We had a lovely time at Heidi’s place - loved the beautiful private garden and the jacuzzi/little swimming pool all to ourselves (our baby loved swimming in it!). It was a little hard to find but Heydi and Don Ramon were super helpful, understanding, kind and excellent communicators. Don Ramon even helped us with our luggage. The interiors were stunning, thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. Highly recommend!

A true refuge. The house is impeccable, clean and tastefully decorated. Mr. Ramón was always attentive and very friendly and helpful.

The stay was very pleasant and comfortable, the place had everything described, so you have access to different things for a group or family stay. Both Heydi and Mr. Ramon resolved all the questions we had regarding the stay.

The room is large, comfortable (everything you need to stay) and very nice, it has its garden and many amenities such as a small pool. You have to walk 30 meters from the street to get there, but in my opinion it's not an inconvenience. The service from Heydi and Mr. Ramón, who is her contact in the village, is very good. I took my dogs and it's a good place for them, although with the proper care. Definitely recommended for a relaxing time.

It is a very nice and cozy place, Heydi is an excellent host, the place was very clean and tidy. However, access is complicated since it is through an alley and a climb, it is not for elderly people or people with limited mobility. Other than that, the place is excellent

The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable, it is very conveniently located and easy to walk downtown. Don Ramón was always very attentive and willing to help during the stay, the lack of curtains or blackouts in the windows is something to take into account. My family and I really enjoyed this place.

The house has a beautiful vibe, plants, flowers, candles, each of the spaces is very tasteful, clean, tidy, the finishes of the house are very nice, despite being in days of much celebration the noise was never annoying, Don Ramón is a very kind and warm person. Heydi has a beautiful house and I definitely recommend it.

This place is one of the few that still Airbb is what it was here before there is nothing that feels like “put what's left of another place” on the contrary and every detail is designed so that one is really comfortable, from things like the kitchen has all the new utensils and in perfect condition, shampoos, towels and hotel sheets I would say. Everything is extremely clean, and not only clean if not taken care of and very tastefully. The jacuzzi has an ideal temperature. The beds are comfortable and the garden is great especially for puppies. I would definitely choose him happy again.

Excellent place, although there are details that would make it perfect. The windows don't have shades, so a lot of light will enter the rooms. The jacuzzi apparently does not have a whirlpool.

The house is very nice and spacious, well equipped, and in excellent condition. The Jacuzzi is large, and the patio and barbecue are first class. The jacuzzi had some problems with the boiler, but Don Ramón, who is in charge of maintenance, took care of us wonderfully and fixed the problem, and we were able to use it. Heydi is always super attentive and communicates immediately. I recommend the house. It is very nice and clean.

An amazing place to stay that I highly recommend, given its location and, of course, the house itself (its interiors and amenities). I had already come to Valle more than 5 times, and I would definitely stay at this place again. You are on a main avenue that takes you straight to downtown Valle. I went with my family and my wife to celebrate my mother's birthday. We had a great time. From the moment you arrive, you feel very comfortable, in a different atmosphere and with a good vibe. A very clean, elegant house with all the amenities for you to have an amazing time. Mr. Ramón is always attentive to everything so that nothing is missing. I definitely recommend the stay. Believe me, it's worth it.

The place was beautiful, very clean, and nice. The person in charge was always very attentive. But we had some issues. The first was that the water in the jacuzzi was cold. They told us it would be warm, but it wasn't. It only stayed warm for about 1 hour, and besides that, we had to wait 3 hours for it to be warm. And the second is that they ask you to leave everything clean and as you found it. I think the cost is high for these two things. The cost could well include cleaning the kitchen. They also ask you to take out the trash, but there were no bags or anything to do it with. I know that each host has their own rules, but they should show these details in their description. The door to the full bathroom upstairs doesn't close, and neither does the shower door, which causes all the water to spill out when you take a shower. The floor was very slippery, and it means making a mess in the bathroom.

The property is very nice and was super clean. Don Ramón was always on the lookout for us and everything we needed. Only the climb to the house if it is a little heavy with a lot of luggage or for people with little mobility.

The house is very nice, it is tastefully decorated and there are several amenities you can use to make your stay more comfortable; there are board games, TV with netflix, and the jacuzzi of the best of the house, very good size and leave it at a comfortable temperature. Keep in mind that to get to the house, you have to go up a slope of about 80 meters; it's not difficult unless you have mobility issues. I recommend staying here

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The location is good for getting around downtown Valle de Bravo. They are always attentive to your needs, and the house is very clean. ☺️ Very pleasant and recommended.

It is a warm place, where you feel very comfortable from the very first moment, and Mr. Ramón makes the welcome even warmer. The view is spectacular, and at night, the temperature inside each room is perfect. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the hot tub is at the perfect temperature. It is a place full of positive energy, where you can meditate and, at the same time, interact with nature. What I liked most was that my fur babies were also warmly welcomed.

Everything was perfect and just as Heydi told us! The house is wonderful, not only because of its décor, but also because it has everything we needed. Good location. Heydi was always attentive to our questions, as was Mr. Oscar. Thank you for everything, highly recommended
