The Space

This beachfront two-bedroom house comfortably accommodates six guests, with a beautiful kitchen, a bathroom, indoor and outdoor showers, and numerous spots to unwind. The house can sleep up to eight people, and for larger groups, additional rooms on the same property are available for rent.

Waking up right on the beach offers a unique experience—you'll fall asleep to the sound of the waves and awaken to the gentle noise of breaking surf and birds in the trees. The house is simple and airy, designed to maximize comfort and relaxation.

Location

Situated directly on the beach in the small fishing village of El Gigante, this property is conveniently close to local restaurants and shops, as well as excellent surf spots. It is located on the outskirts of town as the last house on the beach.

Guests can meet fishermen right on the shore to purchase fresh fish and lobsters. A daily fruit and vegetable truck stops by, and the property includes a small grocery store offering the best prices in town for any essentials you may need.

Guests have access to the beachfront house and the surrounding property, which includes other small rental houses. There are plenty of inviting spaces to relax, enjoy the beach, or prepare fresh seafood over an open fire.

Getting There

Welcome to Dale’s Cool Places.

• A bus departs from Rivas Mercado at 1:30 PM and arrives in front of the property at 3:30 PM.
• Alternatively, a taxi from Rivas costs about 500 cordobas. Ask the driver to turn right at the only street in town; the house is 300 meters down the road, right on the beach behind green gates. Look for a sign, as the gates may sometimes be open.
• The easiest option is to arrange for a driver to meet you at the airport. If your arrival is during working hours, the driver can also take you to a large store for shopping and ATM use. This service costs $85 and is very convenient.
