This beautiful home blends modern design with natural surroundings, providing guests with a wonderful setting to experience the best of San Juan del Sur. Designed for travelers seeking both comfort and luxury, the house is conveniently located just minutes from the town center.

The residence features four bedrooms and accommodates up to ten guests. It offers all essential amenities, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, hot water, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a private pool, making it an ideal choice for visitors.

The Space

• Air conditioning is available in every bedroom and the living room.
• The pool is completely private and not shared with other guests.
• Five gallons of drinking water are provided per reservation; tap water comes from a well and is suitable for washing and bathing but not for drinking.
• A barbecue grill is available, and staff members can assist with its use.
• Basic cooking essentials are supplied.
• Washer and dryer are on-site; laundry service is offered by the housekeeper at $5 per wash.
• For stays longer than three nights, fresh sheets and towels are provided on the fourth day.

Guest Access

The house is situated in a hillside neighborhood with steep, unpaved roads. For easier access, especially during the rainy season, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended.

Guests have full access to the entire house. At the back of the property, there is a service area where the caretaker resides. The caretaker assists with security, pool and garden maintenance, and general guest support.

Additional Information

• Electricity is not fully included in the rental price. Short-term rentals include 35 kWh per day; usage beyond this is charged at $0.50 per kWh.
• For long-term rentals (28 days or more), electricity is not included and must be paid separately along with internet and water bills.
• Average electricity consumption ranges from 15 to 35 kWh daily. Conserving electricity helps keep rental costs reasonable, as electricity in Nicaragua is expensive.
• Guests are asked to turn off air conditioning and other appliances when not in use.

Upon arrival, guests must provide a $200 damage deposit and sign an agreement accepting responsibility for electricity overuse charges and any damages to the property.
