Incredible stay! The house was super clean, cozy, and incredibly spacious for our family of eight. There are multiple levels and so many beautiful outdoor decks and balconies, and having a private bathroom with every bedroom was fantastic for a large group. The location was perfect: close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, while still feeling private and safe with little kids. Eric arranged golf carts for us, which is definitely the best way to get around Sayulita. Most importantly, Eric was an exceptional host: incredibly attentive and responsive. During an evening storm, common in the region in late summer, he showed up in the pouring rain just to make sure we were okay. That says it all. One note: the house is multi-level with quite a few stairs, so everyone in your group should be comfortable navigating them. Easy arrival and departure, relaxed from start to finish, and we would absolutely stay here again!

The place is just as seen in the photos, plus the wonderful views from its balconies. All the equipment in the house is first rate and sufficient for what is required. Just keep in mind that due to its design and location, it is difficult for adults or people with mobility issues.

This was the most amazing AirBNB I’ve ever booked. As a super host myself, I found myself taking notes on what this house had that I should add to my properties. Super secluded, yet close to town, don’t pass this house up when looking to book.

Eric is the best host second to none. If you have a big family visiting Sayulita this is your place! Look no further. The only caution you might have is with elderly companions. unless you rent a golf cart it can take 10 minutes to walk downtown. Eric's home gets an A+++

Eric was able to accommodate my whole huge family there was 12 adults and 8 children. Plenty of room for all us to stay and feel comfortable. The house is fully equipped with so many amenities. All of the rooms are big and spacious.The kids loved the pool and balconies! We loved the views and tranquility. In my opinion the beach in Sayulita is much more beautiful and food is better than the more popular beach in Guayabitos- and it’s a quick 8 min walk or like us we rented a gold kart and Eric let’s you park it inside the house garage! There is so many great bars and restaurants in the vicinity of the house to explore. Eric is an amazing host. Don’t miss out and book this house/stay !!!

Staying here was an absolute dream. Eric is the best host we have ever had. We loved our stay here and were so sad when it was over. It had everything we needed and more. Close to town and beach areas but just far enough away to be a private getway for peace and quiet. We had all the kitchen essentials to make whatever we wanted, multiple pools to lounge by and one just for us on the rooftop. Great seating areas throughout. All the beds were so comfortable and the rooms were awesome. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our visit to Sayulita! Eric was a great host. The house was clean and spacious. Perfect distance for a golf cart ride into town. The house is up a hill and quite a few steps, but it helped us work off all the good food we ate!

Our family of 8 spent the holidays in Sayulita. It was a fabulous stay, beautiful home, plenty of space for us all and close to all the great restaurants and beaches. Eric was a top notch host and very responsive to all our needs. We’re a dog family so having his pup for overnights was an added bonus. Very nice family.

The house is super elegant, beautiful and very comfortable. It has everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. The beds are super comfortable, the water in the pool is warm, the house is very large, the area is super quiet, and the communication with Eric is spectacular. I give it a score of 100/100 ⭐️ I would definitely come back whenever I can go, you have an amazing view of the beach, our whole family loved it.

Eric’s place was great for our group. Lots of space for everyone to enjoy time together and to have some quiet time. It is basically in the jungle so a few bugs may find you and it’s a bit of a walk uphill to get back from town but if you can handle that I would highly recommend!! Beautiful linens, comfortable beds, kitchen with the basics, views of the ocean. We even had his house keeper cook us a delicious dinner. Eric was highly responsive and gave great food and activity recommendations. Bring comfortable shoes to walk on the cobblestone streets.

We stayed at Eric's place as a big group of friends and I can't imagine a better villa for our event. It's very fresh and we'll designed with a lot of amenities. Eric is a great host, who was always responsive and helped us a lot in vary questions.

It's really worth it! We loved the place and Eric is an excellent host, you have very nice views in several areas of the house, the bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is super functional!!! We really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be back!

The place is totally worth it, the house is beautiful and has very good views. They deliver it to you impeccable and they have everything, the service they provide is very good and they are very attentive to what you need, excellent.

It's a beautiful house. We had some problems, such as the pool on the upstairs terrace had no light and for the night it was needed, but they were already working on it. A bathroom door also fell because it came off the cement. Fortunately, it didn't get any bigger, it was just a scare. We lost power the first night due to a strong storm, but that was all over Sayulita and Erik brought us many candles and very functional lamps. Very kind Erik, great host! We had a very pleasant vacation! If we would stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect for a Family Getaway! If you're looking for a place to stay, stop searching—this is it! Eric’s place is spacious, beautiful, and perfect for a big family. It’s located just a 10-minute walk from the beach and nearby stores, making it super convenient without being in the middle of the noise. We were traveling with my mom and aunt, so we rented a golf cart directly from Eric—best decision ever. It made getting around easy and fun! Eric and his team provided outstanding service—seriously, 10/10. He was always available and quick to resolve anything that came up. The home itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and everything you could need for a comfortable stay. My entire family loved it, and we felt right at home. Don’t overthink it—book this place! You won’t regret it.
