We had a wonderful stay at Alex’s apartment! Our group consisted of two couples and two kids, and the layout worked perfectly for us. The location is excellent, it is tucked away in a quiet area, yet remained within easy walking distance to the town center, which made exploring very convenient. The highlight for us was definitely the pool. The kids absolutely loved it and spent hours swimming every day. It is especially well-suited for families with small children, as there are several shallow sections where they could play independently. We also appreciated that the pool area stayed shaded in the morning and afternoon, providing a nice break from the direct sun. The parents enjoyed the space just as much; there were plenty of tanning beds, umbrellas, and shaded lounge areas to relax in. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely come back again!

An excellent stay at Nvo Orleans. Large condo suitable for family of 4 and the in-laws. Very clean, well built and everything functioned very well. Building is in a quiet area but the center and beach are easily walkable (no uphill!).

Wonderful, peaceful location near town. We loved seeing the family of iguanas every morning in the tree outside from the balconies. Very responsive host.

The heated pool was heavenly. Friendly neighbors. Spacious accommodations. Linens galore and everything you want in a kitchen if you cook (well, maybe a few plastic containers for leftover sauces etc.) Alex was a superb host. Staff on site were helpful and friendly. Perfect vacation. Hope to return!

This is the second time we stay at Alex’s place in Los Almendros. The staff is quick to respond to any concerns. The facilities were clean and to our expectations. The staff on site is friendly and very helpful. Overall worth the price and would definitely stay there again.

Alex’s condo was a great place to stay for our family. Very friendly and family oriented complex. The location was perfect. Close to the beach, cafes, and short walk to downtown square. Highly recommend as Alex was a great host and the condo was just as expected.

Excellent place

We had an amazing two weeks in this condo! The view of the big jungle tree featuring a huge iguana family kept us entertained! The pool is beautiful and amazing to hop into on a hot day! The Staff!!! The staff is amazing here, they go above and beyond to help! I definitely recommend renting a golf cart if you plan on staying for a few days, we went with Riviera, they are fantastic! Stay away from Roly’s Carts, they are the exact opposite of fantastic. The beach is a short walk from the condo, great for sunset pics, or our favorite was to pick up a pizza right around the corner and walk to the beach for dinner.

Los Almondres was great! Awesome pool, easy walk to beach/restaurants, friendly staff and very clean. Loved the outdoor living space and quiet location. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo in a quiet residential complex. Easy, quick walk to the beach. Easy walk to town, also, but more convenient with a golf cart. Condo was exactly as pictured.

We really enjoyed staying in Alex’s condo. The condo itself was beautiful- clean and comfortable. The grounds were also beautiful and the large heated pool was great for hanging out in. There are a couple of shallow areas for babies and toddlers. The location was ideal for our family, a short walk to the plaza but in the quieter section of town and less than two blocks from the beach. We definitely want to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Bernado’s place. It’s a beautiful apartment which is perfect for two couples and had wonderful sea views from the rooftop terrace. You can walk into the centre of Sayulita within a few minutes and we also made good use of the pool on the premises. Highly recommended.

Los almendros was all that we had hoped for. It was quiet, family oriented , friendly, clean and beautiful. We felt very safe here as well. Due to the convenient location, we could walk everywhere. This allowed freedom for individual family members to enjoy more time doing individual interests. Surfing on the main beach, sunbathing on the quiet beach, shopping , eating, or enjoying festivities on the plaza were all steps away or a short (less than 10 minutes) easy walk. Because no car was needed, we did not all have to be on the same schedule which made for a great vacation for everyone. However, we loved returning to our quiet villa at Los Almendros away from the noise and liveliness and being together each evening. The view from our terrace included the beautiful pool and entertaining iguanas in the jungle of beautiful trees. Tips: Pre-arrange roundtrip airport transportation with the host Bernardo. 140 dollars roundtrip is not only a great deal but will also spare you having to deal with the massive number of individuals trying to get your business at airport. The driver will stop at a Walmart to get groceries ( and our driver even had a cooler of drinks for us. 😀( also, FYI :our driver was outside waiting -not inside as was told) Negatives: hate to give any because none were a big deal. But, just in case you can’t live without tv, we could not figure out how to get channels. This was only frustrating for those that wanted to watch football. We didn’t ask anyone to come fix it , I’m sure they would have. Sheets: Our daughter’s had a stain but she took them off and when we returned our sweet Housekeeper had put new ones on. Our villa, the pool and the entire complex was overall extremely clean and we saw no bugs at all in villa. We would definitely stay here again and Sayulita is a wonderful place! We loved talking to the locals. There are vendors on the busy surf beach but majority are respectful and not pushy as in other places. The small kids selling things are way too adorable so take a few extra dollars just to experience all their cuteness. They will tug at your ❤️

Bernardo's house is very well located and is ideal for groups. Highly recommended for staying in Guadalajara near restaurants and bars.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Close to town but still far enough from all the noise. Beautiful big pool, the condo was spacious and well equipped, very clean and well maintained. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, and very safe.
