Loved our stay. The accommodations were very comfortable with ample space. We were a group of 4 adults and used all 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Everyone was very comfortable. Unit highlights were hanging on the deck (many whales were seen) and customizable thermostat controlled AC in each bedroom. Never had that before. The beach is wonderful, as is the infinity pool. A huge bonus for us was the onsite restaurant serving breakfast and lunch. Tasty and reasonably priced. We prefer staying south of old town, so the location was great for us. We know to expect the tradeoff for quiet and lushness is you don’t have food choices within walking distance so the onsite restaurant was really appreciated. We hope to return!

Michael’s condo was absolutely WOW! The unit was unbeatable, spotless and like new. The pool and beach were so enjoyable. Everything was perfect from the moment we stepped into the condo. This was overall the nicest home we have rented around the world, and I highly recommend. Definitely worth the money.

This is a beautiful, spacious oceanfront condo. It was easy to find and the complex was very nice. We would recommend this place to our friends.

Loved this place. I have stayed many places in PV as it is my happy place. This one was my favorite. Not the fanciest, not the most exclusive. It was just all round good. Good beach. Good hot water and linens. Good maid service, Good water! Great views make for great whale watching right from the balcony. Good access to taxis. Good onsite restaurant with an incredible chef (here's hoping he stays). Good facility but with lots and lots of rules, which is only one of two not so positive comments. My husband was wearing his t-shirt at the pool for 3 weeks to protect his skin. He is too big for nylon surf shirts plus he's old! Into week 4 he was asked to leave the pool because he can't wear cotton in the pool. It clogs the filter! huh? The other comment is about guests and residents. It not a big complex so we are all at the pool at the same time. The guests I met were awesome. Some will be friends for life. But the condo owners were not kind. Downright rude too. It's clear they did not like guests to be there. But if that's the case, then change the HOA regulations to not allow renters. Since that is not likely to happen, get over it. We paid good money to enjoy the sun too. Don't let this stop you though because Michael's place is great.

Las Palmeras is a wonderful hidden jewel! The beach is unmatched and you cannot find better people. We have an amazing ongoing love affair with Mexico, and Las Palmeras just made it an obsession. Condo is beautiful!

Our family of 6 had a fantastic time at Michael's condo. A roomy place with all the bells and whistles and a beautiful view of the bay. The overall complex is great too with a large pool and easy access to the beach. The property manager greeted us to make sure we had everything we needed and was available to answer any questions. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

This condo has amazing views and a perfect place to enjoy them! It was very accommodating and very clean! The convenience of a restaurant on site was great. The infinity pool was awesome. I would definitely consider staying there again.

I really loved the location of Michael’s condo. The condo has incredible views of the beautiful secluded beach. My family really enjoyed the food and service from the restaurant. The condo is spacious and we were very comfortable. We would definitely come back and recommend condo to family and friends

This was a wonderful experience The view and sunsets were awesome the ocean, the pool and hot tub were the right temperature. This is the nicest Condo we ever stayed in. The hosts do a lot to make your stay Very pleasant. We could not have asked for anything more. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the shower was Unbelievable we took a lot of showers each day. The location is great. Close to everything! The restaurant was very reasonably priced. I would tell any of my friends to stay here if they are traveling to Puerto Vallarta. We definitely will come again on future vacations,

A fantastic place in PV with great views and all the amenities you need to make yourself comfortable. The beach is nice with perfect waves and quiet. The restaurant had terrific food and great prices. Can't beat this place for your next vacation.

Greatest location in Vallarta!

The apartment is very spacious. Everything is in very good condition. Michael was attentive the whole time. The condo is very nice and the beach is quiet and has a spectacular sea. The place is ideal for families, the pool is on the beach, it is very comfortable and there is a palapa where they make you eat at reasonable prices. The condominium is quite exclusive. If you want to have a relaxing beach vacation, I highly recommend it!

Amazing place !! Loved every second of it !! 3 beautiful decks which we saw Dolphins swimming and jumping in the waves !! Amazing.. we rented a car so we could come and go as we please .. you have to eat at Le Kliff on the way to Boca !! Beautiful restaurant on the ocean!!! LOVE LOVE LOVED THE PLACE !! Definitely going back .

The apartment is amazing, super spacious. The facilities of Los Palmares are very well maintained and the beach is spectacular. At the La Palapa restaurant the food is very good and affordable. Michael is very attentive and always available for whatever you need. If you're going on a rest plan, this place is ideal.
