We were super close to everything

Great place to stay, especially if there are a lot of people. It's really spacious, so it's great when you're in a group, all the furniture is very well maintained. In short, one of the best options in the capital. It is also close enough to downtown, like a 5-minute walk you can get to everywhere in downtown. I will definitely be back. Roberto always responds quickly and very kindly.

Highly recommended place to stay with the family. You can walk downtown in 5 minutes. Apartment 5 has an amazing view.

Robert’s place exceeded my expectations! It is a building with 5 individual apartments ideal for a group of up to 18 people. The location offered a 5 minute walk to the heart of Guanajuato city, where all the festivities took place for Day of the Day celebrations. The apartments were clean, private and roomy. Robert was very responsive and immediately resolved a couple minor issues. We look forward to returning to this place.

The place is amazing, super close to downtown and communication with Roberto flowed incredible, and everything was super clean.

A total of 15 family members stayed at Roberto’s place, and we were all very comfortable with our space. The listing is just as described and there are lots of great areas within walking distance. It has great views all around and the check in/check out process was smooth with the help of Roberto’s excellent communication!

I booked this place for a family trip and it couldn’t have been in a more perfect location. The listing is for 5 apartments and all completely private. Everything we needed was 5-15mins walking. Highly recommend !

The accommodation is perfect and cozy, it is very close to downtown. Recommended if you're traveling alone, as a couple or with friends and want to have a nice time in Guanajuato.

We were very comfortable at the property; it is very comfortable, very complete and is relatively close to the main streets. Communication with the host is very good and proactive. Taxis drop you off and pick you up right outside the door, no problem with that.

Great location, very comfortable and practical apartments.

We were a big group that rented all five units and everyone was very pleased. All of them were cleaned on a daily basis and Roberto is great in communicating about any of your concerns as well as flexible. Unit is a two minute walk from a couple of small convenience stores and 5 to 10 minutes from area where main action is at. No parking but there's some available around the corner if your lucky, but that is the case with most of downtown Guanajuato. Definitely recommend this place.

Great Airbnb, we rented the whole building for a wedding, for the whole week. housekeeper was a plus, laundry was a plus, the wifi is very spotty, not great.

Casa Alameda is located in the perfect place that is within walking distance of Guanajuato’s centro. Our family enjoyed the space & the beautiful views of Guanajuato from the large windows & terrace. Alba did a wonderful job of maintaining a clean environment with her check-in for clean towels & toiletries. Our host Roberto address any requests or questions & super flexible to extending our stay. We look forward to returning to this location in future!
