Our guests love to stay in this one of a kind perfectly located house in Rocky Point, How is that? We are lin Sandy Beach, the most iconic and beautiful beach in town in Downtown area. Equipped large house 6BR, 3BA can sleep up to 16 guests in 2,800 sq. ft. of living space. Beach is half block so close you can walk in n out as needed. Downtown 2 blocks from Calle 13, lots of fun Bars, Restaurants, Bike rentals, Pharmacy, Pickleball, Grocery stores and Casino. Perfect to Relax and enjoy!
The space Frida & Diego is a large house that has been designed to be functional and decorated with a relaxed environment in mind, with lots of open spaces, after all is a beach house.
This booking (Frida and Diego) will unlock the full house capacity. So will have more space, more privacy and more amenities. Strongly recommended for 11+ more guests.
Rooms: 6 BR, 9 Beds, distributed as follows: 1 Cal King (Master), 2 Queens, 2 Twin (Kids), 4 (Full) - 1 sleeping couch 3 Full Bathrooms (2 in the 1st floor, 1 in the second floor)
Need WIFI?, Yes we have a High speed and reliable internet available 68Mbps+ This is a very Hard to speed service to find in Rocky Point. Bring work or stream videos as needed with no issues.
Disability? No worries - There is a ramp access and parking if needed and 2 rooms and bathroom in the 1st floor, ask if you need more details.
4 Free Parking in our premises plus 1 Gated Parking for Razors and/or Quads.
Other amenities: Grill, Free laundry (Washer and Drier), Demand TV Netflix - Youtube, Board Games, Arcade machine,
Each room equipped with individual AC and/or Heater units so you can control as needed.
Frida is a pet friendly house, just make sure you notify in advance.
We are pretty sure there are other large houses in Rocky point, however I can assure they are not in a convenient location, you will need to drive into town or into the beach. Casa Frida offers the best of both worlds .. Perfect Beach within Downtown!

Guest access No restrictions, you get Full access to the house, including Parking, Patio, Rooms, laundry, etc.
Residential area, very secured with access to the beach.
No condo fee or gates, just check in as it was your house. Go in and out as needed.

- You wont even notice it is a 2 building house.
- Individual AC units per room
- AC work cold in all rooms
- Heaters available for winter

10/10 highly recommend! It is our favorite place to stay when the family vacations. Price is totally worth it. The area is nice being able to walk to the beach in 1 minute. Love it more than the hotels since we were able to save some more money cooking right at home.

Second time staying at this house, we absolutely love it! It is soo spacious it is incredible. We go as a big group so we love all the space, restrooms and just comfort. Love that it’s walking distance to the beach, food and utilities. We were also able to walk to the boat marina to do a boat ride. Such an amazing house. Luis was also super nice to allow us to enter a bit earlier. 10000% will be back

Perfect place for a group or a big family. So many food options in walking distance. We walked to the beach every day. This is a very clean home in comparison to other places I've stayed. I 100% recommend this place to stay. I will definitely be requesting to stay again. Thank you, Luis!
