Excellent service from Diego, the property owner, who responded very quickly to all my questions and was very patient, polite, and flexible. Don Carlos, the property manager, also provided 10/10 service. The property is very comfortable, has plenty of beds, and the rooms are very spacious. The green area is spectacular, and needless to say, the pool is amazing!

Overall, our stay was good, and we liked the place. However, there is one important thing they should improve: there were no blankets available. This can be an inconvenience, especially if you are traveling with small children or with people who are sensitive to the cold. It would be helpful if the listing included blankets or at least provided advance notice that they are not provided, so that guests can bring their own.
