Rob was a super good host with a very nice house. Clean, spacious, exactly as described (actually even nicer than in the photos). Special thanks to Katalina; she cooked a lovely private dinner for us at a reasonable price. It was the best thing we ate in 2.5 weeks in Nicaragua!! Thank you, Rob and Katalina

We had a lovely stay. The house is top! And the view is even better. It's a bit tough going up the first time by car, but you quickly get used to it. Everything is within walking distance to the city center. Fun activities in the area! Would recommend to anyone!

The house is absolutely beautiful and exactly as described. One thing I didn't realize is that you need to walk up a fairly steep uphill path and stairs to access the home, and there are no safety railings. If you're traveling with young children or older adults, just be prepared to assist them. We also spotted a few scorpions inside the house, which is something to keep in mind when staying in a home surrounded by the jungle. We experienced a power outage overnight as well, but Rob was very accommodating, responsive, and kept us informed throughout. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book this property again.

My friends and I had a great first trip to San Juan Del Sur and staying at Casa Sueños really made the experience. We felt right at home and enjoyed sitting by the pool and on the porch. Rob and Katalina were fabulous hosts. So kind and hospitable.

Beautiful colonial-style house with an awesome view of the beach & bay. The kids loved the games, books and open plan living space, which is great for families. The loft bedroom was particularly fun. It’s at the top of a steep drive but not difficult to access. The parking is below the house down some steps, again not an issue but worth being aware of. The local dogs like hanging out on the terrace, they are mostly peaceful and pretty friendly. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful and well-located accommodation, very beautiful landscape. We had a problem with ants and ran out of toilet paper. However, the person managing the property quickly provided us with what we needed to resolve the problem. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
