It's a very nice and beautiful place, everything was very clean. The view is amazing. They welcomed us very kindly and showed us the whole place. The only thing that is important to mention is that there are two houses together and being on the terrace you can see the other terrace of the other guests and they can see you and it can be a bit uncomfortable. But from there to more than that, everything is fine.

I had an excellent stay! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Maria was very responsive and made check-in and check-out super easy. The location was great, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The house is beautiful, it is ideal for relaxing and de-stressing from the city. Those who welcome you do so very kindly and give you a tour of the house. Definitely the best place to stay in Guanajuato!!

Excellent accommodation, what you see is what you get and more. Amazing view. A little difficult to get to, but it goes hand in hand with the view. There was a problem when we arrived, we had to wait. But it was compensated at the exit. Also, in the early morning the intercom began to ring intermittently, which was quite strange, but it didn't get any worse. We were able to turn it off and that solved it. We were warned that there would be noise in the morning due to a patron saint's festival, since there is a temple just behind the accommodation, but it was definitely louder than we expected. However, that was a situation unrelated to the accommodation. Overall, it was a good stay, with a couple of details, but nothing out of the ordinary. We'd definitely come back.

The house is very large and has a beautiful view

It's a little tricky to get there, but you only struggle the first time, then you get your bearings and you get there super fast, the center is 7 minutes away. It's very large and very cozy. My friends and I loved it

You get a lot of house for your money with this stay! One note if you rent a car—the roads are very tight and at a steep incline getting up to the house, so you might want to park down in the city and Uber up if you’re not experienced driving in Mexico.

Excellent stay very relaxed, view and very clean

A beautiful view of the city! This place is big enough for 20 people, it's bigger than many houses. While the directions were clear with Maps, driving there is not for the faint of heart. Several of the rooms have outdoor entrances, so you have to go outside to reach the living room. Well we appreciated the security cameras outside, there are numerous cameras inside! Even if no one is watching, it felt like an invasion of privacy. I hope they remove the indoor cameras.

Everything was great, an excellent place, very nice views of all of Guanajuato, the place is very nice, the check-in was a bit complicated, not because of the host but because of the city – that's Guanajuato, very narrow streets and lots of ups and downs. I would stay again without hesitation

Excellent house, very spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, scented, very clean, very nice areas with living rooms for us to use and relax, green spaces, lots of vegetation, which creates a relaxing atmosphere. It has parking inside the property. Just one small detail: the kitchen is small and does not have enough dishes for large families, and it is located outside the house, as are the dining room and living room. Apart from that, it is beautiful.

The host (Fer) is an extraordinarily friendly, helpful, and extremely pleasant person; she made everything easy for us. 1000% recommended for an unforgettable vacation. The service prior to arrival was excellent. He was very friendly in his dealings, gave us a comprehensive and detailed tour of the house upon arrival, and was always attentive to our needs. There is parking inside the property, not to mention that he gave us tips to improve our experience during the stay and on the best ways to get to the city center. The accommodation is simply exceptional. It has a beautiful view of the city, and its services are very complete. It's definitely and without a doubt a place I'd go back to.

This home is so spacious and beautiful. Everything was just like the pictures very private location. Pretty close to the centro where everything could be found. Would definitely recommend.

This was the perfect choice for our stay in Guanajuato. The only bad thing was that prior to arriving in Guanajuato we had to stay elsewhere because the days we needed were booked already. This home was amazing. The views of the city were awesome and the home was spacious and clean. Fernanda and her staff were amazing during our stay and I advise you take advantage of some of the services that are made available. I will definitely look to stay here again on my next trip to Guanajuato.

We loved Fernanda's house. It has many very nice details, comfortable beds, and everything you need to feel at home. We asked them to prepare breakfast for us, and it was fantastic—everything was delicious, prepared by the ladies who work there. Very helpful, and everything we asked for was taken care of quickly. The only tricky part is getting to the property from the street, as it is a one-way street. But fortunately, it has very good neighbors who allow the vehicles to pass through. The house has spectacular views of the entire city and terraces where you can enjoy an afternoon or a sunrise. We highly recommend them; yes, we would come back.

If you need anything, she will provide it for you without any problem (utensils, pots, water, soap, etc.). The staff even did our laundry. Wi-Fi throughout the house. The house is amazing, much better than the photos. The locations and views it offers are excellent for spending time with friends or family. María always answers calls or messages and is attentive to whatever you ask for. Getting to downtown is best by Uber or taxi; the fare is between $60 and $90 pesos, depending on the time. Beautiful home, amazing views, and huge spaces. I would recommend to anyone traveling to Guanajuato, whether you are returning or if it's your first time. Host was always available to help during our stay. The house is huge, has a small convenience store down the street for any of your needs. Definitely coming back!

We loved the house. It’s worth considering having breakfast there to take advantage of the beautiful views from its various gathering spots. The house is spacious and has private parking spaces. We felt safe at all times. I would have liked to have known beforehand that 1 of the 4 bedrooms does not have a bathroom; you have to go outside (to the patio) or enter another room to have access to a bathroom if you stay in that bedroom. Other than that, the house is in perfect condition and has very nice details; we had a great time. If you don’t have a car, a taxi or Uber is essential to get you into the center.
