appreciated!

The house had breathtaking views and plenty of space for our entire family to relax and enjoy. It was super clean and it had everything that we neded. On site staff was very helpful and we felt right at home. We selected a breakfast meal for two days and food was delicious and on time. Kudos to the Chef!! What an amazing experience. I took my 17 closest friends to celebrate my 50th birthday. And I couldn't have been happier. The entire staff was incredible. From the food to the atmoshpere. All my guest were thrilled with the house and hope to return one day.

We had a great time at Mykonos House. The house is beautiful. The exceeded our expectations. Lots of room, for a big family like ours. The rooms are impeccable, the living area is amazing, the kitchen is big enough, beautiful views and the pool is bigger than, what appears in the picture. This house felt like a 5 stars resort from, from the room to the hallways, living area, patio, pool area. The views from this house to the bay are wonderful, but the house makes it even more amazing. My kids loved the house. I truly feel my description will not make justice to this place. I’m sure we will come back to this house for our next vacation here in Nicaragua. We enjoyed the comforts of a large and well organized house, spacious and diverse areas of relaxation , breathtaking view, the best place to stay with a large family, space for everything and everyone, Mrs. Carmen , the lady in charge of every day's cleanliness was very helpful and always told us that if we needed help with anything I would be willing to help , just like the Lord in care of the property, our second time in the house and full recommendation to my friends and acquaintances, it is really great for staying with family and rest .

This house was unbelievable from the moment you walk in. The host and her staff go above and beyond to make sure you are right at home. What a beautiful home! definitely book it. We arrived to San Juan, the GPS does not guide you correctly to the location, but Cristina made it easy for us to locate the property. The property has enough room for everyone to enjoy the home. The view is spectacular, you can see the entire bay of San Juan. Jasmina and her Sister cooked for us and omg, the food was delicious! she buys everything for you, which makes it easier. Jasmina if you have the opportunity to read this, thank you! we appreciated you! We also had an issue with an AC that was not cooling, they have a maintenance person in the property, he tried fixing but unfortunately the issue was not resolved so we had to move to another room. Also the power went off one night and their generator was not working, besides that inconvenience, everything else was overall amazing. Make sure you go to Playa hermosa, Maderas, Playa el coco! we rented atv’s but the car ride was also not bad. Enjoy! we will definitely be back!

My family rented this house for a beach weekend with friends. We had 14 people stay in the house and we’re so happy with our choice to stay here. It is a beautiful space with lots of communal space and comfortable rooms. The pool is so nice. The wifi was not the best, but we were not at the house enough for it to impact us that much. The staff were around and helped with cleaning and any request we had. Thanks for making this wonderful space available!

About 50 family members traveled to Nicaragua for my brother's wedding. The three siblings with children (including myself) rented this Airbnb so we could keep our children busy (with the pool, and space). Everything worked out perfectly. The place was more spacious than we thought (the bunk beds pull out to have 6 beds) and they are wide enough to fit two smaller children on each. There was a pull-out bed in the living room. Every bedroom has a bathroom. Miguel - the full-time staff - was extremely nice and helpful; we woke up to a spotless truck after we had taken it offroading. He woke up multiple times during the night to check that everything was OK and gave us his full attention when needed. We also took full advantage of the cooking staff option and massage options. The food was out of this world and extremely affordable. It made the vacation stress free - not having to round everybody up and find a place that could seat all of us, and waking up to fresh breakfast.

We were 13 people. Our stay was exceptional. The staff is more than helpful and kind. We loved the location and would definitely go back. Thank you for the stay.

Cristina’s Villa is absolutely amazing. The staff was generous and friendly. Very close to town and the beach but there wasn’t really any need to leave the Villa if you didn’t want to. The chef cooked breakfast for us every morning and did several dinners as well. They did all the shopping for us and were very accommodating. It was overall a fantastic experience. The Villa is gorgeous, the food was amazing!

Jasmina’s cooking (you can plan it with the house owner) is delicious. Miguel ( he is a handy man/security) was always on top of things making sure we had everything we needed. It was one the best experience l’ve had and l’ve booked Airbnb’s in many countries and many states within the US.

This house is amazing. Very comfortable rooms. Common areas are huge and there are a number of them. It has a permanent gorgeous view of San Juan del sur Bahia. The pool was great. We hired the staff to make all meals for us for two days. All the food was amazing, so glad we decided to do that. Jasmina and Marta were friendly and helpful. definately recommend this house for a family gathering or a group of friends. There is no railings for the stairs, so I recommend being mindful of that with elderly people. I definitely want to come back to this house.

Cristina is the best. There’s hardly other places that have a great host and a great view like this property. Highly recommended not just for family retreats but also for any digital nomad groups looking to work on their laptops with an amazing view as a backdrop.

We had wonderful 5 day stay at Villa Mykonos. The home is stunning and it has amazing views, better than the pictures. The staff was very attentive, they kept the home immaculate during our entire stay. As an added plus it was also great to have Miguel, the gentleman that stays there to take care of the home, he was very helpful. It was fun to stay home one of the nights to make dinner, their well stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze. The other nights we went out to eat and had great food. There are plenty of good restaurants to choose from within a 10 minute drive. We are looking forward to future stays at Villa Mykonos, we highly recommend it.

We loved our stay at Cristina’s place. The villa is up in the hill so it felt nicely tucked away even though it’s only a few minutes outside of town. There was tons of room for our group - everyone had their own room/bathroom with lots of nice common areas to hang out together. We spent a lot of time in the pool, which has an incredible view of San Juan del Sur. Miguel, who maintains the property and lives on-site, was absolutely amazing and helped us with so many details including transportation and directions. We especially loved his amazing dog Lobo, who helped patrol the area and made our stay even better! Would definitely recommend this place, especially with a group.

It’s the most gorgeous spot in San Juan del Sur! But, definitely need a good vehicle, mainly stick shift, in order to get to the house because it’s on a super steep hill. There is another road you can take which is a bit better. The views from the house are absolutely gorgeous! We actually planned a surprise party for my grandmother and her sister while we were there, and it was such a nice setting for it. We were at least 15 people in total staying here, and we definitely fit snugly together. The staff is really what made the stay so unique. It honestly felt like a hotel, since they clean up your rooms, and offer towels for guests. Definitely loved having Lobo, the dog that lives there, around. He was the friendliest of all, and gave it such a homey touch. I definitely recommend talking to the staff if you want to get the additional service of a cook or bartender, since they know how to get in touch with them. We’ll definitely be back!

Do yourself a favor and book this villa right now!!!! I can not recommend it highly enough. I just finished leading a yoga/fitness retreat for 10 people and everyone was blown away. The villa looks exactly like the pictures— and even more beautiful! It is so incredibly spacious and the views are absolutely stunning. Everything was literally perfect. There was so much space to lounge, and big communal areas where we could all be together but also have our own space. It was about a 10 minute walk from the beach, which we preferred so that we were away from the noise of the other hotels and bars. We did our workouts and yoga on the patio every day and had more than enough space. We hired the full staff and they were a highlight of our trip. The cook was amazing, helped create a menu with me, and her food was delicious every single meal. The bartender/waiter did literally anything we needed, cleaned up, kept everyone happy, and went above and beyond. One woman forgot her yoga mat and he found one and had it personally delivered at the exact time I needed it. Little touches like that went a long way. They helped us arrange taxis and local activities, ran out for food or drinks whenever we needed, and in general made our stay so relaxing and peaceful. Security was also there 24/7 and we felt really safe and secure. I couldn’t have led this retreat without their help. Communication before and during the trip was great as well. I honestly don’t think you’ll find a better place than this in the area. Go and enjoy yourself!

A great place to stay if you need space. The house is well out fitted, staff are friendly and helpful. We had a staff retreat here with 15 people and there was more than enough space for us all.

We had a group of 11 and still had way more room then we would ever need with such an open common space. The space was well thought out when it was built. Would 5/5 recommend for any big group. It’s hard to put into words how amazing our family vacation was staying at Cristina’s house in San Juan Del Sur. This is a detailed review but worth the read! It might be hard to believe but the house is even more beautiful than the photos! We werea Canadian family of 10 (ages 18-60) and everyone had their own room, bathroom, and plenty of space to take a quiet moment away from the group when needed. The house is located 15 minutes from town, and a 15-30 minute drive to many popular beaches, just ask Miguel to arrange a taxi for you if you’re a large group without a vehicle. We communicated with Joaquin, Cristinas son, on WhatsApp during the trip when we needed recommendations and he responded immediately. As did Cristina over Air BnB messenger. As hosts they were both fantastic to deal with and very accommodating. However the absolute, hands down, best part of the house is the staff. Jasmina the Chef and Luis the Bartender/Waiter are incrediblen and are the reason our vacation was so memorable. If you’re booking the house I can’t emphasize enough the importance of reserving both of them. Jasmina is a phenomenal cook! She served us breakfast, snacks, and dinner every day, and each meal was amazing. She’s fantastic on the BBQ! Luis is so much more than just a bartender. He helps prepare meals, served and cleared out plates, cleaned the common areas, and all around took care of us. One day I was very sick (too much rum + sun), and he made me a special drink to help settle my stomach without me even asking - he just knew I was in need! Miguel manages the house and lives onsite so there was constant security. We never once felt unsafe, he checked the grounds each night and locked up after we went to bed. Marta the maid was so friendly and our rooms were cleaned each day. The only thing I’d like to note is that they speak no English, which is not AT ALL anything negative against them. We were in their country, and luckily I speak very basic Spanish so we were able to get by, but if no one in your group speaks any Spanish I highly suggest getting Google Translate or learning some before you go. But this should also be a tell of how great they were that even through broken Spanish we established an amazing bond. We had an emotional goodbye from the staff, and hope we can come back to visit them again soon! Don’t bother looking at any other house, trust me you will not regret booking here. Beautiful house, beautiful view, I would definitely come back again

I have stayed in 2 houses on this same stress and by far my favorite ! This place is AMAZING & VERY BEAUTIFUL! Breath taking. Christina the host has amazing hospitality. The house is very clean and a lot of space. Exactly what i wanted for our family to come together and enjoy our time. The waiter and cook were on point and excellent which made the stay that much better
