We have been here before and it was amazing: professional chef, attentive staff, cold air conditioning. We loved it so much we decided to return. The home is nice but the rooms were warm. When we inquired about it the staff said they were typically warm. We called for maintenance and he didn't show, so we had to call again. The manager, Eva, said the rooms are typically warm. We decided to just deal with it but the rooms became increasing warmer and had to inquire about it again while the manager was there. She told one of the workers to go check the room, even thought she was right there. We had to comment about the utensils not being properly washed, our dessert tasted like onions from an earlier meal. The staff must assist with the washer/dryer they are not very accommodating and act like they don't know if they can do it, I had to text the manager again (they had already done one load). The place is still very nice and very clean. Most of the meals were amazingly delicious.

It is a beautiful place, it includes daily cleaning and RATZEL who was in charge of preparing the food, very friendly and helpful and delicious cooking.

Bayam is a really beautiful house, with an incredible atmosphere and a perfect space to enjoy and relax. Being so close to the ocean makes the experience unique, from waking up to the sound of the waves to enjoying every sunset. The team's service was exceptional: Eva was always attentive to every detail, the chef cooks delicious food and makes every meal a real pleasure, and the cleaning lady was always available. Definitely an experience to repeat and highly recommend.

The place is beautiful!! We arrived without any problems and even though we arrived at night, the host was always available. When we arrived they showed us the house and explained all the services we had during the time we were going to be in the house. The house is just as seen in the photos, a few steps from the beach and with a private pool. The beach is very quiet. Ideal to go with family or friends to enjoy and disconnect from everything. The house is about 25-30 minutes from downtown Puerto Escondido, very close. Although the truth is that we didn't need to go out because the hosts helped us with the shopping and everything we needed. Highly recommended. 👍🏻

We had an incredible vacation. The house is spectacular, better than the photos, on a quiet and beautiful beach. Eva was always very attentive to everything and made sure that we had everything we needed. Juan Carlos' cooking is excellent, a great chef who served us 10 out of 10. An ideal place to rest and have a good time! We'll definitely be back.
