The property is as described in the listing. Mr. Richard's service was wonderful. He was very helpful and always willing to help. Overall, the property is in very good condition. The pool is very nice, as are the common areas. The only issue we had was that the area next to the pool is usually a bit slippery, and two people slipped (fortunately, it wasn't serious), so I suggest putting up a caution sign so that people are careful.

The house had the basics for our stay, and when we needed help, the hosts were willing to help. However, I believe there are several important aspects to improve. Communication prior to check-in was a bit slow, which created uncertainty upon arrival. The property needs maintenance, especially on the ceilings, where there are areas with moisture. The bathrooms also need renovation, as the toilet seats are quite worn and had an unpleasant odor. As for the amenities, we were surprised that there were no towels available for the rooms or for the pool. In the end, they helped us with the first ones, but it's a detail we expected to find. There was also no body soap or shampoo. I don't know if Airbnb requires that they be provided, but if they are not included, it would be important to clearly specify this in the listing so that guests can bring them. The social area could

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 experience We had a wonderful time at this property and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the butler was very friendly, attentive and always willing to help with everything we needed. The service in general was excellent. The property is spectacular, very well maintained and with large and comfortable spaces to enjoy as a family or with friends. The pool deserves a special mention, as it was the place where we spent the most time. We enjoyed it during the day and until the wee hours of the morning. It is undoubtedly one of the estate's greatest attractions. Access is very easy and convenient, which makes check-in simple. Although there are safety recommendations, during our stay we spent most of the night and early morning in the outdoor areas, and we always felt calm and safe. The kitchen is fully stocked, with all the necessary utensils and everything in excellent condition. We'll be back!

Excellent place to stay The place was impeccable, very comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is ideal and the host was always attentive and willing to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Our stay was very pleasant since the place was spacious and just as described. The people in charge of maintaining the place were very friendly, and the swimming pool was the highlight. I would definitely come back.
