The Space
Villa Mykonos caters to guests seeking top-tier luxury, spectacular views, a beachfront location, and ample stylish living areas. Situated within a gated community with electric fences and 24-hour security, the villa spans 20,000 square feet over two stories.
Guests are welcomed warmly at the gates before entering a vast property where attentive staff, including a housekeeper, are available throughout the stay.
Inside, the villa offers various relaxing spaces with large windows framing ocean and mountain vistas. The main living areas include premium sofas and handcrafted armchairs, complemented by HDTVs for entertainment. Dining options include a spacious 12-seat circular table perfect for meals or games. There is also a dedicated TV room for enjoying movies and games after a day in the sun.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, allowing guests to stay connected and share their vacation moments easily.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts marble countertops, high-quality appliances, and a large fridge-freezer, ideal for any cooking enthusiast. The host can arrange for an in-house chef upon request.
Outdoor spaces include Nicaraguan hammocks to relax in while enjoying the ocean breeze.

The villa contains seven bedrooms, each designed for comfort and stunning views:
- Bedroom 1: King-size bed, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, sofa, desk, and chair.
- Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, mountain views from a private balcony, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, desk, and chair.
- Bedrooms 3 to 6: Each with a queen-size bed, ocean views from a private balcony, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, desk, and office-style chair.
- Bedroom 7: Designed for children, featuring six single beds, walk-in closet, cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, shared bathroom, and ample storage.
Upstairs also includes a TV room furnished with premium sofas and a 60-inch HDTV for entertainment.
All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms equipped with high-quality fixtures. Additional facilities include a common area bathroom and an outdoor shower near the terrace for use after swimming.

Decent villa, but really expensive for electricity and 30usd + food for a simple meal in Nicaragua is really expensive. Beautiful views. But 10min walk from the beach

This home has beautiful views of the beach and the surrounding hills. Large private gated parking and fits a large group (we were 13). Every room is large and has a private bathroom which is great for big groups. The landscaping is beautiful with a grassy area and lots of pretty purple flowers. Lots of areas to hang out with near the pool and in the home, including hammocks and plenty of chairs. It’s a 7 minute drive to central San Juan del Sur. A couple things to note is that there is a cap on energy consumption which is hard to stay under with a home of this size, so expect to go over it and pay more. Also bring your own plastic cups for hanging out near the pool. There is also a 24 hr staff member on site who helps to watch the home and can help refresh towels and water.

Mykonos Villa was better than I had imagined! The villa is just outside of SJDS but has the best views of the bay and the city. I highly recommend this villa for a larger group! We hosted our wedding here and it was the perfect space! Cannot recommend enough! 10/10!

La casa es preciosa, grande, cómoda y con una vista inmejorable. Pasamos una felices vacaciones. Cristina estuvo muy atenta a mis mensajes y solicitudes. La única oportunidad de mejora es una cocina mejor equipada y organizada. Súper recomendada la propiedad.

Bonita experiencia para compartir con Familia o grupos de 10 a mas personas, la casa de Cristina muy acogedora, todo es acorde a la descripción, el acceso bastante bien y muy equipada, la casa tiene una Vista a la Bahía muy hermosa, sin duda un lugar excepcional para apreciar los atardeceres de San Juan, una experiencia que vale la pena repetir.

Puedo decirles que es una casa que les encantará, Mi familia y amigos quedamos encantados con la casa. tanto por ubicación, vista, condiciones de la casa que era impecable e impresionante por sus espacios, la atención de las señoras que nos brindaron el servicio de cocina, espectacular!, muy amables y cocinaban delicioso. Es una casa en la que disfrutarán al máximo. Recomendadisima al 100%.
