TWELVE O´CLOCK fue creado con un cuidado genuino por la naturaleza y está inspirado en la elegancia de la selva mexicana. Cada detalle fue seleccionado cuidadosamente para brindar una atmósfera tranquila y refinada, única en el Caribe.
La propiedad cuenta con tres habitaciones, tres baños, una piscina de diseño y un jacuzzi. Hay seguridad privada disponible en el lugar de 7:00 p.m. a 7:00 a.m.
El espacio
Ubicada en la creciente zona de La Veleta, la propiedad está rodeada de selva y diseñada para crear una conexión cercana con la naturaleza. Las habitaciones y los espacios compartidos fueron diseñados y amueblados cuidadosamente para brindar una experiencia cómoda, como en casa.
Las áreas comunes son ideales para relajarse con un grupo grande, pasar el día junto a la piscina o disfrutar de los jardines. Por la noche, el entorno selvático ofrece vistas espectaculares del cielo lleno de estrellas.

Ubicación y acceso
TWELVE O´CLOCK está ubicada en La Veleta, Región 15, aproximadamente a seis minutos en automóvil de Calle 7, la calle principal de la zona. La propiedad se encuentra en un camino sin pavimentar, como es común en muchas partes de Tulum, pero se puede acceder fácilmente en un automóvil compacto.
La playa está aproximadamente a ocho minutos en automóvil. La tienda de conveniencia más cercana está a unos 10 minutos en automóvil y no hay tiendas a poca distancia a pie. Se recomienda a los huéspedes comprar comestibles antes de llegar.
Información importante
La propiedad está ubicada en la selva del Caribe. Aunque el alojamiento recibe fumigación periódicamente y se limpia antes de cada llegada, ocasionalmente los huéspedes pueden encontrar hormigas, mosquitos, alacranes no venenosos, arañas y otros insectos.
El servicio eléctrico en la ciudad puede ser inestable y, ocasionalmente, los cortes pueden durar toda la noche.
La piscina y el jacuzzi no tienen calefacción. La temperatura normal de la zona es de aproximadamente 28°C.
Servicios de taxi
Los taxis pueden organizarse previa solicitud. Para el transporte que se necesite entre las 10:00 p.m. y las 9:00 a.m., los huéspedes deben avisar al administrador asignado a su estancia antes de las 10:00 p.m. para que el servicio pueda programarse para la hora solicitada. Es posible que no se puedan organizar solicitudes realizadas después de las 10:00 p.m.
Políticas de reservación
- Las reservaciones confirmadas no pueden modificarse debido a circunstancias fuera de nuestro control.
- Las fechas de la reservación solo pueden extenderse si hay disponibilidad.
- No se permite el ingreso a la propiedad de huéspedes que no estén incluidos en la reservación confirmada original.
Ceremonia de temazcal
Los huéspedes están invitados a participar en una ceremonia tradicional de temazcal arraigada en la herencia mexicana. La ceremonia se lleva a cabo en un baño de vapor tradicional y es dirigida por nuestro líder espiritual, o “chamán”, con fines de salud y terapéuticos.

The villa is stunning and the team were super helpful throughout our stay offering a concierge style service. It could have been cleaner when we arrived but the team fixed this quickly. The ground staff on hand conveniently helped with anything we needed. It really is a jungle stay and the nearby roads are terrible, but the privacy was worthwhile. Overall we enjoyed our time and would stay again.

Outstanding Host and Stay, they were quickly responsive and offered amenities from taxis that would be there for pickup within 10 minutes, scooter rentals, bikes, etc. they provided a list of nearby restaurants, activities. Could not be happier with the stay, we booked last minute also. They were prepared and happy to accommodate everything we needed.

I stayed at Enriques place for 5 days with 8 of my girlfriends for a bachelorette party and it was an absolute blast! They come and clean the pool every day and the house was so cute and clean. We felt super safe as well with it being gated and them having someone around during the evening. Our power went out in the place one morning for a couple hours (which is just something that happens in Mexico) and our host was so amazing and communicative with me on everything that was happening and was making sure he was getting everything back up and running as fast as he could. Our group took rental cars and one of the nights we needed a taxi and he got it all set up for us and our taxi driver was great. We never had any issues with bugs or anything else with the place. Overall our host was awesome and the place is great! Tulum is still developing a lot and there is still so much construction so finding it can be difficult so make sure you have google maps downloaded before going!

It’s a beautiful home and it’s very quiet. Enrique and the team was on top of everything. Location was an issue for our group as we like to be out, and cabs are extremely expensive ($50cad) each time no matter how far. If you are staying here, get a car, atv etc and hire a chef. It is not a walkable area. Other than that, we had a great stay at this home and we enjoyed the pool.

I chose this villa because it looked like it was a beautiful space in an up-and-coming area. It was an excellent value and, for us, perfect. When we rented in spring 2024 it was located 3 or 4 blocks past where the paved roads ended in La Veleta. Because of that, you'll need to expect some very bumpy dirt roads, but that also means you are in the middle of a pristine jungle with this beautiful house, a pool, Jacuzzi, and beautiful grounds. We were there with 4 adults and our two kids and we had an absolute blast. Our hosts were extremely responsive and helpful and made the trip a breeze. You will need to rent a car to stay here, though, in my opinion, you'll need to rent a car to really enjoy La Riviera Maya anyway because it would either be very expensive to take taxis/private transport everywhere or very slow/inconvenient to take the collectivo. Highly, highly recommend this place, even (especially) with kids.
