I cannot recommend staying here due to severe privacy violations, misleading terms, and surprise fees upon arrival. The most disturbing issue was privacy: the host had cameras covering every corner and was actively watching us throughout our stay, creating an extremely uncomfortable environment. Additionally, before booking, I confirmed directly with the host that bringing my three dogs was allowed at no extra charge. Yet upon arrival, he demanded surprise off-platform fees (first asking for 1,200,000 COP, then dropping it to 600,000 COP for "pool maintenance") and forced a 5-page contract filled with unlisted rules we never agreed to. Had any of this been disclosed upfront, I would never have booked. Stay away if you value your privacy and honest hosting.

It's a perfect place if you want to get away from the noise of the city. It's ideal for family celebrations and very well located.

Laura and the people she recommended were always very attentive to ensuring that our stay was pleasant and that we didn't have any problems. Communication was very effective, and overall we felt very well cared for in every way. The place is very nice and matches the pictures. We had an excellent stay.

The house is quite spacious. There were 16 of us, and we were all very comfortable. The pool is large and a little slippery. I would have liked to enjoy it longer. It is very close to Carmen de Apicala. The furniture is very comfortable, and there are plenty of chairs and hammocks for relaxing. There are quite a few games to keep you entertained. It has enough pots and cooking utensils. All bedrooms have air conditioning, which is very important to me. A suggestion would be to have pool towels. Otherwise, it includes everything you need to have a good time with your family.

The place is amazing, very nice, and complete. We went with 20 friends and had a great time. We were comfortable and the host was very attentive at all times.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A place that really met our expectations completely. From the very beginning, Laura Vanessa was always very helpful, responding immediately and giving all the instructions very clearly. The house is extremely spacious and comfortable. There were 16 of us, and we all felt very good throughout our stay. It has many pleasant spaces to share, rest and enjoy. The pool was spectacular and the entire kitchen was very well equipped with the necessary appliances to cook without any problems. In addition, the recommendation of the lady who took care of us was excellent. She was a very friendly and decent person. We definitely recommend this place 100%. A very nice experience for a group to go, rest, and have an amazing time in Carmen de Apicalá.
