The Space
Post Otis is a renovated, spacious private pool house located in Acapulco's most exclusive and secure residential neighborhood. Perched high on Punta Diamante mountain, it offers spectacular panoramic views of the ocean, beach, and surrounding mountains in a tranquil setting.
This villa spans 9,700 square feet and is designed for privacy, making it an excellent choice for large family gatherings or celebrations with friends. It accommodates up to 15 beds, comfortably sleeping groups. Six to seven bedrooms feature balconies with ocean views.
The social area is fully integrated, including:
- A kitchen
- Two dining tables
- A living room
- A large pool
Additionally, the property includes a video projection cave with a wet bar.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the pool and all amenities, unlike some condominium setups. Access is granted to all areas except the pool equipment room.
Other Information
- Service is not included. Please contact the host to arrange cooking or cleaning services.
- Cooking service on the check-out day is available only if the late check-out fee is paid.
- Please select the accurate number of guests when booking; the price adjusts accordingly for up to 16 guests.
- For groups exceeding 16 guests, an additional fee of 500 MXN per guest per night applies, excluding infants.
- The maximum capacity is 22 guests with no additional visitors permitted.
- Check-in time is after 3:00 PM.
- Check-out time is before 10:00 AM.
- Late check-out (subject to availability) is available for a fee of 6,000 MXN.

The house is very nice, just like the photos. The place and the view are totally worth it. The amenities and everything included in the house are in perfect condition. An excellent choice. Armando was super attentive and flexible at all times. I highly recommend staying here.

There is no way to describe the great service that Armando provides. He is attentive and always available. The place is impeccable, everything is clean, and the view from the rooms to the ocean is priceless. I highly recommend staying here as a family. You won't regret it. If you are a large family, this is your best option. All the rooms have A/C. Don't think about it so much and book right now. That trip is waiting for you.

Highly recommended house; it is huge, beautiful, with an incredible view, impeccable cleanliness and everything you need to have an excellent stay. Armando shared very clear arrival instructions with us and although we had a problem with a bathroom, it was resolved in minutes. We would definitely come back!

We had an excellent holiday at the end of the year. The house is excellent, very nice, everything works perfectly (comfortable mattresses, air conditioners, etc.) The view from the pool and dining room is spectacular. It has two large refrigerators in the kitchen, everything fit and there were 16 of us. I highly recommend it.
