Well Is very sad when the guest doesn’t want to respect the condominium rules for your own safety bringing women who he never meet before not knowing if there intentions are just to have fun or drugged you or robbed you , you did not want to pay the full amount of $250 for the extra guest and I gave you a deal of $150 to be able to bring 5 deferent women in your stay , that is why he is given me the unfair point for his personal problems not for my apartment that is a big difference if you can’t fallowed rules .You kept me awake until 2 am because he want to have someone .Be careful with him .

Well I think he didn’t like to follow rules , I give him 5 but he gives 4 or 3 just be careful

Well i don't have any of my close neighbors doing any construction in fact they are never there , the maintenance of the Condominium is the only sound and they do it not for long , sorry to heard about your lost but what happens out side of the Condominium is your responsibility with or without people will know you are a tourist if you leave the car open is the only way , I’m very sorry to heard that . You are a host too you should know better .
