Great place great host

Marcels place was better than what was described ! Right on the ocean with views that are priceless. The condo also has multiple pools and it is gated. The people including all the staff are very friendly and helpful. We celebrated our 25 th wedding anniversary there with our 2 adult children and have made memories of a lifetime. We can’t wait to return ! Thank you Gabriela for your immediate response , local guidance and for this beautiful place you shared with us.

Great place to stay. The onsite security and condominium workers were great! Had a great stay overall. Food was hard to come by in the area. A little bit of a walk once outside the condo. Really liked the condo!

Our stay was very good. The Airbnb matches the description and the photos in the listing, and it has all the amenities we were looking for to spend a few comfortable days by the sea. Marcel and Gabi responded clearly and sufficiently to our questions, and we had no problems during the stay. The furniture was in good condition, the facilities worked perfectly, and everything was very well organized. We also found the way the home operates to be very efficient, which made our experience simple and enjoyable from start to finish. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend it.

My family and I had a great time at this Airbnb. The place was very clean, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We felt very secure with 24 hour security. The pools were fantastic and you had your very own private beach. I would definitely stay here again.

We had the best time staying here. Issues with our original Airbnb while in PV had us scrambling to find a new place, and we found Marcel’s place. We felt like it was meant to be. Marcel was extremely responsive and able to get us in within the hour of booking. The staff on the property were nothing short of amazing. The two pools, bars, spa, and gym made our time on the property extremely incredible. We will be staying here every time we are in PV.

The unit was beautiful with a gorgeous view and extremely well maintained. We really enjoyed having the restaurant onsite and the food was delicious. It is about a 15 minute walk into town via the beach but Ubers were very affordable (usually $5-$10 USD each way). Would definitely stay here again!

I’ve stayed in this building before and this condo did not disappoint. The staff is so helpful and friendly and the food and drinks at the restaurant are great. The condo has great views (way better than the photos show) and amenities and is walkable downtown via the street or the beach.

Amazing condo, location, and building. The balcony and view were incredible. Marcel was very responsive and helpful, especially after recent local events required us to stay longer due to cancelled flights. The security and staff in the building were also wonderful and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to PV!

We loved our stay here. The condo is beautiful, the kind of place you see in architectural digest. Modern yet warm. High ceilings and clean lines. The rooftop pool, jacuzzi and bar were perfectly suited for watching whales breach the surface of the water in the bay. The host was amazing and communicated without delay. Our only regret was our inability to stay longer.

Marcel and Gabriela’s place is incredible. The pictures really don’t show just how spectacular this view and accommodation is. The whole apartment complex is wonderful from the food to the pools, and the staff is just amazing. It has the best of what a hotel has to offer but with a private feeling. I would highly recommend this accommodation. Marcel and Gabriela are wonderful hosts and are very responsive for anything you may need.

First of all, the building is perfect. The location, the views, the pools, the restaurants and the staff are all perfect. We have stayed in many units in the building. This is one of our favorites. The unit seems to be recently renovated, and it is stunning. Very modern with minimalist furnishings. Although the beds look low and stiff, they are extremely comfortable. The AC works quickly and efficiently, so you can keep it off when you leave the rooms. There are a few touches left to be added, like the sprayer in the primary shower and a TV in the living room. Even without those conveniences, the stay was perfect! Easy check-in and out. I highly recommend this stay!

The views from the condo were spectacular. The staff are very friendly and the common areas (gym, pools, bar) well maintained. The host was responsive when I had a few questions about the unit.

This was a fantastic stay in Conchas Chinas. We have been coming to Puerto Vallarta for over a decade, and this had to be one of our favorite spots. The highlights were the amazing views and functionality of the space. We had everything we needed onsite to have a relaxing vacation. The facilities are excellent- both pools are fabulous and access to the beach was easy. The restaurant was also very good - especially the lunch menu. The ease of going into town and going to various galleries and restaurants sealed the deal as a standout choice. The staff also made the vacation - shoutout to Jose Jesus, Rigo, Joaquin, and all the others. They are so nice, organized, and were able to help us arrange special moments like massages. Would highly recommend getting one while you are there. We really appreciated how helpful they all were, but not too intrusive or trying to sell anything. They clearly enjoy their work. From someone who works in hospitality, they are the best! We will be back!

Everything was great.

Sayan Beach 9F excelled our expectations. The location is ideal, on the beach that is swimmable, walking distance to romantic zone, views are amazing. Sayan Beach is like staying in a hotel with all the amenities one could ask for. We keep coming back to this unit because it is consistently outstanding. We love the convenience of eating at the beautiful restaurants and bars at Sayan Beach. We loved using all of the pools and jacuzzis upstairs and downstairs. We loved being able to enjoy a semi private beach that connects to the malecon next door. The beds are spacious and luxurious and so are the bathrooms in each room. We've stayed in many units in Puerto Vallarta, but we feel this one is absolutely the very best. We enjoyed the views of the sting rays down below as well. I couldn't ask for anything more. You will not be disappointed if you book this unit!

SO happy we ended up here! I looked at many, many different condos in Puerto Vallarta before booking here at Sayan. While the photos in this listing look beautiful, nothing can truly give this property justice. We loved the clean, bright condo and thoroughly enjoyed both lower level and rooftop pools / hot tubs as well as the access to the beautiful Conchas Chinas beach. The food and drinks on site exceeded our expectations and the service was top notch. The hosts were incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We will absolutely be coming back!

Excellent stay at Sayan Beach 9F. Picture and descriptions are accurate. Clean, uncluttered condo with plenty of space for our family of 5. Amazing views from the terrace. Pools are great- especially the rooftop pool! Building amenities- pools, restaurants, fitness center were excellent. Building staff were great. Take advantage of the on-site massages- extremely reasonable! Access to beach was nice- can walk down beach to town (steep stairs required). Easy/inexpensive Ubers always available for approx US$5 to Zona Romantico. Minor notes: There are no towels in the unit for pool or beach use. There are cards issued for pool towels (picker up at the restaurants) which cost US $.75/towel per day. Towels must returned each day. We purchased towels at the grocery store for beach use. The only recommendation would be to include beach equipment (umbrella, chairs, towels, cooler, etc.) as many beach AirBnBs offer.

This place is amazing! The pictures do not even do it any justice. The views are incredible from the balcony and master bedroom. The location is perfectly close to the romantic zone, it can be walked to but we mostly took an uber since it was SO HOT in July. The rooftop pool was our perfect hangout most days and in the evening with the sunset it was INCREDIBLE. We would come here again!

One stop shop… Fabulous facilities amazing staff felt totally safe and like we never needed to leave but when we wanted to leave, we had support help guidance and a team there waiting on us hand and foot. Private secluded beach, comfy beds… Amazing views. Total win.

Another amazing stay in Puerto Vallarta! We have now stayed at the unit twice and loved it just as much ch the second time. The views are unbeatable, the apartment has everything you need, and the staff is extremely friendly and on top of things. We spent hours in the pool, watching sunsets from the rooftop restaurant, and walking along the beach to town. Because there are long term tenants and owners, it is not busy at all - you often feel like you have the whole place to yourself. We’ll be staying again!

Wonderful building and wonderful, clean unit with the most amazing balcony. The photos didn’t do it justice. I would say that this building is more for adults than families, but everyone was so welcoming and nice. Kids loved the rooftop pool!

This was a great place for my family to stay for the week. Relaxed by the rooftop pool each day. Enjoyed the large private balcony from our unit as well. Whale watching every day from this space was amazing. It was just a peaceful place to be. Walkable to town. Uber or taxi's were easy and inexpensive. The staff at Sayan were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo and building and beach and pools are truly a dream - the best of Vallarta resort living. Luxury, location, amenities and service are all top notch. You will never regret staying here and the hosts are very kind and attentive. Can’t wait to return!

This was our first time staying at this Airbnb and host did fantastic job. The rooms were massive and fully equipped with everything we needed for a great trip in Puerto Vallarta. We are looking forward to returning and staying in the same place ASAP.

It wasy second time in this building. I absolutely love it there. The staff is great. The food is good. And the drinks keep flowing at thw bar. I cant express enough how great the staff is on the property from front dest/ security to bar and waitstaff. They make you feel at home. And the view from the property roof and private balcony are amazing. Watched whales from a hammocks. Private beach access and 5 min beach walk to Los Muertos beach for more vibrant and social scene... or relax in peace on property or local Sayan beach. Nothing like walk8ng down for a great breakfast with a view every morning. Pictures dont do it justice. Will be back!

We absolutely loved Marcel's place in PV! The location was close enough to downtown, but far enough away, that felt secluded. Beach access was perfect, and the entire staff was amazing. We can't wait to come back and visit PV!

This place is amazing! It offers breathtaking views of the ocean and the Malecon. The location is stunning, not too far from Zona Romantica, with a gorgeous beach nearby. The infinity pools are incredible, and I loved having the option of room service or dining at the restaurant conveniently located on the first floor. You can even have food sent to the rooftop, which features a bar and provides another fantastic spot to relax. Highly recommend staying here. I would definitely return!

Loved staying here. The view is amazing 😍😍😍😍😍😍. The stay was full luxury for us with the view and every area was very spacious. The bathrooms were big and luxurious and there is hot water without a problem: The apt staff were very nice, courteous, professional and so helpful. The rooftop pool is so peaceful, a dream. It was our first time in Puerto Vallarta and staying at this apt made it such an awesome experience.

I had a great experience at this Airbnb. The place was modern, spacious and in perfect location to festivities, restaurants and the beach. The staff at the location were top notch and their customer service was exemplary. This was two of my guests first time in PV and at this location and they both mentioned, multiple times, that they will be back to visit PV and will try to rent this unit again. Marcel was a great host that was friendly and responsive. You definitely will have an amazing experience spending your time at this location.

Marcel's place is even better than the reviews / photos make it seem. It was like staying in a private 5-star resort, but for a fraction of the cost. I will be recommending it to everyone! The apartment is beautiful and spacious, with an amazing ocean-front view and a giant living room / kitchen. It has a balcony with comfortable seating and a hammock to overlook the ocean + the surrounding city. The amenities of the building are also 10/10. There is a rooftop pool, restaurant, and hot tub, which are gorgeous, as well as a beach-front pool, restaurant, and hot tub. There is also a great gym overlooking the pool and a pickleball court. The staff are lovely – very responsive and helpful, with service I associate with a 5-star hotel. There are so many amenities that it felt like a hotel really. But it's far less busy – my group and I were often the only group in the restaurant or in the pool, so it felt like a private resort. It is also beach front and walking distance to the city.

This was our second time staying at Marcel's and it was as dreamy as the first. The unit itself is stunning, spotless and well appointed. The rooftop is quite literally the rooftop of dreams. The staff is incredible, kind, and accommodating, and the restaurants on-site are divine. I can't rave about this place more. The condo is beautiful, the pool was clean and the food was very tasty. The staff was also very friendly, so I was much more satisfied than the all-inclusive hotel. I'll use it again next time.

I once again stayed with in this beautiful apartment and the experience was wonderful. It has a spectacular sea view and in the apartment smells delicious all the time. We really rest and relax. The restaurant and pool service is very nice…..

Our stay was perfect, entire condo was clean and in immaculate condition. The view from our balcony was beautiful. Downstairs restaurant and bar had amazing food and drinks. The private beach out front was crystal clear. Will definitely be booking again.

The condo is centrally located, a 20 minute drive to the best restaurants in town including Porfirios and La Vaca Argentina. With direct access to the beach the location couldn’t be better. Jet ski rental, boat propelled parachute rides and even banana boat rides are all walking distance from the beach. The restaurants are very well staffed and the views are spectacular. Look no further if you’re looking for a spacious 3 bedroom condo with pools.

Marcel’s place and the building is beautiful! The staff is awesome, and the view on the rooftop pool is insane. Only issue is we have to wait exactly at 4pm to get access, I mean exactly at 4pm, not 3:58. While we were waiting we enjoyed the amenities. Otherwise I would definitely stay here again!

My group absolutely loved the amenities offered by this apartment complex - rooftop infinity pool with a bar, several other pools at the ocean level, and easy access to the beach. The guys at security were very friendly and helpful, and the neighborhood felt safe.

Exceptional property, great building with lovely pools, gym, bar, restaurant. Security extremely helpful and professional. Easy to Uber back and forth to PV or easy walk along the beach. The apartment itself was great although there are signs of disrepair which if the price were to come down could be overlooked but at $500 per night it should be 100%. For example, the master shower is not working correctly and missing some parts. The glassware needs to be replaced as much of it is cracking and unusable. That said, the positives far outweigh the small issues. I will definitely book this property again.

Beautiful condo and complex. On the beach and easy to get to downtown via beach route. Amazing ocean views. Complex and staff great too. Only one issue, The window is back bedroom did not lock. We made marcel aware but felt safe with 24 hour security.

My parents, sister, and I spent a lovely weekend at Marcel’s place. The unit is even more beautiful in person—we were obsessed with it. It's super modern, spacious, clean, and high-tech. The instructions for check-in and check-out were easy to follow, and Marcel and his wife were incredibly friendly and responsive. I've been coming to the Romantic Zone since 2019 and haven't found anything like this. It's perfect for a group of six people and for relaxing. Bonus points for the restaurant and bar inside the complex, which offer wonderful dishes at super affordable prices. This experience felt more like staying at a resort (in a good way) rather than just an apartment!

Marcels palace was great. Check in was easy, super clean and has unbelievable views. About 10 minutes drive to get into the city since it located in the “romantic zone”. There is a restaurant in the building and the pool is really nice.

Sayan Beach is an awesome place, it has a view of the best. We enjoyed our entire stay excellent. All the service you have the best. We didn't use the Ruff because it was under maintenance, but the pool and its bar is wonderful.
