Very comfortable house. Clean. Good amenities. Very nice pool area. Cool thanks to the A/C. I would definitely go back to the same place. Bathroom in each room.

Excellent place with incredible amenities. Sergio makes you feel at home even before you arrive. The place is amazing, very clean, nice and tidy. The only drawback is that it's surrounded by other properties with many roosters, so you have to wake up early because you can hear them. Yes, I highly recommend this property.

Great home for a family vacation!

We had the most wonderful time at the Villa Mandarina! The house is so beautiful, not to mention pristinely clean that it exceeded our expectations. Our host was extremely fast in his response time and on the rare occasion we needed something, Claudia, the home attendant, was there within minutes. The house is about a 10 minute walk from the beach and restaurants, nestled in a quiet corner of San Pancho. If you are looking for a quiet, aesthetically beautiful and comfortable stay, this Villa is a perfect fit!

Easy to work with when unexpected Things came up

Villa Mandarina is a great place for a large group. We had 6 adults and 3 children. There are a lot of pool toys, with an electric pump to blow up the floaties. There are also a lot of games. The dining table is large, and all the different seating areas were appreciated! There was a stroller for the walk (about 1 km) to the beach with our 2 year old. We were expecting a crib, but it's a pack-n-play with a thin pad. We also couldn't find the hair dryer or beach umbrella, which was very minor! The pool is in the shade in the afternoon. The kitchen had a lot of pots and pans, and utensils. There were 2 toaster ovens, one with an air fryer. All the essentials were provided. As other reviewers noted, there is a rooster farm right next door, so you might want to bring your earplugs or white noise. Sergio was very good to communicate with, and would respond quickly if we had a question. We loved San Pancho and the areas around it! It really is a wonderful place. . .

The place is ideal for spending excellent days in San Pancho, Sergio was always attentive and made our stay very pleasant. The house is very close to the entrance to the village, with places to eat and a supermarket very close by. To get to the beach it is best to go by car or golf cart. We had a very good experience and highly recommend the house.

The place was very clean, the host communicated clearly with us, and the location was just a block from the main road. The only small issue was some noise from the neighbors on the first night but that was outside the host's control and they were quiet the rest of the nights, so it was quite a pleasant trip.

We had an awesome time here! There were 8 of us at this airbnb and it was so spacious, modern, and well appointed. Its far enough from the center of town that we felt like we could get away when we needed some down time, but close enough for a 10 minute casual walk to anything we wanted to see. Sergio and his team were super responsive and communicated clearly and kindly throughout. We arrived late due to some complications with picking up our rental, and they had no problem being flexible with us and meeting us at the property well after we thought we would get in for a property walkthrough. Would stay again in the future!

Beautiful place! Great for couples or family. Fully furnished and kitchen was great. Pool was beautiful, it is not super warm but if the weather is hot then it does the job. The smaller section is not a hot tub, they do not claim it is a hot tub, it is just that the pictures may lead you to think it is a hot tub. It is just a shallower section for kids. Beds in the other bedrooms could be a bit bigger for couples. But overall a great place for friends or family! There were 6 of us and we had an amazing time! Sergio was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Very impressed!

Amazing home with plenty of space for our family. Lush tropical plants inside and out made it feel special. Fully stocked kitchen was great to use. Sergio was incredibly responsive and gave lots of recommendations!

Amazing place. Did not find the roosters or dogs too noisy, but we did have a sound machine. The hosts were amazing and so helpful with everything. Would definitely stay again! It was perfect for our little ones!

The house is beautiful, everything is very spacious, comfortable and clean, it has many amenities that make you enjoy your stay. Only the pool has a sharp edge in several parts that caused cuts and the floor at the exit of the pool is too slippery. Other than that, everything was excellent, Sergio was always in touch and attentive to our stay, we would return to Villa Mandarina.

The house is amazing, I would say that even the photos don't do it justice, it's even more beautiful in person, everything is spectacular It includes a lot of extras like floats, umbrellas In the kitchen there is everything you need to cook whatever you want, in the pool there are also plastic cups for your gathering In general, I would say that the place is ultra cool and you don't need to bring anything, all the amenities work and are in excellent condition My only "complaint" would be that the location is in a somewhat unattractive area at night or that it feels a bit uncomfortable, but it doesn't feel unsafe. However, this is obviously not something that can be controlled, but just so you know. Overall, I would say it's one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed at

Sergio was always very kind to me and my family, he was attentive to us every day and shared suggestions for activities and restaurants, as well as emergency contacts in case we needed it. I recommend it 100%

This is a stunning home, even better than the pictures! Our group of 10 friends had so much fun in San Pancho and this was the perfect base for our trip! The home is super well equipped and Sergio was a great host. As others have mentioned, the roosters are super loud so it’s not the most peaceful location but this definitely didn’t detract from our enjoyment.

Wow - a simply magical home in a magical paradise of Mexico. We came for my birthday trip and instantly felt thankful for Sergio’s relaxed, friendly and extremely accommodating attentiveness. The home is beyond even the beauty that the pictures portray, it is like art and extremely relaxing to be in. The home had everything we needed down to beach hammocks and very fresh and clean bedding. Sergio was able to help arrange for everything we needed including transportation to and from the airport and gave us lots of fantastic recommendations for our stay. This was our first time visiting San Pancho and it has touched our hearts very beautifully. You will not regret your stay. Thank you Sergio!

It was a great place to stay with our family. It is at the end of town but is very walkable to the beach. Also, being at the end of town, you get to see all of the areas you might not stay at the beach. There was a Resource Centre/Library, which was great for our kids to play in, and a park just out front. There is also an excellent taco spot just around the corner that we ate at many times. Sergio was great with checking us in and giving us great locations to eat at and check out. He also hooked us up with a local contact who acted as a person Uber for anything we needed while we were there. There are a lot of comments about the rosters, which you could hear, but we had white noise machines on our phones for the kids, and we used them for ourselves, which made the night's sleep easy. It's a great place, and we would go again!

Excellent service from Sergio, he personally welcomes you and shows you the place in great detail with all the amenities available. He provides detailed instructions for the best use of the place as well as to keep it clean and in the best condition for all guests. It's a great place to stay, I plan to return as soon as possible!

We came to stay a week in San Pancho at the beginning of January with a large group of family, it was a great experience staying at Villa Mandarina. Some of the other people mentioned roosters and it’s mostly true that they can be loud at times but it didn’t take away from our experience at all and it mostly just blends into the sounds of the neighborhood. Overall, it was a great time and Sergio made sure we had everything we needed, and since we were traveling with an infant he even went above and beyond and put a small crib together for us and gave us a stroller to use. The house was beautiful and just a short walk from town or to the bus stop to sayulita. We enjoyed the walk down Calle Pakistan to town to beat the crowds on the way to and from the Airbnb. It was a great house and I would definitely stay there again.

We had a very nice stay at Sergio’s home. He was incredible responsive and welcoming. The home is beautiful and just as described. It is a 15-20 minute walk to town and the beach. We were happy we had golf carts. The area is loud with music and roosters but that was not unexpected. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Overall, we had a great stay. We came for a wedding and it was nice to have a clean and safe place to come back to each night. All of the linens and furnishings were brand new and smelled fresh and the pool was great to relax besides. The whole town is fairly walkable, we didn’t have a car and definitely didn’t need it aside from taxis back and forth to the airport. It was about a 15 minute walk to the beach. Only complaint is the neighbor next door has roosters that woke us up, but we got used to them.

The villa is wonderful. All the details are great and we had an incredible couple of days thanks to Sergio's good attention. He was always attentive and worried because we were fine. I highly recommend this amazing house that makes you feel in paradise.

This place is amazing!!!! Way better even than the pictures!!! It’s so peaceful and clean and stylish! It’s perfect for a group of friends or a four couple who all want to be in a large shared space but have some privacy too! I can’t wait to come back! The host is also so polite and helpful.
