We had a great multi-generational stay at this lovely and comfortable spot. The separate buildings allowed for privacy. Lulu was super helpful and responsive so we felt well cared for. It was an easy drive to restaurants, shops, cenotes, and the ruins. As long as you have a car, would highly recommend this rental.

Awesome Airbnb in Tulum. Hosts were incredibly responsive and helped us organize many activities, transportation, and even had the house stocked with groceries before we arrived. Keep in mind the rooms are split between 2 houses with 1 bedroom in the main house and 3 in the back. Otherwise had a great stay.

Lulu and Regina were absolutely brilliant. They were already super helpful before our arrival and once we arrived at the location they were incredibly helpful with tips, services and very fast to answer. We couldn’t recommend them enough. Best place to be , very calm . Not much construction noise opposed to what most people complain about in Tulum. Very clean villa and huge villa, responsive host . They shared so many recommendations about places and restaurants to visit. Will return for sure once I am in Tulum.

Lu was an amazing host, she helped us with anything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as good as possible. The villa was stunning. It’s in a new area so can only walk to a few cafes/restaurants and would need a mode of transport to get to the main town, but worth it for the villa itself. Highly recommend

We went as a group of couples to Tulum. We were looking for a place with multiple bathrooms in the bedrooms and at least 3 bedrooms and a pool. This was the place! It was so well kept by the cleaning and maintenance crew. It had awesome rooms for each couple that came with us. It was a fantastic place for us to be together and have a nice relaxing week. The host was so responsive and helpful with advice on how to get around and where to go. (There isn’t uber or indriver or public transportation here-so you need to rent a car or contact the Airbnb host to set up taxis) Overall it was a perfect space at the right price to use as a base for our adventures. The only downside to this home is the location. We had trouble finding it because it didn’t exist on some maps. It is literally out in the jungle away from everything. There are a bunch of homes being built around it but nobody living there as of June 2025.
