From booking through the end of our stay, Terri and her team were exceptional. Super responsive, provided fantastic support and helpful recommendations on what to do while in Cabo. The place itself is as good as advertised, set in a private community with a sensational view of downtown Cabo and the ocean.

I loved my stay for my Bachelorette party! The location was beautiful and very safe. The views from the place are unbeatable, the photos don’t do it justice. Please note that the Pedregal area is very rocky and hilly so if you’re planning to walk to town, wear comfortable shoes. Ubers can be used which is very helpful, sometimes you do have to call the gate to allow them in. We loved the welcome amenities, such a great touch!! Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay with a group or a big family! The view from the pool was one of the best views I’ve ever seen. The host has a great team that helped us coordinate rides, activities, any issues we had, etc. The house itself is in a gated community on the hillside, so if you are walking it’s great exercise! 10/10 would recommend.

Terri was nothing short of amazing and one of the most attentive hosts I’ve ever stayed with. From massages & quesadillas upon arrival to bringing us shampoo and conditioner when we really needed it, it was the extra touches that made the visit extraordinary. They also had fantastic suggestions for activities and set us up with drivers that were always on time. The house is not a far walk to the Pedregal beach as well! Highly recommend and will definitely come back to stay.

This place is even more beautiful than it looks and the hosts are amazing and accommodating. A short walk to town or the marina or the beach, it's the perfect location! We never wanted to leave the pool...so I guess we'll just have to come back.

This home was perfect for my bachelorette! We had 7 girls and every bedroom has a bathroom. The location was ideal for walking down to the marina. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and the pool has the best view. I would definitely recommend this home!

Casa Bahia was amazing. My girlfriends and I stayed there for my bachelorette weekend and we loved every single thing. It’s only a 10 minutes drive to downtown and such a safe area. What we loved the most about the house where the amazing views while we were enjoying a nice dip in the pool. I would definitely go back!!

Casa Bahia was amazing! Myself and 6 of my friends stayed here for our college friends reunion and we had the most amazing time. We were greeted with an amazing welcome and our stay at the villa was all around a great experience. It was so nice to have the pool to lounge by during the day and watch the sunset over the amazing view. The villa is just a short 5 minute or less ride to town which made it very convenient. I come to Cabo very often and my friends who have never been were with me so I wanted to show them a great time. Everyone couldn’t stop raving about this great place we were staying at. Will definitely be staying here again and recommending it to others.

Was overly impressed by this casa! Loved the unique layout! The pool was perfect for kids with that little platform for the less confident swimmers. The kitchen was fully stocked which made cooking so much easier. People warned about the walk to town but it wasn’t as bad as we expected, steep but still doable. I hope we get to return to this little paradise again one day!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The views and our villa was a 10/10. We had a group of 8 for a bachelorette weekend, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our rental. The communication between Terri and Andrea months and weeks before our trip was very helpful and smooth. The day of travelling could have been really stressful if it wasn't for their help in organizing drivers to and from the airport. Our group was welcomed with complimentary margaritas, quesadillas, chips, pico and guac! On top of that, everyone got a 15 min complimentary massage upon arrival and it was absolutely needed after a whole day of travelling. The location is really close to downtown and the marina. My group walked back to our airbnb every night that we were there, it was at most a 10-15 min walk. We never felt unsafe while we were staying there! The views from our balcony and pool is honestly a whole nother level. It was absolutely magical to wake up to see the sunrise from our balcony every morning. Such a stunning view of Cabo and the ocean, and honestly made the trip that much better. The only downside we had was that when we ordered ubers to be picked up, we had a few cancellations. I'm not sure if it's because they didn't want to bother going through the security gates to enter the Pedregal (the neighborhood the villa is located in). But it always took us a couple tries to have someone pick us up at our villa. We had a group of 8, so we needed at least 2 ubers to get around. The drivers that Andrea coordinated for us for our airport drop off was on time, and super flexible with our pickup/drop off time. Some members of our group had their flight changed spontaneously, so we had to communicate with them about that and they were always so flexible with the changes! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Incredible experience, absolutely recommend

Very big spacious home. The view, especially the sunset is incredible, some of the best sunsets we've ever seen! The pool and hot tub and terrace area are perfect for a big group to hang out and have a good time and relax. The beach is just a 10 min walk away and it's beautiful (just know you can't swim in it because of rip currents and such, but a very nice place to hang out if you don't mind a bit of a walk up the hill back to the house) A couple recommendations if you stay here: 1. It's big and spacious but there are lots of sharp edges, so if you have little kids just be cautious, we had a little 1 year old baby who did great just had to keep a close eye on her as she crawled / walked around. 2. Uber and Uber Eats works very well. Don't worry about getting too many groceries, you can get uber eats to deliver almost anything within an hour for $1-3 USD, if we went back again, we'd have just bought some snacks and breakfast foods at Costco and then ordered more food, so many good restaurants to choose from! When you use Uber, just be sure to call ahead to the security gate to let them know they are coming and it makes the process much smoother. Uber was almost always less than $5 USD to most any place downtown and even only $10 to some beaches a bit further away. Overall a great place, in a wonderful, safe neighborhood, would definitely recommend it.

I can't say enough about the views from the pool. We spent the majority of our time on the patio next to the pool enjoying the great weather and views. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which made it great when we wanted privacy. I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time at casa Bahia, which had an amazing view. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Very close to town and the marina. We felt very safe in the gated and beautiful community. Communication was amazing with the host and the accommodations they provided made for an extremely easy and care free vacation.

This place was awesome! I celebrated my 30th birthday at this villa. It’s very clean, and close to downtown. Transportation is readily available. I would definitely stay there again.

The house is located in the best view! The photos are not compared to reality, Casa Ladrillo was much better than we expected. Terri did us the favor of coordinating round transportation to the airport and they were quick to fix a problem with the one-bedroom air conditioning and outdoor speakers.

The property was incredible. Photos do not do justice. It’s way bigger than the pictures show. Has many views of the beach all over the Pedregal subdivision. Sunsets were just beyond belief. My family and I just wanted to spend a quiet and relaxing time and that’s exactly what we got. All entrances had security, special entrance made us feel really safe. Plus everything was so close! So doing groceries, getting anything was 5 minutes away. All big names for clubs, restaurants, the shore, ALL is 5 minutes away but far away that you really don’t get bothered by them if you want to just listen to the waves. An awesome plus from those of us who come from outside the country, it had really fast internet and helped keep everyone connected. The pool and the view was just breathtaking. Not exaggerating it reminded us of a version of Santorini with all the houses on a hill. Gorgeous. The property manager and concierge made our trip smooth, since they arrange a covid test to be done at the property so we didn’t have to worry about looking for available appointments. Andrea also gave us so many restaurant recommendations that made our planning stress free. They also offered a pre-stocking fee and activities if desired. Unfortunately we didn’t know that ahead of time and had reserved it on our own. But will take advantage for next time :) Between Terri and Andrea, they provided me with all the info to get there and ensure my family and I had a wonderful time. And we did! I really loved it and hope to come back very soon. Highly recommend!

Had the best time at Sol y Luna! Location was prime and the communication with Terri and Andrea was A+. The welcome drinks and snacks were a nice touch as well as the private chef add-on! The house layout was perfect for our group.

Casa Bahia was the absolute ideal location for our small bachelorette party! The views are stunning, the pool/patio are ideal for laying out all day, and the location — walking distance to downtown — is hard to beat. Would absolutely recommend this house to anyone visiting Cabo!

The home is beautiful and provides a great view! I particularly enjoyed the pool and patio. One aspect not mentioned in the listing is elevation. The walk back from downtown is quite steep, I would recommend a car or Uber, otherwise you better be ready for a workout!

We LOVED our stay at Sol y Luna. The house is gorgeous, view is amazing, pool is lovely and it just an overall great feel. Such awesome communication from Terri prior to and during the stay. The complimentary welcome margaritas and chips & salsa made us feel loved from the start! I would highly recommend having Terri set up your transport to and from the airport for ease and stress-relief. They can also get your COVID tests sorted if that’s something you need. Overall this trip was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate my best friend and I’m so happy we found it.

Casa Sol y Luna was a beautiful, spacious, and elegant villa to stay in. Our group of 6 enjoyed it a lot and had no complaints. Terri and Andrea (concierge) were communicative and took care of us, from scheduling our covid tests to suggesting options for restaurants and nightlife. The location is great as well, a 10 min taxi ride or 30 min walk downhill to downtown/marina. Pedregal felt very safe with security guards checking each car entering and leaving the gate entrance. One tip: get a copy of the map of Pedregal with the property location marked on it in advance. The exact location is not listed in Google maps and it can be confusing to find it the first time or direct ubers to get to the villa (we would tell them to go to the 'Pedregal Real Estate' pin location near the villa).

This house is as good as it gets. There were 9 of us in total who simply wanted a long weekend getaway to beautiful Cabo. Staying here made it the perfect trip. Not only was it close enough to walk to the beach, but it was also close enough to walk downtown. The Pedregal community has VERY steep hills, so we only walked a couple times but it wasn't too bad at all. The house itself is just as the pictures indicate. There is a very nice and open living room alongside the kitchen and it all opens up to a wonderful outdoor space. The pool and hot tub is fantastic and the BBQ alongside made for some great meals. The communication leading up to this trip was exceptional as well with both Terri and our concierge, Andrea. We were in touch often and settled on doing the chef services a couple nights. It was a great touch and one I would highly recommend. Overall, this was a fantastic trip in large part due to this house.

Sol Y Luna is a beautiful house in a perfect location. It was great for our group of ten women, the neighborhood was beautiful and safe, and very close to downtown. Terri, Andrea, and Francisco were so incredibly helpful from helping plan welcome amenities and booking reservations, to helping us with keys and having a taxi come whenever we needed it. I highly recommend staying at Sol Y Luna for the views, location, amenities, and the chef! Great value through and through.

This is an amazing location managed by even more amazing people. My contact Andrea was so responsive and really took the time to make sure my group was taken care of. Everything from the food to the transportation was great! We only had one minor issue where a pull out bed was broken before we arrived but the team was very responsive and attentive to everything. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

This house was amazing. We were in town for a family wedding. It was the perfect place to stay for our family of 8. The house is beautiful! Highly recommend Casa Cascades.

We went to Cabo for our 20th anniversary and wanted a place where we could all stay. Casa Cathleen fit the bill. A very short walk to town or marina (many steps tho, be careful for the elderly). Close security gate kept things secure, but that short walk becomes a bit longer after 6pm because you have to go around to the main gate. Not too much of an inconvenience tho. It was perfect for our active group. Amenities were perfect - beds, sheets, towels, shampoos, wi-fi (handled plenty of traffic), bluetooth soundbar (loud enough to jam, not loud enough to get us in trouble), housekeeping, shuttles, Netflix, A/C, etc. Our concierge Andrea was awesome - helped us set up dinners, fishing, massages, in-house chefs, boating, transport, pizzas, anything - an absolute gem!!! To be completely honest, there were only 3 subpar things about the stay: 1) we wish the gate close to us would have a code or something to get us through. It closes at 6pm and makes us go the long way around. :( 2) the photos and "7br" caused an assumption on my part, but we thought both casitas had two rooms, but one casita is an open L-shaped floor that has two beds overlooking the kitchen - no walls at all. Would be been perfect for a family, not-so-perfect for two couples. ;) 3) the pool temp was cold the entire trip. Not controlled by the guest, but by the property manager via an app on his phone. So we had to text hime daily, many times. He seemed to be hung up on saving propane and frequently unresponsive. We did get in and brave the cold pool, but for this price point and the weather in Cabo, I think this was unacceptable (not enough for me to give less than 5 stars tho). We had an EPIC time ... yachting (snorkeling, jumping whales, flying mantas, dolphins, turtles), most beautiful dinner in the world at Sunset de Mona Lisa, Marlin and Dorado fishing, New Years Eve with Sammy and Toby Keith at Cabo Wabo, Massages, amazing meals and above all, a great time with our family and friends ... and Casa Cathleen was home base!

My friends and I had such an amazing time in Casa Ladrillo. Communication with Terri was super easy. She helped arrange round trip transportation from the airport. Andrea, the concierge, was amazing too. When we arrived we were greeted with complimentary quesadillas and margaritas and massages. The speakers connected to the outside of the house also. We found ourselves hanging out in the pool a lot. Loved everything about the house. Downtown is actually really close and easy to get to via taxi or Uber. Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay there again!

2019 marked the year of my 30th birthday, my fathers 60th and my brothers 21st. We wanted to mark this year with a vacation we could celebrate with the whole family, Terri’s property was the perfect place to do this. The sights from the balcony are amazing and very spacious bedrooms make it easy for traveling in large groups like me and my family. The property itself is a short walk away from the beach which was the perfect way to start each day in this magical part of Mexico. Andrea the concierge was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting the most out of the trip. She had arranged complementary massages as well as chips, guacamole, salsa and margaritas upon our arrival making our group feel more then welcome. A 5 star destination I would recommend to anyone and would certainly visit again.

Terri was a great host. She was available and helpful throughout the planning process, and our concierge Andrea was wonderful as well. The staff for the add-on amenities that we included (chef, spa services) were above and beyond as well. We felt safe in the gated community and loved being just a few minutes walk down to the beach. Truly a fantastic trip.

Phenomenal view overloaking the marina into the aqua blue waters! Convenient place that is approximately 2 blocks to the down town center where all the action takes place. Only factor to take into account for is there are many stairs. It was difficult to find at first but once you get familiar with the area it's not bad. Would happily return here again for a get together!

AMAZING! This home is BEAUTIFUL! From the pool to the floor to ceiling windows. The space is open and airy and just gorgeous. Spent 4 glorious days with my girlfriends to celebrate my upcoming wedding. There was more than enough room for everyone. My host for the weekend made sure that nothing was overlooked. From the welcome massages to the private chef. It was all glorious. The pictures do not do the place justice. It's absolutely beautiful.

We loved our stay at Casa Bahia, perfect for our family of 7. The location was outstanding: Great view, short (10-min) walk into town, and we felt like locals being tucked away on the hill. Terri and her team were wonderful hosts and responsive to our needs; we had no issues during our visit. The house is a little timeworn but very clean, air-conditioned, and adequately stocked with supplies. The pool, while small, was sparkling and more than adequate for daily dips and kid play. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Casa Ladrillo was thoroughly enjoyed by my friends and I. Clean, Comfy and Chill. As for location we tried the walk day 1, but the uber is the way to go. They were shockingly cheap, like 2 dollars sometimes?!? Would stay again. :)

Beautiful, stylish home with an amazing view of the bay.

Our group of twelve stayed in Casa Ladrillo for five days and our Airbnb experience went beyond our expectations. The home was beautiful, sun lit and very clean. The bathrooms and closets were very spacious. It was a fully equipped house, from plenty of extra towels and blankets to kitchenware. The sound system was also amazing, and hooked up to speakers inside and outside the house. There was a very nice outdoor seating area where we could gather and though the pool was small but fit all of us comfortably and was perfect for relaxed mornings. I would recommend going with a Spanish speaker in general - at casa Ladrillo it is very easy to get Ubers into the center, but you do need to call the security guards to let them know the name of your Uber driver. That said, we were grateful for the tight security and felt very safe. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Casa Ladrillo!

Casa Bahia has an amazing location in Pedregal. You have a great view of the landscape and are a 15 minute walk to the heart of town. You can also walk back, but you may want to consider a cab as the house is on a pretty large hill. We had a great time at Casa Bahia and in Cabo San Lucas. It made for a great getaway.

Our group had a great stay at Casa Bahia. The house was spacious and comfortable and fit our needs. The pool area was a little smaller than we expected but we enjoyed the outdoor space and grill. We found the walk down to the marina to be reasonable.

Amazing location in an upscale community with a great view off the back balcony and pool area. Very walkable if you don’t mind a hill. We walked to the marina, downtown, and beach every day. Victor took care of us and made sure our needs were met from booking various activities to getting groceries.
