We spent a few great days in Santa Fe de Antioquia; the property had everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. On the other hand, Delia and Darío, who manage the property, are two very attentive and helpful people. They took care of everything we needed, they cook very well, and they were available at all times. We would definitely come back. We were very happy and comfortable. We commend your commitment and excellent service.

Had a wonderful time at the villa. The pool is incredible and the views are awesome, very peaceful and private. Stayed with kids and they enjoyed it as well. The only reason the review isn’t reflecting 5 stars is because 1. The bed and pillows are incredibly uncomfortable, especially considering the type of property and the price, we were expecting a somewhat tolerable bed situation but unfortunately the definitely cut corners on this which interferes with the “restful” portion of our trip. 2. The ac was acting out on several occasions, it got fixed but again, for the price we expect these details to be impeccable. 3. Only 2 out of the 4 TVs in the house were functional, stayed they would be fixed but never happened. And 4. This one feels bad to call out but important to be made aware of, we found we were missing some steaks we had bought for our stay to grill. This was witnessed by several people in our party. I brought it up and it was dismissed quickly by staff.

Thanks to the entire property team, and Daniel the host, who was very attentive to everything. At the property we were accompanied by Darío and Delia, very friendly and attentive to everything we needed, Delia cooks delicious food, she had the house beautiful all day. We spent a few incredible days with the family. The property is beautiful, the beds are delightful, all the amenities are very good in general. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Your employees don't have a good attitude Everything was limiting and controlling also there was no privacy with them sitting in the kitchen all day watching and listening The pillows were very uncomfortable and the A/C does not feel because the windows and doors are not tightly closed The place is beautiful and the view is spectacular Would come back if employees change

The estate is spectacular, very comfortable, the gardens and landscape are beautiful, the pool is delicious. The Employee and the Butler are very dear and attentive to all the needs of the guests. The only thing I have to suggest is that they add a parasol in the jacuzzi and pool area, as the intense sun does not allow you to enjoy the wet area for not having any shade.
