Absolutely wonderful long term stay apartment. Unlike many Airbnbs these days it felt like staying in a home, not a corporate apartment. Nicolas was very responsive even when on a trip outside the country. I would highly recommend and will probably stay there again in a few months if it’s available.

We stayed for 1 month with my family. We had a great time from start to finish. The apartment is comfortable and cozy, and it has everything you need for a long stay, as was our case. The building's security is very good, and it is located in a quiet area close to parks and also restaurants. Finally, Nicolás is a very nice person… always willing to help.

Nicolas’ flat is well appointed for longer stays, and worked perfectly for our family of 4 during a 6-week stay in Bogota. We enjoyed the convenience of having a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the unit. The location is overall good. The unit is located in a safe neighborhood with good restaurants/cafes/shops within a 15-20 minute walk (which we always felt safe doing). However, the unit is next to both a busy highway and a hospital, so expect noticeable road noise during peak hours, ocasional ambulances, and light pollution (though the bedrooms have blackout curtains). Nicolas is a consummate host and very responsive. We had some minor maintenance requests during our stay, which Nicolas addressed very promptly. Nicolas even lent us a rocking chair, changing mats, baby monitor, nursing pillow, crib, and infant bathtub, as we were traveling with our little one. The cleaning services provided by Maria Elena, available upon request for an additional cost, were excellent.

We stayed at Nicolas’s place for a month and it was perfect for a long-term stay. The apartment had everything we needed — a washer, a very well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. The building itself was fantastic and felt very safe, with 24-hour security, an on-site gym, and a terrace. The location is superb — right next to a ciclovía route on Sundays, close to Andino, Parque 93, and tons of great restaurants. Nicolas and Angie were extremely responsive and always quick to help with any questions. We’d absolutely recommend this place for both short- and long-term stays.

Always responsive, even help out with accommodations for transportation from Airport to apartment. A great plus for us being our first time in Bogota. Thank you for a great vacation. We were meeting with my parents, perfect size for a group of 6, it could have easily fit more people very comfortably.

We had a fantastic stay! Check-in was smooth, and our late arrival was accommodated without any issues. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable for the four of us (plus our pet). We also worked from the apartment during our stay and had zero issues with the internet — it was fast and reliable. The host was extremely helpful, even assisting us in scheduling a cleaning service, which was absolutely worth it. The location is excellent — grocery stores, restaurants, and gyms were all within easy walking distance. The front desk staff deserves a special mention as well: they were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome from day one. We’ve stayed in several places around Bogotá, and this one stands out. The apartment and building are very well maintained, and the overall experience was top-notch. Highly recommended!
