Kasie is very friendly, good service and attention. Anything I asked for, he handled very quickly. Equipped apartment located in a neighborhood of friendly locals. Very good value for money for being on Isla Mujeres, and public transportation stops 3 blocks away. It costs 20 pesos per trip.

The place doesn't match the photos at all. It was dirty even though they had "cleaned" before check-in. I tried to contact Kasie to get her to support us, but it took a long time for her to respond, and when she did, she wasn't very helpful, as she said they would help, but they did absolutely nothing. The refrigerator smelled very bad because it doesn't work. The photos do not match what is offered, since the place looks almost abandoned. Overall, if you can avoid this place, you will be doing yourself a favor.
