La casa está aproximadamente a 40 minutos a pie del centro o a 15 minutos en automóvil.
Ubicación y acceso
La propiedad está ubicada al pie del Tepozteco. El camino de acceso no está pavimentado.

Esta es nuestra casa de campo, que nos encanta compartir con familiares y amigos. Cuando no podemos visitarla, recibimos a huéspedes que desean disfrutar del hermoso pueblo mágico de Tepoztlán.
La casa es respetuosa con el medio ambiente y cuenta con:
- Calentador solar de agua
- Calentador auxiliar de agua a gas
- Paneles solares
Durante la temporada seca, de enero a mayo, el riego se reduce a un nivel de subsistencia.
Aunque las áreas interiores se fumigan con regularidad, la ubicación de la casa al pie del cerro significa que ocasionalmente pueden entrar alacranes, arañas y otros insectos.
Solo pueden ingresar a la propiedad los huéspedes registrados.
En la propiedad vive una perra de tamaño mediano. Permanece en un área alejada de la casa, no se le permite andar libremente y no interactúa con los huéspedes.
Servicios y política de mascotas
- No se permiten mascotas bajo ninguna circunstancia.
- Los servicios de limpieza y cocina pueden coordinarse al momento de hacer la reservación por un costo adicional.

The view from this place is incredibly gorgeous. Pictures can’t quite capture just how amazing the mountains are from the house. Very responsive and helpful host. Esteban who lives on the property was very kind and helpful as well. The property is secluded and was a great place to appreciate the natural beauty of Tepoztlan. Would stay here again for sure.

The house is very nice, excellent for spending relaxing days with family or friends. Convenient for groups, as each room has its own bathroom, and the common areas are spacious and pleasant.

Our group of friends had a great stay here, the description is very accurate and communication throughout the time was great. We were very thankful to the groundskeeper, who helped us with anything we needed while we were there. The location is peaceful but we mostly used our cars to get into town. We had a nice time and would recommend families or friends stay here when in Tepoztlan.

The house is exactly as the pictures. It's a place to spend time with family, with good amenities, a pool and a good garden. Relatively close to downtown Tepoztlán. Due to the weather, we couldn't use the pool or the garden, but it met our expectations. Makawi and the landlord are very kind, attentive and very responsive.

The house is very nice architecturally, but it lacks good pillows, slightly warmer bedding, not so thin, and showers that work well. Certain things are very limited: napkins, dishwashing soap... The grass is very dry. I understand that they don't water it to save water, but it would be good to warn people because you can't even walk barefoot from the pool to the house. I understand that insects come out because of the heat, but cockroaches in the kitchen is a problem. I suggest that there be a TV since many people go with family: a series at night, soccer, etc.
