Incredible stay! The house was super clean, cozy, and incredibly spacious for our family of eight. There are multiple levels and so many beautiful outdoor decks and balconies, and having a private bathroom with every bedroom was fantastic for a large group. The location was perfect: close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, while still feeling private and safe with little kids. Eric arranged golf carts for us, which is definitely the best way to get around Sayulita. Most importantly, Eric was an exceptional host: incredibly attentive and responsive. During an evening storm, common in the region in late summer, he showed up in the pouring rain just to make sure we were okay. That says it all. One note: the house is multi-level with quite a few stairs, so everyone in your group should be comfortable navigating them. Easy arrival and departure, relaxed from start to finish, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was great. The house was amazing. Eric is super attentive. Close to the village and beach (14 minutes). For large groups like ours, it's a big house with four bedrooms, each with a bathroom, and another small apartment down five steps with its own kitchen and two bedrooms. There are two pools that can be accessed, and they are heated. Everything was amazing. Thank you, Eric.

The place is just as seen in the photos, plus the wonderful views from its balconies. All the equipment in the house is first rate and sufficient for what is required. Just keep in mind that due to its design and location, it is difficult for adults or people with mobility issues.

Great house and great views. Pool was nice and house had everything you need. Only downside is having to walk up and down the very steep hill every time you leave the house.

Isis and Eric were very helpful! The place is Georgeous so much space and 5-10 minute walking distance to everything..! They also did let me do early check in since they had nobody there the night before which I highly appreciate. We love the place so colorful and space. Thank you for your hospitality!

This was the most amazing AirBNB I’ve ever booked. As a super host myself, I found myself taking notes on what this house had that I should add to my properties. Super secluded, yet close to town, don’t pass this house up when looking to book.

We had a really great stay. The ocean view was lovely. Isis was welcoming and kind. Note to westerners traveling: this is more a village than a town. It’s different. Adjust. Water pressure isn’t great, be creative. I washed my hair outside with the hose. No big deal, the birds sang to me, it was a vibe. We traveled during humid season (85% humidity), there’s room units not central air. Be realistic, it’s just moist anywhere you go. The air in one bedroom had issues but it was handled quickly. No big deal. The house sits up a pretty big hill. Get your steps in, it’s worth the climb. Our group ages were from 15-78 and everyone did fine. The pool was clean and refreshing. All in all the home was safe, quiet, comfortable, private and our party of 10 had plenty of space to gather together or separate. I almost don’t want to speak too well of this space because then the secret is out and it may be unavailable to rent again when we return 🤣 but honestly it was practically perfect.

Eric is the best host second to none. If you have a big family visiting Sayulita this is your place! Look no further. The only caution you might have is with elderly companions. unless you rent a golf cart it can take 10 minutes to walk downtown. Eric's home gets an A+++

Everything was perfect. The only thing I would recommend is renting golf carts to get around, as the climbs are very steep. Apart from that, we would definitely rent Casa Tecolote again.

Eric was able to accommodate my whole huge family there was 12 adults and 8 children. Plenty of room for all us to stay and feel comfortable. The house is fully equipped with so many amenities. All of the rooms are big and spacious.The kids loved the pool and balconies! We loved the views and tranquility. In my opinion the beach in Sayulita is much more beautiful and food is better than the more popular beach in Guayabitos- and it’s a quick 8 min walk or like us we rented a gold kart and Eric let’s you park it inside the house garage! There is so many great bars and restaurants in the vicinity of the house to explore. Eric is an amazing host. Don’t miss out and book this house/stay !!!

Super cozy, beautiful views! Felt at home!

I really enjoyed the accommodation. The place is very nice, and the location is great too. The hosts were very friendly. The only thing was that, from the moment we arrived, the cleaning ladies complained that they already wanted to leave, and they had to check us in. Later, when we were leaving (we left the dishes clean and tidied up as much as possible), they were complaining that, according to them, there was a mess and so on, but everything else was excellent. I highly recommend the place!

Staying here was an absolute dream. Eric is the best host we have ever had. We loved our stay here and were so sad when it was over. It had everything we needed and more. Close to town and beach areas but just far enough away to be a private getway for peace and quiet. We had all the kitchen essentials to make whatever we wanted, multiple pools to lounge by and one just for us on the rooftop. Great seating areas throughout. All the beds were so comfortable and the rooms were awesome. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our visit to Sayulita! Eric was a great host. The house was clean and spacious. Perfect distance for a golf cart ride into town. The house is up a hill and quite a few steps, but it helped us work off all the good food we ate!

Our family of 8 spent the holidays in Sayulita. It was a fabulous stay, beautiful home, plenty of space for us all and close to all the great restaurants and beaches. Eric was a top notch host and very responsive to all our needs. We’re a dog family so having his pup for overnights was an added bonus. Very nice family.

Sayulita is a great beach town, everything very walkable. Great restaurant choices all over the place. Beach about 1/4 mile away from condo and lots of fun!

The house is super elegant, beautiful and very comfortable. It has everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. The beds are super comfortable, the water in the pool is warm, the house is very large, the area is super quiet, and the communication with Eric is spectacular. I give it a score of 100/100 ⭐️ I would definitely come back whenever I can go, you have an amazing view of the beach, our whole family loved it.

Eric’s place was great for our group. Lots of space for everyone to enjoy time together and to have some quiet time. It is basically in the jungle so a few bugs may find you and it’s a bit of a walk uphill to get back from town but if you can handle that I would highly recommend!! Beautiful linens, comfortable beds, kitchen with the basics, views of the ocean. We even had his house keeper cook us a delicious dinner. Eric was highly responsive and gave great food and activity recommendations. Bring comfortable shoes to walk on the cobblestone streets.

We stayed at Eric's place as a big group of friends and I can't imagine a better villa for our event. It's very fresh and we'll designed with a lot of amenities. Eric is a great host, who was always responsive and helped us a lot in vary questions.

We loved our stay, walkable to town, private rooms, great views upstairs. Some of the reviews worried me after booking but we had no problems and had an enjoyable time. I recommend renting an atv to get around town easier and take it to another beach. The host was wonderful and the AC was top tier. I will recommend this place to future guests!!

It's a beautiful house. We had some problems, such as the pool on the upstairs terrace had no light and for the night it was needed, but they were already working on it. A bathroom door also fell because it came off the cement. Fortunately, it didn't get any bigger, it was just a scare. We lost power the first night due to a strong storm, but that was all over Sayulita and Erik brought us many candles and very functional lamps. Very kind Erik, great host! We had a very pleasant vacation! If we would stay here again.

It’s located just a 10-minute walk from the beach and nearby stores, making it super convenient without being in the middle of the noise. We were traveling with my mom and aunt, so we rented a golf cart directly from Eric—best decision ever. It made getting around easy and fun! Eric and his team provided outstanding service—seriously, 10/10. He was always available and quick to resolve anything that came up. The home itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and everything you could need for a comfortable stay. My entire family loved it, and we felt right at home. Don’t overthink it—book this place! You won’t regret it.

We loved our stay at Casa Malva. The place is really well located. Everything is within walking distance (beach, restaurant, shop) and we are far enough away not to hear the noise of the bars. The apartment is spacious for a family and very clean. Communication with Eric and Isis is easy and fast.

Without a doubt, the house is better than what you see in the photos, more equipped, it does have a TV even if it doesn't say so in the description, the issues that came up during the stay were taken care of immediately, only the climb to get to the house is a bit dangerous, other than that, everything was incredible 🙌🏻

The Villa is located in a very good location, close to City center, but far enough to enjoy the quietness. It is located about 5 Min walk to the Beach. It has great view into the Sea. Villa is very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and large enough. There is also a small kitchen on upper floor. The swimming Pool is also great. We had a great stay and recommend this Villa.

Perfect location. Close to everything but right in the heart of action. It was quiet at night, and could easily walk to all Sayulita has to offer. The condo is spacious, clean, private, and has wonderful community space to spend time with friends or family. Eric and his assistant were responsive and a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend.

Location : 5 minutes walk to everything, even my 3 years old was able to walk to all main area (restaurants, beach, etc.). Best area in town to stay. Communication: Isis was available through Whats App and was great help. Pool : amazing pool, on the sun side all afternoon. Appartment : amazing appartment, fully equipped kitchen, AC working great. Cleaning was offered to us at mid-stay, which was a great attention (Gracias Yasmine). We were offered a Pack’n Play, free of charge, for our 5 months for the duration of our stay. Area for improvement : the furniture on the rooftop and terrace did not match the photos, some love is needed there! I would book this place again with no hesitation. Thanks!!
