Very peaceful, the views are amazing

We spent a family weekend at the Malinalco accommodation, and we all agreed that it's a very nice place for a getaway out of the city. Getting to the accommodation is a bit tricky. I recommend planning your food purchases well before arriving, since the nearest local stores are 20 minutes from the house and the road is a dirt road. The facilities are sufficient and in good condition. The bathrooms are very clean and impeccable. There is always paper, and they provide you with clean towels, shampoo, and body wash. The pool is amazing, large and always kept very clean. Mr. Martín and Leslie were always attentive to what we needed. They offer you the option of cleaning and cooking for an extra charge. I recommend it 100% if you want to be relaxed and not have to worry about getting up and cleaning. In conclusion, it's a 11/10 ✨

The house is very nice, just as shown in the photos. However, I think they could improve in terms of cleanliness, maintenance and fumigation, since there are usually many animals and insects in the rooms, such as large spiders, cockroaches, silverfish, etc. I did not like that they limited the household supplies (toilet paper, napkins). We had to go to the center, which is somewhat far away, to buy salt, paper, napkins. I was there for 4 days and, obviously, the pool got dirty in the end and they never helped me to clean it. I feel that they could improve in that. There are a lot of cobwebs that are visible and have been there for a while. The main screen is only half working. The refrigerator does not cool. The oven does not heat, or rather, both do when they want. The cost is not cheap and I think that for the price, it's the least one could ask for.

The house is beautiful, and the staff that welcomes you is very friendly. Everything was excellent. Definitely a highly recommended place to spend days relaxing.

Very nice place, quiet, very good service

The stay in general was good. The pool is heated, the common areas (living room, dining room, pool) are very nice, and the rooms are very hot (I wish they would install AC). Getting to the house is a bit complicated, but the view is spectacular.

A place with an excellent view, but since the house has a mirrored wall, it affects privacy a bit. The attention from Martin and Leslie is excellent.

The house is as shown in the photos or even better, spacious, clean and with beautiful views. The pool and jacuzzi were always functional, the kitchen had everything you need for cooking, and the host and his staff were super attentive with everything we needed throughout our stay. I definitely highly recommend this place! The only thing we struggled with a bit was finding the place, but they were very responsive and came to help us.

The house is very nice and the facilities are good quality. The view of the valley is the best part of the house. The host is very friendly and accommodating. The only thing is that it's difficult to get there, and you absolutely have to take a pickup truck or you won't get up to the valley, since the road leading there is not paved. I loved the service and attention from the cleaning person and the butler. The house does not have air conditioning, only fans, so I suggest caution in the summer or hot season.

It's a beautiful place. It has very nice views, and the house is very nice and comfortable. We didn't need anything, and if we did, they helped us and solved it instantly. I would definitely go back.

The house is very nice, more so than what you can see in the pictures, and everything was very clean. Communication with José Antonio and the people who help him was simple and clear. It's a bit of a remote place, but it's perfect for resting and disconnecting. My friends and I had a great time. We hope to return someday!

Great place, with beautiful views and good service from the staff. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway with friends and family. The only "but" I would add is that the house does not have air conditioning and at least the rooms are quite hot at night despite having fans. Apart from that, everything was excellent. Excellent house

The place is beautiful if you want to get away from everything. The photos don't do justice to how beautiful it is. A recommendation would be to put up signs or something on the way, since it is difficult to get there and almost all my guests got lost. Also, the pool floor is somewhat slippery.

The place is located a little outside of Malinalco. Follow the check-in instructions and review them in advance because the area has poor reception, and you may not be able to watch the video they send when you are on your way. The house is large and has enough space for at least 4 families. It has all amenities. In addition, they offer you cleaning service for a fee so that you can focus on resting in this wonderful place. I recommend it. It has a small tub with hot water, which is essential for the area. The garden is well maintained, and the staff who take care of the place are always attentive to your needs. I recommend bringing everything before arriving, since there are no supermarkets or stores near the house. Excellent place!

José Antonio is an excellent host. The house is located between the mountains and is simply spectacular; both the property and the view make the experience feel magical. That said, getting there can be a bit tricky, so I recommend doing it during the day, as it's easy to get lost at night and the signal isn't very good. It's definitely an ideal place to celebrate a birthday or a special occasion with family or friends. The staff were very friendly, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the food was also very good. Overall, I give it 5 stars. Highly recommended.

My only recommendation would be to update the video with the check-in instructions for the house. Antonio was attentive the whole time ;)

Incredible place for our weekend family gathering. Mari and Armando were real surprises for us, they added a special touch that we've never before had at an AirB&B. The place was very clean. Our only mistake is that we did not stay longer. Highly recommend this place.

We loved this place, when we arrived I noticed that it is even better and bigger than what you see in the photos. The place is very spacious, super cozy and well laid out. It perfectly fits 5 cars, and the kitchen is very well equipped with clean and well-maintained utensils. We enjoyed the pool like never before, it was very well heated as was the Jacuzzi. We will definitely be back.

We loved the house, we went as a family and we all had a great time Mr. Armando and Mrs. Mary are very friendly and help with the cleaning and turning on the Jacuzzi and the pool, everything was very clean. The kitchen has absolutely everything, we didn't lack anything and the grill works perfectly The Ping Pong table was a Hit José Antonio and Mr. Armando were very helpful with some things we forgot in the house, they kept them for us and we returned for them days later, we thank them very much for their honesty and help The only suggestion would be that the TV in the living room is not user-friendly, we could never put our Netflix account, or any other platform, to watch a movie and the trampoline was not available

José Antonio welcomed us for a photo shoot; the house is very nice and quiet, 1000% enjoyable despite going for work. Communication was very good from the first message, and with the support of Mr. Martín and Ara, who are divine people. Definitely a place we'd like to return to soon and not just to work.

The house is beautiful, with amazing views. We had a super fun family weekend. José Antonio was super kind with the requests I made, I really appreciate it. The last 700m to get to the property are quite complicated dirt roads, especially at night or in the rain, take this into account. There are 3 houses with a garden and a private pool each and a common area with games, a fire pit, etc. The houses are separated by a small fence, we had some noise in the morning with the neighbors who had a party / event. I am very grateful to José Antonio for all his attention and to the staff who work at the house.

It is impossible to capture in a photograph the grandeur of the view; it leaves you breathless. It is a visual spectacle that changes with the sun and fog, and connects you with nature in a magical way. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which perfectly complements the beauty of the place. It was a great experience. I would definitely come back without hesitation!

The house is beautiful, well kept, clean, spacious.. the kitchen is very well equipped with all you need to cook for large groups. We really enjoyed our time there. We loved the pool and jacuzzi temperature, it was always warm (we paid the extra fee to heat it up and it was so worth it). Antonio was very responsive. It is a bit uncomfortable having people coming over but understandable for the pool maintenance. My only “complaint” is that you should leave the kitchen clean and do all the dishes before you leave. There is no dishwasher and we are paying a cleaning fee.. so it didn’t make sense to me, but apparently that is the rule unless you are paying for Maria’s cleaning service. We would love to be back :)

The house is a great place to enjoy a few days of rest and relaxation as a family. The entrance is a bit rustic, so you have to take that into account for the cars, but other than that everything is as described and shown! It's well worth it

The house is beautiful and super functional! We had an amazing time! It's complicated to get there. The instructions they send are very useful, but since it's a dirt road, if it rains it gets muddy. You have to arrive by van or a car that's not so low (especially in rain). Ideal to bring everything you need and not go out!

The house is as described. We only had the patio lamp that was melted and at night there was no light over the pool area. It's the only issue we had. Everything else was perfect, the stay and the communication.
