6BR Villa in Manuel Antonio

Our family of 7 had high expectations, and they were exceeded the moment we walked in the front door. This is an exceptional property. Excellent communication and support from Concierge and Hosts. The property was spotless, well appointed, and the view amazing. 4-level house, so if you are mobility impaired, double check to see if the elevator is working (it was not, and it's 84 steps down to the larger pool). We used the services of the chef twice (family of 7), both meals were restaurant quality and delicious. David, our host, provided outstanding support in coordinating activities, as all went seamlessly. The top floor of the main house is open air, and we were visited by Capuchins, Howlers, Raccoons, lizards, and saw Scarlet Macaws in the nearby trees. Yes, some of them (specifically the raccoon and capuchins) actually come into the open part of the house, so keep the cabinets locked. All bedrooms are air conditioned. Cleaning staff was very pleasant and unobtrusive.

We absolutely loved our stay here and honestly have yet to stay in a more beautiful Airbnb. From the very first night, when we heard howler monkeys in the distance, to the morning a few days later when capuchin monkeys visited us, the experience felt magical and uniquely Costa Rican. The home itself was incredible — clean, comfortable, and close to everything in Manuel Antonio. One thing we especially appreciated was how well the property was maintained and cleaned every single day. It made the stay feel relaxing and effortless. We traveled with our friends and all of our kids, and it ended up being one of the best trips we’ve ever taken. The kids loved the house and surroundings so much they genuinely didn’t want to leave and kept asking to stay longer. David was also an amazing host — incredibly accommodating, responsive, and kind throughout the trip. We felt very taken care of from beginning to end. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

The villa was absolutely gorgeous! The photos don't even do it justice! Fernando was very communicative from the start as well as his concierge, Valerie. David was our host and was so helpful with getting us to the villa, giving advice for places to go to eat, a place to change a flat tire on our rental, getting us a shuttle to the marina, and anything else we needed. The cleaning staff did a fabulous job and the villa was always so clean and cozy. Highly recommend this stay!

This place is breathtaking! The pictures don’t even explain how beautiful this house is! Fernando, Valerie and David took care of everything we needed! This is my second time renting from Fernando and I highly recommend! Thank you for the superb service! Can’t wait to return!

Great place, would visit again

This was an incredible vacation! We absolutely loved the views from the deck and seeing all of the monkeys and birds that surrounded the property. The house was unreal and absolutely gorgeous. Booked a private chef, there was so much food we wished we would have made an early dinner and skipped lunch! Wish we would have had a better estimate on food cost prior to booking chef but was delicious. Definitely book this place if you are considering Manuel Antonio

This is a beautiful house in the jungle! We saw monkeys, sloths, an iguana, and birds! Highly recommend for a group of family or friends. The private rooms and shared spaces were all very comfortable. The pool pretty with leaves and a waterfall and we all jumped in. Parking was a breeze for our two vehicles. Food in the area was grand! We loved the food in all of Costa Rica actually. Don't hesitate to rent, we loved our stay. Also would revisit Manuel Antonio, which we were practically on top of and had a perfect view of it. So close to our place, not like walking, but don't let anyone stiff you for transport from here. I recommend driving yourself and do not forget your bathing suit. Thanks so much!
