We had a wonderful stay at Casa Louisa! The indoor-outdoor flow of the house is fantastic and made the space feel open, relaxing, and perfect for family time. The pool was definitely a highlight —our 6-year-old especially loved the deeper depth, which made it extra fun for swimming and playing. The house is beautifully decorated, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches for families, including a great selection of games for kids. The kitchen was also very well stocked with everything we needed, making meals at home easy and convenient. The location was ideal on a quieter side street, yet still walkable to taco stands (most importantly!), the gym, community center, shops, and the beach. We rented a golf cart for the grandparents, which wasn’t strictly necessary because everything is so accessible, but it was nice for quick taco runs and easy trips back and forth. We were also very grateful for the early check-in. Perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience.

My Husband and I and another couple just finished a stay at Casa Luisa. The home is beautiful, well furnished with a bedroom for each couple and a third bedroom we didn't need with four bunk beds which would be ideal for our Grandchildren for a future visit. The Pool is large enough to have a decent swim and the temperature is perfect. There is a Roof Palapa overlooking the town with a furnished shaded sitting area often with a breeze. It is close to the town and the amazing restaurants. Luisa was very helpful. U will Love It.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was clean , capacious, walkable to everything (restaurants, coffeeshops and the beach) with gorgeous outdoor space by the pool and on the roof, and comfortable beds. Luisa was an outstanding host who worked to resolve the minor issues we encountered quickly and successfully. She had great local knowledge as well. Snap this place up immediately if it’s available.

The house is very well maintained and well built, the kitchen is very well equipped and everything works very well. We received all the rooms and spaces very clean and well maintained. The decoration of the interior of the house gives it a very special touch!

Fabulous stay at Casa Luisa! The house is bigger than the photos would suggest, and is beautifully decorated with local crafts and plants. Great quiet neigbourhood and an easy walk into town. The pool was perfect - in the shade all morning which was ideal for our little ones Thanks Luisa, we'd love to come again!

The home is absolutely beautiful - comfortable and beautifully appointed. Pool area is a lovely respite as is the rooftop palapa. The kitchen has all you need to make a great meal or pitcher of margaritas or piña colada. It’s an easy walk to the beach down the Main Street with great shops and restaurants along the way. Luisa is an excellent host and very responsive communicator. When an item in the home required a repair, she sent help right away and kept us posted. San Pancho is an idyllic little town and charming. We would return to Luisa’s home in a heartbeat!

Casa Luisa was the perfect house for our small group! Super clean, comfortable beds, amazing pool, and a very friendly and flexible host. We loved the quieter street but still so close to the beach and restaurants. Would highly recommend to others!

Great stay! Beautiful home in a walkable, quiet part of San Pancho. We loved the pool and all the birds we could hear and see from the rooftop palapa. We love San Pancho and Luisa’s home is located in a great residential neighborhood. Restaurants, shops and the beach are a short walk away.

Casa Luisa is a fantastic place to stay while visiting beautiful and laid back San Pancho. The house is within easy walking distance of the town and beach with enough separation from the action so you feel you're in a neighborhood. The home itself has tons of charm and character and is stocked with enough cookware and dishes so we were able to make a great dinner with the fresh Bonita fish we had caught earlier in the day. Luisa provides plenty of beach towels, beach bags - there's even a hat tree with various straw hats if you forget to bring your own! I highly recommend this home and this host -- we hope to come back to San Pancho and will rebook with Luisa without hesitation!

We have visited San Pancho many times, and we have stayed in many places, and this was definitely among the best. It is located close to the beach but far away enough to be peaceful. We also enjoyed the amenities the house offered, including the nice warm pool, the good amount of space, the comfortable furniture and beds, and the washing machine (very helpful for washing a load of clothing before going on to our next destination). Luisa gave us excellent instructions on how to get there, which is good because the house numbers in San Pancho don't make sense. :-)

Luisa was a great host and has a lovely home. We had plenty of room and the location is great and very walkable (about 10 minutes to the beach). We would recommend and stay here again!

Casa Luisa is a beautiful home. It is extremely spacious and well-designed, with thoughtful touches throughout. It has all the amenities one could hope for, including A/C, but we didn’t find that we needed the AC much because the house is designed in such a way that it keeps naturally very cool. The pool is perfect. It is a great home for children and includes some games for kids - Luisa even thought to put out a travel crib for my baby, which I thought was so kind! The only challenge part of our stay was that there was very loud construction across the street that was so loud at times we couldn’t hear eachother speak even indoors (drilling concrete!). But that is totally out of Luisa’s hands and comes with the territory in a place with a lot of growth like San Pancho. We would for sure stay there again.

What a perfect home. The location is very close to amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed and of course, the pool was awesome. We had three young children in our group and the house was very safe and even had some games. They loved the bunk beds.

Casa Luisa was completely wonderful. We adore staying at this home, it’s open, beautiful, great location with a perfect meld of modern and cozy touches. We have visited San Pancho 4 times and have come to Casa Luisa each year without wanting to even look for another place to stay. Rooftop coffee in the morning, and star gazing at night makes for the perfect beginning and ending to each day. It’s maybe 8 minutes walk to the beach, and most shops or restaurants are closer than that! Don’t hesitate to book here, it’s gorgeous and perfect.

One of the most beautiful spaces we have ever stayed anywhere, stunningly beautiful throughout and very peaceful. Easy access to downtown/beach while still being quiet, was an excellent stay and we’d love to stay here again in the future.

We loved staying at Luisa’s house and would definitely recommend it and stay again! The house is 3 levels so great for sharing with friends as the bedrooms are upstairs. The street was nice and quiet but only a short walk to town where there are lots of nice restaurants and shops along the way to the beach. Luisa was a great host, always very friendly and helpful.

Our family trip to San Pancho couldn’t have been what it was without Luisa’s beautiful home to come back to after a day full of adventure. The home is well designed for entertaining and wonderfully appointed. We loved mornings spent on the palapa. Will definitely plan another trip!

What a fantastic place to stay and relax in San Pancho!

Casa Luisa is an excellent home away from home, and San Pancho is the ideal town for a relaxed and chill beach vacation. We were four adults and two kids. We had a lovely week exploring the town - the beach, restaurants, shops. When we weren't exploring we had a great time hanging out at the house - especially the pool and the palapa. The house is well cared for, super clean, well stocked, very comfortable. Pilar, the incredible housekeeper, also cooked for us a few nights - don't miss out on that! Can't wait to come back!

Casa Luisa is the perfect spot to stay in San Pancho. The casa is wonderful and was so comfortable for our family of five. It is gorgeous, extremely clean, and very well taken care of by Luisa and the staff. We felt very fortunate to call it home for 4 days. We especially enjoyed the pool (sparkling clean and perfect temperature) and the rooftop palapa deck, which was the perfect spot to hang out and listen to the birds early morning or watch the sunsets. The casa is a short walk to the main strip of shopping/restaurants and about 10 min. walk to the beach, which was great for us. The location is quiet and away from some of the noise in the center of town. There are plenty of sounds of Mexico (birds, dogs, trucks, etc.) but we found the atmosphere very relaxing. The front facing bedrooms have thin curtains that let some light in at night, so you may want to bring an eyeshade if you are light sensitive, but our family had no issue with it. If we return to San Pancho this will be the first place we look to stay. It is a gem.

Casa Luisa was everything we were hoping for and more! A beautifully designed home in a great location. We wouldn’t have wanted it to be closer to the beach because the walk through town was one of our favorite parts of the day. Both the pool and the roof-top palapa were ideal for peaceful relaxation. Pilar was wonderful and you should definitely request a meal or two prepared by her - delicious! We hope to visit Casa Luisa again!

Luisa's home in San Pancho was perfect! Very well equipped with comfortable beds, everything you would want or need in the kitchen and an incredible pool area. The rooftop palapa was also great for watching sunsets and having a cold Pacifico to end the day before dinner. The location was perfect and made it very easy to stroll to the beach or to dinner. We would recommend this rental to anyone!

Perfect stay, perfect house, perfect location.

Casa Luisa is such a lovely place to visit. This was our third time staying, and we will be back for more. The beds are cozy, the pillows too. The space is clean and decorated perfectly, with fresh flowers and potted plants, lovely art work and colorful bed spreads. This time visiting we had two other families in town at separate places. When they saw our place they were blown away at the thoughtfulness of the space, how it flowed and frankly, how much better Casa Luisa is than where they were staying. The palapa has a peek a boo view of the ocean, and is a lovely space to do morning yoga or evening cocktails and games. The neighborhood is full of life with the occasional rooster crow and distant Saturday night music wafting on the breeze from the local restaurants. But also the neighborhood is quiet and restful. The perfect distance from down town where you don’t have to hear the street drums or the break dancer music, but close enough to walk to the action easily. Thank you Casa Luisa for another lovely stay. Already looking forward to next year!

Wonderful home great pool and great location!!!

Wonderful place to stay! Home was sparkling clean, great location with all the amenities. Breezy and comfortable home! Proximity to town makes it super easy to walk everywhere , but house is set back on a quieter residential street. Luisa was a wonderful host—answering all our questions, offering help when we needed to find a doctor, and Pilar the housekeeper is super sweet! A great and easy place to stay!

We loved staying here! It was so beautiful, clean and near to the beach. We really loved the pool and thought it was a magical space. Would love to stay here anytime.

The pool was perfect, the rooms spacious and comfortable, the kitchen and entertaining area well-appointed and the help from Pilar (housekeeping) was amazing (and I recommend her cocoanut prawns and guacamole if she asks what you want for lunch)! Thank you for all of the help and guidance, Luisa....you have a wonderful home there in a unique and beautiful area of Jalisco!

Stayed at many Airbnb's. This is a keeper. Can't wait to return. Luisa is a Super Host and deserves that status. So easy to deal with. Being there in the hot/humid summer, the pool was a life saver. Loved the stay. I am 100% sure I will return.

The house is a beauty, from the pool to the terrace that allows you to see some of the sea. It's incredible, but the best thing is the host's service!!!

The house is impecable and seems fairly new. Location is perfect, with a short walk to the town's main street and beach. Luisa was super responsive and made everything super easy for us.

The house is perfectly located, a few blocks from downtown and the beach. The pool and terrace make it a particularly pleasant space. We highly recommend staying here and asking Pilar (the housekeeper) to prepare a delicious dinner for you. It's delicious!

Probably the best airbnb we've stayed in! Everything is exactly as described/shown. Pool is excellent, palapa is fun to hang out in, kitchen is well equipped, ACs and fans in every room, super clean, etc.

Very clean and comfortable exactly like the photos. Pilar was wonderful. Would stay there again. Note the directions that Luisa gives you rare correct. Google maps or directions point to a house that is at the beginning of the street and this home is more towards the middle/end.

Casa Luisa is a paradise, with spectacular decoration and space. Everything you need for a vacation. Ms. Pilar took very good care of us. You can ask her to cook, and it's delicious, so you can enjoy the house. Very well located, clean, luxury pool, comfortable sheets and beds and very clean. Would definitely go back!

San Pancho and Casa Luisa are an unbeatable combination. Relaxing, beautiful, everything you need less than 5 minutes away. The home is so stylish and comfortable. My friend and I exclaimed over and over that we would love to live in the house forever!

A dreamy house! The rooms are very airy and well-decorated. We enjoyed playing in the pool, walking to the beach, buying watermelon from the truck that drives past, cooking in the kitchen and eating breakfasts on the palapa. More bonus points for comfortable beds, luxurious bathrooms, and small touches like nice soap/shampoo and ample towels. We were surprised that the stay includes a cleaning service multiple times per week, which took some coordinating due to COVID/social distancing concerns, but appreciated everyone’s flexibility and willingness to wear masks in the house. We originally planned to stay 5 weeks. But we extended and stayed 6! We’d definitely stay again. What an amazing way to enjoy all that San Pancho has to offer.

Luisa's place was even better than the photos! It's very spacious and decorated very stylishly. The pool area was great to hang out and the doors that open fully into the pool area made the house feel very open. Loved all the local decor! It's a close walk to shops and restaurants and not too far to walk to the beach. I only wish we had more time there! I would absolutely rent it again.

We were happy at Casa Luisa. It's a very nice house with everything you need to spend an amazing family vacation. Luisa and Pilar were very helpful and kind to us. The location of the house is very good because you can walk everywhere. We were happy in the house, and it exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful place walking-distance to the beach and places of interest. My family and I enjoyed the house so much. All spaces are just perfect. Internet connection is not high quality, but it is actually a problem of the entire zone, so if you go to San Francisco just plan for that. Luisa has all stuffs available to spend the day in the beach, that was pretty convenience! The cleaning lady is always available and she's a great cook, I asked her if she could cook some local dishes and she did great for a very fair price. I highly recommend this place.

We adored Luisa’s beautiful casa. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed after a day out on the playa!

The places was very lovely, comfy beds, beautiful space, lots of amenities and great location. Luisa was also very responsive. The only thing to note (which the host can not control but which effected our vacation quite a bit and we were not informed of beforehand) is that there is very loud construction going on in several places right next to the house that starts at 8am every day except Sunday. It made relaxing and enjoying the pool difficult.

Casa Luisa is a gorgeous home, with comfy beds, lots of space, a peek of the ocean from the roof top, and lots of thoughtful touches. The house is centrally located in town, far enough from the main street to not hear the noise of traffic, but close enough to walk all around town, the beach, and to the market. We have stayed twice now, and are dreaming of our next trip already.

This was our first time in San Pancho and we couldn’t have stayed at a more beautiful home or perfect location. The house and pool are pristine, the walk to the beach is right through town and everything you need, and dinner cooked by Pilar was a relaxing way to spend a night in. We were extra grateful for the late checkout due to an evening flight! Cannot imagine a lovelier stay in San Pancho!

Gorgeous house and fantastic hospitality. Pilar, the housecleaner, was great. Great spot for families with young or older kids, pool is heated in the winter. About a 10 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to great food and drinks. There is construction ongoing on the street and adjacent lots but it did not bother us much. Can't wait to return in the future!

Casa Luisa is one of the most beautiful houses in San Pancho! The pictures of the house on the website don't do it justice. It is much more amazing in person. We can't wait to come and stay again!!

The house is very nice and clean, located 5 minutes from the beach, very close to restaurants and places to spend the day. Communication with Luisa was very prompt and the service was excellent.

The house is beautiful and very well equipped. You find everything you need to spend those days relaxing. Luisa and Pilar were very attentive at all times, always willing to help with whatever was needed. The only area for improvement is the shower water temperature. But from there on, everything was super great!

As we pulled up to Casa Luisa, and were welcomed by Pilar the house keeper, our vacation started instantly. The very tall ceilings, an open and airy feel, and an amazing amount of natural light lifted us out of hectic travel mode and into relaxation mode on the spot. As our boys explored our new home, finding their bunk beds, and looking for and animals in the outdoor planters, we flopped on the most comfortable bed I’ve ever experienced in Mexico. An easy walk to a grocery store and lots of restaurants, and a slightly longer walk to a gorgeous beach makes this house a perfect landing spot in San Pancho. We loved our stay, and are already looking forward to our visit next time.

Casa Luisa was great for us - 3 generations incl 2 kids. Staff who look after the house, cleaning, pool etc were all wonderful. Very good kitchen. The pool is a good size - bigger than appears in photos online. Five minute walk to everything in the lovely town of S Pancho. Luisa was right on top of our questions. Skip the oversized supermarkets on route from PV. We self catered for 2 weeks shopping a few blocks from the house. Easy peasy.

Even before arriving, the attention and communication with the host were excellent. The house is very spacious, very nice, very clean and has everything you need to enjoy a great vacation. Each of the spaces in this place was impeccable and in excellent condition. The location is very good and somewhat private. Highly recommended.

What a lovely place! The design, the lighting, the open concept, very modern and traditional at the same time. We loved the rooftop patio and the deep pool that our kids could jump into. They had a blast swimming and basking in the sun. The owner was very helpful in sorting out rides from the airport and responded promptly to any of our questions. The housekeeper, Pilar, was excellent too and was very patient with my broken Spanish :) She also cooked us some excellent coconut shrimp! San Pancho, along with Casa Luisa, is a charming place.
