We loved it. The whole family was very satisfied! As seen in the pictures, private, quiet and 100% safe. The only drawback is the set check-in and check-out time, which considerably reduces the effective time of the stay and enjoyment.

I really loved the place. It's super central and well located, whether on foot or by car. The pool was just as it was in the photos and even better. The service from the people at the place was very friendly and cordial. They were always attentive at the entrance to the beach at the place. The balcony is simply great from the 6th floor. I loved it. If I can, I hope to return.

Had a great time staying here with my family. It was well equipped, better than the pictures. The pool was very nice as well. The place is uphill so the views are stunning. A car is needed in order to visit the nearby beaches

Our stay was absolutely incredible! The place is beautiful, the views are even better than the pictures, and our concierge was so helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend this place, and are looking into staying there again ourselves. There aren’t enough stars to do this place justice.

A truly amazing place! We felt safe throughout our stay. Everything was new and in great condition. The apartment was very complete, we did not want for anything. The view was beautiful over the ocean. The only negative point if there is one, is the temperature of the beautiful pool which was still cold…. But otherwise, we had a great week, I would recommend it without hesitation.

That's great

This place was great! It was rainy season and we experienced some torrential rain (mostly overnight) but no issues with water in the living space; a little got in b/c there are no walls but it wasn't a problem. Also no problem with bugs minus a visit from a very large spider. We saw a ton of wildlife and had an especially fun visit from a troop of 25+ capuchin monkeys in the trees, on the roof, and on the walls. We had a great time watching them and they seemed to have fun watching us as well. The location was great! a stones throw from King Louis waterfall and an easy drive to Carate for more great beach, hiking, and wildlife experiences. Joel, the property manager, was terrific and helped us with anything we needed. If visiting in the rainy season I'd highly recommend a 4x4 as Vacasa suggests, but also one with some ground clearance as you'll need to cross through several rivers that were more challenging in the heavy rain.

The place was amazing, clean, and was located in the best part of Jaco! The beach view from the balcony was incredible, we spent most of the time watching the beach and surfers. The place was extremely clean, and clutter free. I highly recommend this location, and the price was great!

The view is incredible! They have everything that we needed for the 4 days that we were there. Maybe the place is not as new as it looks on the pictures. But still very nice. There some moisture spots on every bathroom that need to be care of. I highly recommend it

Finding it was a little difficult. Very high security had to wait sometimes to open gate. Place was fabulous, only issue was low water pressure in showers and none in one and hot water took forever. Absolutely beautiful place.

The property is very comfortable, spacious and with the amenities for a good stay, apartment for 2 couples, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, the pool is very good and with spaces, access to the beach with security, the beach is not good, very strong waves, the area of the property is not very nice, nor good, they did not recommend driving at night or walking. The administration was present when we required it.

A quiet place.

We loved our stay at Vacasa Costa Rica. The driveway was incredibly steep and unusual, which others have noted, but it led to stunning views. We had a 4x4 and were able to navigate it with ease. The pool was incredibly well maintained - which I say as a former lifeguard, I very much appreciated. We spent a lot of time in the in that pool, with it's breathtaking views, and often, we were enjoying it alone or with only one other family. The home itself was spacious and comfortable for the 4 adults and 1 child in our group. Our King bed was fairly comfortable, although a tad soft. The Queen bed was too soft my parents, and the single beds had a medium firmness, I'd say. The unit itself was very clean, provided two porches (one on each level) that we could enjoy, comfortable couches on the main level, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Our concierge was responsive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for the wonderful accomodation!

This place is pure magic and worth every penny. The house is in the midst of the jungle, right by the ocean and the fact that there are no concrete walls just makes you so connected to the surroundings, and that in one of the few places on earth with such high biodiversity. It was truly incredible how many animals we spotted in and around the house. We are already looking into coming back next year. We absolutely loved everything about our holiday here. Joel, our host, was also very helpful and a super relaxed guy. Thank you so much!!

Vacasa was a great place to stay little noisy at times considering it is a concrete building ....beautiful surroundings..large deck great for relaxing..about 15-20 min walk to downtown area..we had problems with the Wifi ..someone did come to fix it but couldn't..said he would be back the next morning but did not return .. but we did have pool Wifi on the deck of our condo ...

What can I say about this property...it is other worldly. Its unlike anything we have stayed in before and was the absolute perfect conclusion to our time in Costa Rica. Joel is among the most friendly welcome parties I have ever met. The house is literally part of the jungle with a 50m walk to the beach with phenomenal sunrises. The wildlife comes right up to the walls of the house (and in the house should you leave a door cracked) as hermit crabs, birds and lizards make their way through as they please. This house has everything you need to spend 2 nights to 10+ nights. Our family would love to return. With 2 bridges out south of Puerto Jimenez forcing grille high river crossings and the final stretch in Matapalo being rough, I would only do this with an elevated vehicle. 4x4 may not be 100% required unless it rains, but certainly elevated. We live in Colorado and off road often and it was a journey. However, your time at the house will more than make up for the bumps on the way.

Incredible location in the rainforest

Small and equipped place, just as it is put in the photos, it has a pool and is quite quiet, I would recommend it for maximum 2 people. Ideal for going to nearby beaches and restaurants, when entering/exiting you have to open/close the gate at the entrance. Check-in was easy thanks to the instructions they provided. The local manager was always attentive to any questions or needs we had. In the bathroom they could put curtains or sandblasting on the windows facing the outside as it takes away a little privacy.

Even though it rained a lot! We pass it super, the house is spacious and cozy with many amenities which made us spend a time of well-deserved rest that we were looking for. The beach is close, the super and restaurants too. Recommended!

We usually go to the area as a family and this is the best place we have visited in the Guanacaste area, the view, the pool and the amenities exceeded expectations.

This condo apartment is just like the photo’s description. It’s beachfront and quiet. It is a family oriented place; so you’ll never hear noisy neighbors or parties late at night. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to make a nice meal. The view is beautiful! The pool has a nice size and the communication with the host was always on point!

Great views, the panoramic is better than expected. The house was better than expected and was clean and beautiful gardens The distance was father than expected and we saw some landslides on the road from El Coco and the house, the road was a little complicated and in bad conditions The house has a very steep highway, difficult for small or compact cars (not recommended) and a little far from the beach and supermarkets, you hace to exit the house only by car. In general the house, the view and the place was very quiet and peaceful. Fully recommended if you want a beautiful view and very nice pool for your pictures. We loved the place.

The apartment is beautiful, very spacious, clean and with everything you need if you want to cook. The view of the beach is amazing, the beautiful sunsets are appreciated. Simply spectacular. Maybe for older adults they may have some limitations as in the main bathroom that although it is super spacious, the bathtub is too high to enter, also in the entrance area to be in the slopes of the property, it may be difficult for them. Other than that, everything was great, the host was attentive to reply to the messages and was very kind. We really liked the complex, the pool was very nice.

This place is amazing. The view from the balcony is wonderful. It’s easily walkable to the main drag in Jaco. We felt very safe, even walking at night. Beach is pretty dark at night so it’s probably advisable to stay in lighted areas. We really enjoyed our stay.

This place is amazing and I plan on returning. The staff and the locals were overly friendly. It looks just like the photos with 3 hammocks. 5 stars

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach, which provided stunning views right from the property. Everything I needed was conveniently close, including great restaurants, making it easy to explore the local area. The security was excellent and very strict, which made me feel safe throughout my stay. The host was attentive, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. If you're looking for a peaceful beach getaway with a great view, excellent food options nearby, and top-notch safety, I highly recommend this place!

Our family was in town visiting friends and stayed in this beautiful condo. It has a gorgeous ocean view, and is very spacious. The condo is within walking distance to several delicious restaurants, we went to Kokos and SeaSalt while we were here. The pool is beautiful and refreshing and had easy access to the beach. Thank you for your accommodations!

This is the 2nd year we stayed here & it was the same great experience as last time. We will stay here again next visit to Jaco!
