Everything was great! We enjoyed the pool, the grill and all the amenities. We were very safe with the security guard. We are already planning our return! Thank you Kenneth!

We had a very nice time as a family. Kenneth is a kind, respectful person who is very attentive to your needs. The place has everything you need and more, which helps you not to worry about anything you might need. The place is quiet, far from the noise but also close to everything. From the moment you enter, Kenneth is attentive to making you feel comfortable, to making sure you don't feel lost, and he's always available to answer any questions you may have. His response time is immediate. We're definitely coming back. Thank you for everything!

We had great time. The pool is right out side and it is very useful,the kids can be in the pool and we can watch right from the porch. Thw condo is a bit off city enter but there are many restaurants there and the beach access is right across the street

Beautiful place so conveniently located in walking distance of the beach and Tamarindo up north. Plenty of food and things to do nearby, all of the beaches are incredible, and couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Kenneth was extremely efficient at responding to me when I messaged him. He was friendly and helpful. We stayed at his place for two weeks. He provided us with complimentary cleaning services due to our long stay and a pack and play for our baby (other Airbnbs in Costa Rica charged us for this amenity). Overall, Kenneth was a wonderful host. The only down side is that the head of the HOA was not family friendly but all of the other residents were very welcoming!

Kenneth and Julieth’s place is absolutely beautiful! It exceeded all of our expectations and had everything we needed for our 10-day stay. We were a group of eight, and the house was spacious, comfortable, and never felt crowded. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Every room was comfortable, and the location was perfect—everything we needed was within walking distance. Kenneth and Julieth were, without a doubt, some of the best hosts we’ve ever had. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights was their grocery delivery service before our arrival, which made the start of our vacation so easy and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and would also happily book any other property hosted by Kenneth and Julieth. They truly made our Costa Rica vacation even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic spot in Tamarindo. Easy beach access. Surf right across street with many surfboard rental options. Condo has anything you might need and is comfortable. Resort style heated pool. Kenneth and his team were always available and checked in several times to make sure everything was satisfactory! Highly recommend.

We stayed in this apartment for the second time. Just like the first time, this one was also wonderful! The apartment is amazing. The location is excellent, and you can watch the indescribable sunset over the Pacific Ocean from the balcony! The decor and details are impeccable! Perfect location! +This place had everything we needed! It was so nice to be on the ground level by the pool. We enjoyed having a kitchen and eating on the patio. The place was clean, came with extra beach towels and chairs for us to use, and less than 5 minute walk to the beach. The hosts were so responsive and on top of everything!

A very cozy, clean place with everything you need, and a very nice pool. A suggestion: check-out could be at 11:00 AM.

Kenneth and Julieth’s condo was exactly as described. It was spacious, clean and in a great location right off the pool. Our daughter loved being able to just go right outside to swim. The condo building is also in the perfect location, close to the action, but far enough away we didn’t hear any noise at night. We will definitely pick this condo again for future stays!

If you want a luxury AirBnb experience this is it. The house was beautiful, just as described. The impact exceeded anything the photos could show. The natural surrounding environment was spectacular. The house itself was beautifully laid out with room to spare and comfortable accommodations. The waterline was steps away, sunsets were amazing. We enjoyed the view, sitting by the pool, watching the birds and iguanas, taking in a hot tub and watching the sun go down. The cherry on top was the service. We basically had a staff of three taking care of us. Daily housekeeper and groundskeeper and Julieth who worked very hard to arrange golf carts, tours and transportation. Our laundry was done, all the leaves around the pool were removed daily, coffee was made. We enjoyed the in home chef dinner, bopping around Tamarindo in our golf carts, Diamante Adventure Park, and a private sunset sail. Highly recommended.

Casa Fuente is a beautiful property! The home is beachfront with an easy path down to the beach, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the ocean at any time of day. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. It is within walking distance of the cutest beach town, whether you take the beach path or walk through town along the sidewalks to enjoy the shops and restaurants. The development is private and peaceful. Our 2 families, including 5 teens, had ample space. Kenneth and Julieth made sure every detail was taken care of before we arrived. The golf cart was waiting in the garage, local surf lessons were arranged, and transportation to and from the airport was coordinated seamlessly. The property groundskeeper arrived early each day to prepare the large saltwater pool and hot tub, which we loved, and after we grilled in the evenings, he cleaned and prepared the grill for the next day. The service from everyone was exceptional! We would absolutely love to return to Casa Fuente!

We spent a few excellent days enjoying all the comforts of the house. It is very comfortable and has everything you need for a family vacation. Just as described on the page. And everything matches the photos.

Arrived in Tamarindo and was scrambling to find a new place to stay (different Airbnb cancelled on us last minute), it was a holiday in town too so not many Airbnb’s were accepting last minute reservations. But this gem of a place was kind enough to have the condo ready for us within an hour of booking. It was the perfect stay, close enough to the beach and accommodated our family of 5 perfectly!! Very quick with the response time and checked in on us to ensure our stay was going smoothly. I would highly recommend and I would stay again!

Highly recommended. It is literally in the center of Tamarindo, making it easy to walk to restaurants, some clubs, go to the beach, or just walk around and get to know the place. I found the accommodation to be much better than in the photos, and the photos are really nice.

This place was absolutely magical—truly the perfect setting for my fiancé and my joint bachelor/bachelorette party! Everyone had their own space and felt more than comfortable throughout our stay. The staff treated us with such warmth and care, making us feel like family from the moment we arrived. The views are breathtaking, with the sun setting right in front of the house every night—it never got old. The short walk to the beach was perfect, and the ocean water was the warmest I’ve ever experienced. The entry to the home felt so tranquil with beautiful water features, and our host went above and beyond by helping decorate for our celebration. All the rooms were spotless upon arrival and cleaned daily, and the groundskeeper kept the outdoor areas, including the pool, in pristine condition. Our only complaint was having to leave! We’ll definitely be back—this was a trip we’ll be talking about for years.

This was the perfect stay for two families with lots of space, private bathrooms and the two rooms with two single beds were ideal for the teenage kids. We enjoyed the splash pool and tranquil garden. We hired a golf cart to get to the main beach which worked very well, and it was great to be out of the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area. Perfect find!

We loved our stay here! The property was beautiful, the pool was great. We loved that we had stairs right from our condo to the pool. Big kitchen and beautiful murals painted on several walls. Beds were comfy and bathrooms roomy. Having laundry was so nice. Beach is a close walk along with restaurants, shopping, bars. Kenneth was responsive and took care of anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

I highly recommend this condo. Honestly, it's nicer than what you see in the photos. Wonderful location 1 min from the beach! Coffee/breakfast place within steps and the grocery store too! Place was clean and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the waterfall pool after the day of surfing and fishing. Very nice restaurants within 10 min walk. Location was perfect and host was proactive about sending us plenty of information. We loved our stay in Tamarindo! Kenneth was such a responsive and amazing host who even came to the house himself to help us when we had a minor issue that we fixed within the day thanks to him. The house itself is gorgeous and very modern. The outdoor space is perfect for tanning and the plunge pool is great for staying cool on a hot day. I was curious to see how close the house is to the main town as I had never visited Tamarindo before. The house is in perfect walking distance (~10 min) to the town, which has so many food options and activities! There are also plenty of Ubers in the area for when we didn’t want to walk late at night. Kenneth also helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport, which took away the stress of having to find the house. He is such a gracious host, even when we had inevitable hiccups or logistical issues he took care of it so that we could enjoy our stay. Thank you so so much and I couldn’t recommend him enough!

This charming older beach house had all the comforts we needed for a wonderful stay. The kitchen was well stocked, making it easy to cook meals at home, and the pool and outdoor spaces were fantastic—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. One of our favorite moments was seeing monkeys while we were swimming in the pool! The property feels very private, yet the location is ideal. It’s a short walk to Playa Langosta, which ended up being our favorite beach, and you can also easily walk into town or over to Tamarindo Beach. We highly recommend renting a golf cart—it made getting around easy and added a lot of fun to the trip. The hosts were great—very responsive, helpful, and excellent communicators. They were always available if we needed anything. We would absolutely stay here again.

Loved this place to stay! Came with small children so there were some parts built for a more mature crowd like the staircase, but overall the place looked great and was incredible, hosts were responsive and so helpful. Super easy walk to beach and downtown and the pool and backyard courtyard area was perfect hang spot. Would recommend to anyone simply 10/10!!

Quiet, large oceanfront Unit 202 at Horizontes del Mar; easy 20-minute walk to town, beautifully furnished and decorated, lovely view through the trees to the beach and the surf. Host was very helpful, welcoming and responsive. This Unit was second to the end of the building, world class massage under the trees on the beach in front of the condo for $45 per hour. We rarely heard a peep of noise from inside our unit. And no noise at night. Outside, Playa Langosta is a lovely, sleepy, quiet area. Not a party area where this Unit is. Which we loved. The pool was large and lovely, with a good temperature, and outdoor shower. We walked to Tamarindo in about 20 minutes, for shopping, ATM and restaurants. Definitely a much busier vibe in Tamarindo. This area is great for surfers, not so much for snorkeling. Walks on the beach in both directions from this condo were wonderful. We would definitely love to return. Bike tour with Fish Bike Tours was also outstanding.

Amazing place to stay !

This condo was much larger than i expected, and the location with access to the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants made it a wonderful stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Salita! Our 4 kids loved having the pool, and I loved the shaded area above it to protect them from the sun! Waking up to the sound of the wind in the trees, the birds singing and monkeys howling was one of our favorite parts! It was so peaceful! We loved sitting out on the porch with our coffee every morning! And the beds were all extremely comfortable! One of the things we appreciated the most was how communicative and helpful Julieth and Kenneth were. The services they provided (providing us with a stocked fridge upon arrival and booking excursions for us) were amazing and made our quick stay in Tamarindo an absolute pleasure! When I was having trouble booking us a table for dinner the day of our arrival, Julieth totally took care of it for us! The location is perfect; it felt private while still being so walkable! Beautiful, easy access to the beach as well! Thank you so much for such an amazing time! We fell in love with Costa Rica!

Casa Salita was a great spot for our visit to Tamarindo area. We were a group of 9 including our kids and grandkids. The outside area was the highlight for sure where the kids played in the pool and we had bbq dinners and played games into the evening. On two evenings we had visits from two different types of monkeys in the trees surrounding the yard. The location was great for beach access and walking easily into Tamarindo town for shopping, beach play or dining. My only negative I would say is that the house wasn’t as large as I was expecting comparing to the photos and that because the house is an older tradition home it was a bit more rustic than I had expected. Ultimately it was a very enjoyable stay and we were very comfortable there. Thanks Kenneth for organizing our groceries as well, it was really great to have everything there and ready to go for our first dinner and breakfast the next morning.

Our driver struggled to locate entrance late in evening… an exterior sign would be welcomed. Once inside, the house and interior space are impeccable!!!! The exterior space is a little limited with a small plunge pool and no real space to sun. However the beach is so close it is really not an issue. Area is walkable if preferred… both a store and restaurants within a couple of blocks. Hosts are super attentive!

The condo was easy to locate and access, and the unit itself was very well stocked. We found it incredibly easy to cook meals, and there were plenty of beach amenities available, which we really appreciated. The unit opens directly onto the pool—perfect when traveling with small kids. The pool hours were also ideal, as it stayed quiet in the evenings. The location couldn’t have been the beach is right across the street and there are tons of great restaurants nearby. Be sure to check out Santa Rita Café right by the condo entrance—the banana bread and muffins are incredible, and their breakfasts and coffee are excellent. Kenneth was a fantastic host. We had a very minor issue (unforeseen things happen), and he went completely above and beyond to resolve it quickly. It was such a refreshing customer service experience. This stay was a highlight of our trip, and we’re already hoping to come back and have Kenneth host us again.

Our stay at this beautiful condo was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked and I loved having a washer and dryer. The master bedroom is so open and pretty! It has plenty of room for a pile of surf boards. There were plenty of beach towels, various beach supplies and even coolers. We loved that we were right across from the beach with plenty to do around us. The balcony was wonderful and has private stairs leading directly to the pool. The view is amazing, you can see the pool below and the ocean in the background. Kenneth and Julieth are the sweetest hosts! This was our second time with them as our host, and we were lucky enough to meet them. They truly go above and beyond to make your vacation special. They also booked our excursions. Our favorite being the catamaran. Thanks for making our week Amazing! We can’t wait to come back!

Wow, this place was amazing. Very spacious, relaxing sitting areas both on the patio and the pool area. Location is on the heart of Tamarindo, 3 min walk to the beach, yet quiet enough to think you're away at a private resort. The available beach chairs and towels were a thoughtful touch. Wet made use of the washer and dryer and underground parking. My wife says next time we come, we're staying here for a month!

Daily housekeeping by Haylene was amazing. She even did our laundry and folded everything. They offered cooking breakfasts but we ended up doing our own cooking. The sunsets were gorgeous! They arranged golf carts, excursions, transportation. They ran errands if we needed something. Top notch service! Beautiful home. I just wish that it was easier to get to Tamarindo from the airport…

The place is much nicer than the pictures. More spacious than expected. Extremely clean and well stocked kitchen. Access to the pool was super easy. the pool was certainly the highlight and made travel with our young family with two kids extra enjoyable. there is a shallow area for younger kids and an exciting waterfall for older kids. easy walk to local restaurants and the beach is just across the street. If you want to stay in Tamarindo with a pool, this is the spot. extra cleaning was a worthwhile upgrade.

This home was perfect for our family of six -- two parents in their late fifties with kids including one married couple in their twenties. Four large bedrooms (each with ensuite) separated from each other allowed for comfort and privacy -- plus another half bath! The yard and plunge pool were perfect. Surfboards were included -- used at Playa Langosta which was better for surfing (in our opinion) than the main beach at Tamarindo. This home is in a quieter area (Playa Langosta) than the main town, but 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to Tamarindo. This was perfect for our family and we did not need a golf cart to get around -- but this is available if desired! However the main reason to book this listing is not the above, but the superb communication and service from Julieth and Kenneth at the property management company -- Guanacaste Escape. We have been using Airbnb for years, and these hosts were far and away the best we have encountered. Thank you, Julieth and Kenneth!
